Background
The circuit board cleaning agent is a chemical industrial cleaning agent liquid used for cleaning residual scaling powder, rosin and the like on the surface of a welded PCB, the core component to be cleaned on the circuit board is a golden finger, and the service life of the circuit board can be prolonged after the golden finger is cleaned.
The circuit board cleaning method only adopts a single mode of smearing the cleaning agent to clean the circuit board, not only is the working efficiency lower, but also when the golden finger part of the circuit board is cleaned, the golden finger part is easy to scratch due to uneven hand strength, so that messy codes appear when the circuit board is reused, and the circuit board is not easy to repair.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a circuit board cleaning device which comprises a moving seat, a piston and other mechanisms, wherein the moving seat, the piston and other mechanisms are adopted, the circuit board is uniformly moved after being placed, and meanwhile, when a golden finger part of the circuit board is wiped, the circuit board is uniformly processed, the scratch is prevented, and the working efficiency is improved.

In order to further improve the structural rationality of the device, as shown in fig. 9, the guide seat 501 is positioned inside the air seat mechanism 8, and the guide opening 50101 on the guide seat 501 is positioned inside the air bag 902, so that the circuit board on the moving seat 601 can also impact on the air bag 902 during wiping action, and therefore, when the circuit board is forced to move for wiping, the movement is stable, and the comprehensive structural design is reasonable.
