Claims (6)

1. An application of a preparation for detecting the expression quantity of a LINC02085 gene in preparation of a rheumatoid arthritis detection preparation is characterized in that the preparation for detecting the expression quantity of the LINC02085 gene comprises a primer pair with nucleotide sequences shown as SEQ ID No.1 and SEQ ID No. 2.

The use of claim 1, wherein said agent for detecting the expression level of LINC02085 gene further comprises: 5uL of 2 XSSYBR Green mix, 1uL of Forward primer (10uM), 1uL of Reverse primer (10uM), 1uL of cDNA at a concentration of 2.5 ng/. mu.l, 1. mu.l each of SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.2 at a concentration of 10. mu.l/L, and 2uL of RNase Free water.
3. A detection method of LINC02085 gene is characterized by comprising the steps of extracting PBMCs from RA peripheral blood mononuclear cells, extracting total RNA by a TRIzol method, measuring RNA concentration and purity, synthesizing cDNA and carrying out PCR amplification.
4. The application of the LINC02085 gene in preparing a rheumatoid arthritis targeted therapy preparation is characterized in that a specific overexpression sequence and a small interference RAN sequence are prepared according to the LINC02085 gene and used for overexpression of the LINC02085 gene in synovial fibroblasts.
5. The use of claim 4, wherein the formulation for targeted therapy of rheumatoid arthritis comprises the specific over-expression sequence pcDNA3.1-LINC02085 and the small interference sequence si-LINC02085, the nucleotide sequence of which is shown in SEQ ID No. 3.
6. The use of claim 5, wherein the specific over-expression sequence pcDNA3.1-LINC02085 and the small interference sequence si-LINC02085 are used to infect synovial fibroblasts, resulting in overexpression and small interference of the LINC02085 gene in the cell.
