The foundation after the tamping treatment reaches 220KP, and most construction requirements can be met.
The use steps of the hydraulic tamping machine are as follows:
1) determining tamping points of a blowing and filling layer in a blowing and filling area;
tamping point distance: the energy-saving type spot-ramming machine is arranged in a square frame, can be arranged in a 4m multiplied by 4m square, and has the spot-ramming energy of more than or equal to 4000KN.
2) And performing point tamping twice, wherein the first point tamping is completed by two times.
The tamping number is: the first point ramming is carried out for the first time, 4-6 times of ramming is carried out at each point, the depth of a ramming pit reaches about 1.5m, the principle of no hammer suction and no hammer deflection is taken, the penetration is not controlled, the ramming energy can be transmitted downwards as much as possible during the first time and the second time of point ramming, and finally, the early-stage preparation is carried out for the average ramming settlement of two times of ramming to meet the design and specification requirements;
the first time and the second time of point ramming, each point is 8-10 times of ramming, and the average ramming amount of the last two times of ramming is less than or equal to 10 cm;
the second point ramming, each point is 8-10 times rammed, and the average ramming amount of the last two times of ramming is less than or equal to 10 cm.
In addition, the first pass and the second pass are performed for the ramming clearance time: the time interval between two times of tamping is more than or equal to 7 days.
3) And (3) full ramming: the first full-compaction tamping energy is 1500KN.m, each point is 2 strikes, the lapping is performed, and the lapping width is 1/4 hammer diameter; and the full-compaction tamping energy of the second time is 1000KN.m, the lapping is tamped, the lapping width is 1/4 hammer diameters, and the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of the treated foundation is not less than 220 kPa.
It should be noted that, a spare road base plate such as a steel plate of a tamping machine is adopted on the surface of the hydraulic filling layer of the hydraulic filling area, and the tamping machine is used for construction on the road base plate when necessary, so that equipment sinking is avoided, and normal tamping construction is ensured.
According to the invention, through the latticed and communicated underground drainage underdrain and the zigzag communicated drainage channel, sewage collection is carried out on the backfill layer through the water collecting well, and the extrusion vibration is carried out on the hydraulic fill layer, so that the methods supplement each other, and a more effective gravity flow method is formed; the underground closed channel can ensure that the drainage of the hydraulic filling silt is more thorough, and the square-back communication type drainage channel can effectively divide the whole hydraulic filling area for drainage; the tree root type water collecting wells are distributed among the square drainage channels to accelerate precipitation in a three-dimensional collection mode;
the whole can achieve the bearing capacity condition of tamping machinery intervention in a short time, the integration of machinery and a construction method is realized, silt and water can be quickly separated, the water content in the silt is reduced to the maximum extent, the construction cost is low, the operability is strong, the dependence degree on natural conditions is low, the requirement of construction period is met, the construction method can be used for areas close to rivers, seas and the like, particularly seas salt field areas with saline-alkali soil and fine sand as main components, and an impermeable layer is damaged by tillage equipment before hydraulic reclamation, so that a newly built building is prevented from being soaked by a basin type; during tamping, under the strong impact of a tamping hammer, the bottom of the tamping pit is expected to be settled by about 1 meter, an impermeable layer, namely a plastic layer is punctured, so that the drainage of pore water is facilitated, and mucky soil at the bottom becomes dense; in the first point ramming, after the plastic film, the mucky soil and other soil in the ramming room are fully mixed, the point ramming and general ramming construction is carried out for two times, and the influence of the point ramming and general ramming on the foundation quality is further reduced.

deep ploughing the hydraulic filling area to destroy the impervious layer;
before the blow-filling area is subjected to blow filling, a latticed and communicated underground drainage blind ditch is arranged, wherein the latticed and communicated underground drainage blind ditch is provided with a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns of underground drainage blind ditches which are communicated with each other, and a reverse filtering cover plate is arranged at the top of the underground drainage blind ditch;
performing blow filling on the blow filling area to form a blow filling layer;
building a zigzag communication type drainage channel on the hydraulic reclamation layer and the periphery;
extruding and vibrating the hydraulic filling layer, and collecting drainage;
and carrying out tamping operation construction on the hydraulic reclamation layer through a tamping machine, and treating the foundation and further draining water.

The gravity flow method dredger fill type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of drainage wells are arranged on the periphery of the latticed and communicated underground drainage underdrains, the drainage wells are arranged on the periphery of the dredger fill area, and the drainage wells are communicated with the underground drainage underdrains.
3. The gravity flow method blow-fill type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 1, wherein the reverse filtering cover plate is respectively provided with a steel bar in a vertical direction and a transverse direction;
the top of the underground drainage blind ditch is provided with an inward step for supporting a reverse filtering cover plate through the step;
or, both sides of the top of the underground drainage blind ditch are respectively provided with a groove, and both sides of the lower surface of the reverse filtering cover plate are respectively provided with a bulge which can be matched with the grooves.

The gravity flow method hydraulic reclamation type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 1, wherein the zigzag communication type drainage channel comprises a plurality of drainage channels, a spliced drainage channel frame is arranged at the top of the drainage channel, and the drainage channel frame is wrapped and firmly fixed by the reversed filter geotextile;
the width of the top of the drainage channel is larger than that of the bottom.

The gravity flow method blow-fill type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 1, wherein the blow-fill layer is subjected to extrusion vibration through a mechanical vibration arm, the mechanical vibration arm comprises a vibration motor mechanically connected with a wide belt, and the vibration motor is connected with a vibration plate and is in contact with the blow-fill layer through the vibration plate.

The gravity flow method hydraulic reclamation type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 4, wherein before the hydraulic reclamation layer is subjected to extrusion vibration, a plurality of water collecting wells are arranged between the drainage channels of the zigzag communication type drainage channels in the hydraulic reclamation layer, and the water collecting wells are arranged between two adjacent rows of the drainage channels.

The gravity flow method hydraulic reclamation type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 6, wherein holes are distributed in the circumferential direction of the water collection wells, pipelines are radiated to the periphery of part of the water collection wells, holes are formed in the surfaces of the pipelines, and the surfaces of the pipelines are wrapped with anti-filtering geotextiles and are buried in the sediment of the hydraulic reclamation layer to collect water in the sediment and realize communication of part of the water collection wells.

determining tamping points of a blowing and filling layer in a blowing and filling area;
performing point ramming on the hydraulic filling layer twice, wherein the first point ramming is completed in two times, and the interval time between the two times of ramming is more than or equal to 7 days;
and fully tamping the hydraulic filling layer.

The gravity flow method hydraulic reclamation type foundation treatment construction process according to claim 8, wherein the full ramming of the hydraulic reclamation layer comprises the following steps: tamping points of the blown-filling layer twice, wherein each tamping point is tamped at least twice in the first full tamping, and is lap-jointed tamping; the second full-compaction tamping energy is less than the first full-compaction tamping energy, and the second full-compaction tamping energy is lapping tamping;
and before the tamping machine works, laying a spare road base plate on a hydraulic filling layer.
