Abstract

本发明涉及机械工程技术领域。因现有电动汽车电瓶存电量有限,续航里程有限的背景下,在不影响原有电动汽车性能和续航里程的基础上,在车架与车轮轴之间装上汽车减震发电装置***,给电动汽车电瓶充电,持续增加电动汽车电瓶电量,从而增加电动汽车电瓶的续航里程。汽车减震发电装置是固定在车架与车轮轴之间的发电装置,当车辆行驶在道路上路面不平时,汽车减震会上下浮动,汽车减震发电装置内齿条也会跟随上下运动,然后会带动汽车减震发电装置内的齿轮组转动,通过齿轮组的转动带动发动机齿轮转动,从而发动机发电,给电动汽车电瓶充电。汽车减震发电装置***主要用于电动汽车和电动卡车上,来增加电瓶后补电量,从而来增加电动汽车的续航里程。

本发明涉及机械工程技术领域。
背景技术:
因现有电动汽车电瓶存电量有限,续航里程有限的背景下,在不影响原有电动汽车性能和续航里程的基础上,在车架与车轮轴之间装上汽车减震发电装置***,给电动汽车电瓶充电,持续增加电动汽车电瓶电量,从而增加电动汽车电瓶的续航里程。
发明内容:
汽车减震发电装置是固定在车架与车轮轴之间的发电装置,当车辆行驶在道路上,遇到路面不平时,汽车减震会上下浮动,汽车减震发电装置内齿条也会跟随上下运动,然后会带动汽车减震发电装置内的齿轮组转动,通过齿轮组的转动带动发电机齿轮转动,从而发电机发电,给电动汽车电瓶充电。具体汽车减震发电装置工作原理结合附图做出如下说明。

图1说明:将汽车减震发电装置齿轮组1端固定在车架上,齿条组2端固定在车轮轴上。
当车辆行驶遇到路面不平,车轮轴向上浮动时,车身车架下压,发电装置内的齿条组跟随向上运动,3a 齿条带动4a齿轮转动,4a齿轮带动5a齿轮转动(5a齿轮内装有单向轴承,4a顺时针转动时,5a齿轮不跟转,当4a逆势转动时,5a齿轮内的单向轴承会卡住,5a齿轮跟转),5a齿轮带动6发电机齿轮转动,发电机发电。
当汽车减震弹簧回弹,车轮轴向下浮动时,发电装置内的齿条组跟随向下运动,3b齿条带动4b齿轮转动,4b齿轮带动5b齿轮转动(5b齿轮内装有单向轴承,4b顺时针转动时,5b齿轮不跟转,当4b逆势转动时,5b齿轮内的单向轴承会卡住,5b齿轮跟转),5b齿轮带动6发电机齿轮转动,发电机发电。
图2说明:齿轮内装有单向轴承,将装有单向轴承的齿轮套在轴心上,当齿轮顺时转动时轴心不跟转,当齿轮逆向转动时,单向轴承卡住,轴心同时跟着转动。
具体实施方式:
将本发电装置装在车架与车轮轴之间的每个单边减震上,将每个发电装置发电机连接汽车电瓶,形成多个发电装置持续给汽车电瓶充电,从而形成一整套汽车减震发电装置***。

Claims (3)

1.汽车减震发电装置***是在现有电动汽车电瓶储存电量和续航里程有限的基础上,利用汽车行驶在道路上,路面不平,汽车减震下压和上浮的作用力,用齿条.齿轮组.单向轴承.发电机等组成的汽车减震发电装置装在车架与车轮轴之间来发电,给电动汽车电瓶充电,来增加电动汽车电瓶电量,从而增加电动汽车续航里程的创意方案。
2.根据权力要求1所述的创意方案,利用齿条.齿轮组.单向轴承.发电机等组成的汽车减震发电装置本设计方案。
3.将权力要求2设计的汽车减震发电装置,装在汽车的车架与车轮轴之间每个单边减震上,形成多个发电装置共同为汽车电瓶充电,从而形成的一套发电.充电***创意方案。
