A rail type turnover device is simple to use, a spool needing to be turned over is pushed onto the turnover device, and the spool can be turned over by operating a cylinder control valve.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the trolley track seat is composed of a trolley track 8, a bottom plate 9, a track and cylinder support plate 10, a rib plate 11, a vertical plate 12, a trolley turning front limiting plate 13 and a trolley turning rear limiting plate 14; two parallel trolley tracks 8 are welded on the tracks and the cylinder supporting plate 10, the tracks and the cylinder supporting plate 10 are welded with the bottom plate 9, the bottom plate 9 is provided with four foundation bolt holes for fixed installation, the two tracks and the cylinder supporting plate 10 are welded with the vertical plate 12 through the rib plates 11, the limiting plate 13 before trolley overturning and the limiting plate 14 after trolley overturning are used for limiting the trolley overturning, and the two parallel trolley tracks and the cylinder supporting plate 10 are welded on the tracks and the cylinder supporting plate 12.
