A deoiling, makeup removing and moisturizing sheep tail oil soap is similar to example 1 in specific implementation, and is different from example 1 in that cocamidopropyl betaine is replaced by lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Performance test method
1. Foamability and foam stability: the mutton soap concentration was adjusted to 2.0 wt%, and the foam height was measured after 0 minute and 10 minutes, respectively, at a temperature of 40 ℃ using a Roche foamer in mm.
2. And (3) stability testing: placing sheep tail oil soap at 40 deg.C for 12 months, and observing the change of smell, color and texture; if there is no change in the odor, color, texture, etc., the color is acceptable, and if one of the color, odor, and condition is changed, the color is unacceptable.
3. Detergency: each example was used and evaluated by 5 volunteers (i.e., 35 volunteers) for sheep tail oil soap, once a day, in the morning and evening, for a total of 7 days, with 5 points being total, with higher scores indicating greater detergency.
4. Cracking: the sheep tail oil soap is wiped by cloth for 6 surfaces, then the sheep tail oil soap is placed at the temperature of minus 5 ℃ for 48 hours, and after 5 times of repeated washing, whether the soap cracks or not is observed.
Claims (10)
1. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisturizing sheep tail oil soap is characterized in that: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-4% of sheep tail oil, 0.5-3% of vegetable oil, 2-10% of surfactant, 2-8% of C2-C6 alcohol, 4-8% of alkali liquor, 0.5-3% of plant extract, 0.2-0.8% of polyethylene glycol, 0.05-0.3% of titanium dioxide and the balance of soap base supplement to 100%.
2. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisturizing sheep tail oil soap according to claim 1, wherein the oil-removing makeup-removing moisturizing sheep tail oil soap further comprises 0.1-0.2% of essence by mass.
3. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisture-keeping sheep tail oil soap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the sheep tail oil to the vegetable oil is 1.0-2: 1.
4. the oil-removing, makeup-removing and moisturizing sheep tail oil soap according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is at least one selected from linseed oil, olive oil, cashew oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil, corn germ oil, wheat germ oil and tea tree oil.
5. The oil-removing, makeup-removing and moisturizing sheep tail oil soap according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant comprises at least one of sodium laureth sulfate, sodium cocoyl glutamate and cocamidopropyl betaine.
6. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisture-retaining sheep tail oil soap according to claim 5, wherein the weight parts of the sodium laureth sulfate, the sodium cocoyl glutamate and the cocamidopropyl betaine are as follows: 1-2: 1: 1-2.5.
7. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisture-retaining sheep tail oil soap according to claim 1, wherein the C2-C6 alcohol is at least one selected from ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, isobutanol, n-pentanol, n-hexanol and isohexanol.
8. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisture-retaining sheep tail oil soap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant extract is at least one selected from wild chrysanthemum flower extract, kudzu root extract and gardenia extract.
9. The oil-removing makeup-removing moisture-retaining sheep tail oil soap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 400,000-800,000.
10. A method for preparing the oil-removing makeup-removing moisture-keeping sheep tail oil soap according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps: s1: mixing sheep tail oil, vegetable oil, surfactant, C2-C6 alcohol, alkali liquor, plant extract, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide and soap base according to the weight part ratio; and S2, pouring into a mold and molding.
