In other embodiments, the complex enzyme liquid medicine can be prepared by directly using solutions of corresponding components, so that the complex enzyme liquid medicine meeting the requirements can be directly injected into the liquid medicine spray pipe.
Optionally, the set mass ratio of the compound enzyme liquid medicine to the clear water is 1: (100-150), which is not limited in this application.

The spray heads are arranged on the liquid medicine spray pipe at any reasonable distance of 10-15cm, the extension direction of the spray heads is consistent with the conveying direction of the wood chips, and the wood chips are conveyed by the corresponding wood chip conveying belts at a uniform speed, so that the wood chips can be uniformly sprayed by the compound enzyme liquid medicine as far as possible.
Optionally, before the wood chips enter the wood chip bin, the total amount of spraying the liquid medicine on the wood chips is 200-500 g/ton of oven-dried wood chips, which is not limited in the application.
In a specific embodiment, the prepared compound enzyme liquid medicine is respectively injected into a first liquid medicine spray pipe, a second liquid medicine spray pipe and a third liquid medicine spray pipe which are mutually independent, wherein the liquid medicine spraying pipe, the second liquid medicine spraying pipe and the third liquid medicine spraying pipe are respectively arranged at the corresponding positions of the outlet section of the wood chip swing sieve, the outlet section of the good piece sampling point and the wood chip mixing and conveying section at intervals in parallel, and the extension direction of the liquid medicine spraying pipe, the second liquid medicine spraying pipe and the third liquid medicine spraying pipe is consistent with the conveying direction of the corresponding wood chips, the wood chips falling from the outlet of the outlet section of the wood chip swing screen can be uniformly sprayed with the complex enzyme liquid medicine through the first liquid medicine spraying pipe, and uniformly spraying the complex enzyme liquid medicine again on the conveyed wood chips at the outlet section of the good chip sampling point through a second liquid medicine spraying pipe, and further uniformly spraying the complex enzyme liquid medicine again on the conveyed wood chips at the wood chip mixing and conveying section through a third liquid medicine spraying pipe.

Further, the wood chips sprayed with the compound enzyme liquid medicine are conveyed to a wood chip bin to be kept stand for a set time at any temperature of 40-50 ℃ so as to ensure that the compound enzyme liquid medicine can fully react with the wood chips, thus internal tissues of fiber cell walls of the wood chips become loose, and xylan, hemicellulose and pectin adhesive substances of the wood chips are decomposed and removed.

Therefore, the process of the wood chip treatment method in the embodiment is simple, the operation is convenient, and the optimal activity condition of the complex enzyme liquid medicine is a low-temperature environment of 40-50 ℃ and needs longer reaction time (more than 48 h), so the complex enzyme liquid medicine is optimally added for pretreatment in the wood chip conveying and storage stages, the activity of the complex enzyme liquid medicine can be exerted to the maximum extent, the utilization rate of the complex enzyme liquid medicine is greatly improved, the wood chips are pretreated by adding a small amount of the complex enzyme liquid medicine, the optimal wood chip softening and loosening effect can be achieved, the grinding energy consumption is effectively reduced, the using amount and the cost of the complex enzyme liquid medicine can be effectively reduced, and the corresponding production benefit is improved.
In addition, when the compound enzyme liquid medicine is added in the wood chip storage working section for pretreatment, the xylanase, the cellulase, the pectinase and the lipase in the compound enzyme can decompose and remove xylan, hemicellulose, pectin bonding substances and other substances in the wood chip fiber raw material in advance, so that the influence of organic substances such as pectin resin and the like on the consumption of pulping chemicals in the later stage and the quality of pulp is avoided, the load of pulping waste water is reduced, and the waste water treatment cost is reduced. When the complex enzyme liquid medicine is added in the back section (pulping section) for treatment, the pulping section generally has higher temperature and short retention time, so that the maximum activity of the complex enzyme liquid medicine is not favorably exerted, the pretreatment effect of the wood chips is greatly reduced, and the expected effect can be achieved only by increasing the using amount of the complex enzyme liquid medicine, so that the treatment cost of the complex enzyme liquid medicine is increased, and the production benefit is not favorably improved.

Wherein, the treatment process from the screw extrusion to the high-concentration bleaching of the corresponding wood chips needs to be sequentially added with corresponding chemicals for reaction, so that the internal organization structure of the fiber cell walls of the wood chips treated by the compound enzyme liquid is more relaxed, the fibers are easy to absorb water and swell and are soft, so that the wood chips are easier to split when the wood chips are ground, the energy consumption of the grinding is reduced, the compound enzyme liquid can also decompose xylan, hemicellulose pectin agglutinates and the like in fiber raw materials, and the number of capillary pores of the wood chips is increased, so that the penetration of the chemicals added at this time is facilitated, the reaction rate of other chemical additives can be improved, the loss of cracks created by the chemicals can be reduced, and chromophoric groups containing carbonyl and carboxyl can be decomposed and damaged, thereby reducing the yellowing of the pulp and, at the same time, causing the resin to shrink, thereby forcing the resin to detach from the adhered areas of the cell walls. Namely, the energy conservation and consumption reduction can be effectively carried out on the subsequent pulping process, and the consumption and the cost of corresponding chemicals are saved, so that the corresponding production benefit is improved.
