Abstract
一种五金板料涂油装置,包括机架。所述机架上固定有底板,所述底板上设置有用于传动五金板料的传动机构,所述底板上还设置有用于在五金板料上涂油的印刷机构和刮油机构,所述刮油机构包括设于底板上侧的上刮板、下刮板和固定于底板上的集油箱,所述上刮板和下刮板位于集油箱的上侧;所述集油箱内固定有两个相对设置并向上延伸的安装架,所述上刮板活动安装于两个安装架之间。本发明提出通过印刷机构的设置,使得将油通过网纹辊滚刷在五金板料上,相比原有的侵入式涂油,该机构解决了侵入式涂油引起的五金板料表面的油残留过多的问题,还使得油不会被污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金板料加工技术领域,尤其涉及到一种五金板料涂油装置。
背景技术
现有的五金板料涂油一般是通过人工涂油,但效率较低,也有通过机械装置进行涂油,但侵入式涂油会使得在涂油过程中浪费大量的油,其浪费的油在后续不能回收,使得油的成本增加,现有的传送装置在涂油后的传动过程中,会使得主动辊或其他辊的表面沾有大量的油,从而造成打滑的问题。
本发明就是为了解决以上问题而进行的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种五金板料涂油装置,从而解决上述缺陷。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种五金板料涂油装置,包括机架。
所述机架上固定有底板,所述底板上设置有用于传动五金板料的传动机构,所述底板上还设置有用于在五金板料上涂油的印刷机构和刮油机构,所述刮油机构包括设于底板上侧的上刮板、下刮板和固定于底板上的集油箱,所述上刮板和下刮板位于集油箱的上侧;所述集油箱的外侧且位于底板上固定有两个相对设置并向上延伸的安装架,所述上刮板活动安装于两个安装架之间;所述集油箱的出口端设置有循环机构。
进一步的,所述传动机构包括固定于固定于底板上的两个相对设置的第一支撑架和两个相对设置的第二支撑架,两个所述第一支撑架之间通过轴承固定有主动辊,两个所述第二支撑架之间通过轴承固定有从动辊,所述印刷机构位于主动辊与从动辊之间;两个所述第一支撑架之间和两个所述第二支撑架之间通过第一轴承座安装有调节辊,所述第一轴承座的高度通过螺栓进行调节;所述机架内固定有通过链条和齿轮进行驱动主动辊的电机。
进一步的,所述印刷机构包括固定于底板上的龙门架,所述龙门架内通过轴承固定有下油辊,所述龙门架之间还通过第二轴承座固定有网纹辊,所述第二轴承座的高度通过螺栓进行调节,所述龙门架上还固定有若干向网纹辊上喷油的喷头;所述上刮板的刮油端与网纹辊的外表面相适应,所述下刮板的刮油端与下油辊的外表面相适应。
进一步的,所述下刮板与集油箱为一体结构,所述集油箱的左侧板为向外侧延伸的斜板,所述下刮板固定于集油箱的左侧斜板的上侧并向内倾斜设置。
更进一步的,两个所述安装架上横向开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内卡设有滑块,所述上刮板固定于滑块的内侧,所述滑块通过螺栓进行调节。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明提出的一种五金板料涂油装置通过印刷机构的设置,使得将油通过网纹辊滚刷在五金板料上,相比原有的侵入式涂油,该机构解决侵入式涂油引起的五金板料表面的油残留过多的问题,还使得油不会被污染;该装置通过下刮板与集油箱的一体成型结构比其通过螺栓固定的结构,下挂板挂下的油不会通过螺栓孔向外流窜;通过下刮板与集油箱的一体成型结构,使得通过调节集油箱的位置,就能调节下挂板与下油辊之间的距离;该装置通过上刮板与下刮板的设置,使得网纹辊和下油辊的表面的大部分油被刮下,使得五金板料的涂油更加均匀,从而不会轻易发生打滑的情况。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合图示与具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明提出的一种五金板料涂油装置包括机架1;所述机架1上固定有底板2,所述底板2上设置有用于传动五金板料的传动机构,所述底板2上还设置有用于在五金板料上涂油的印刷机构和刮油机构,所述刮油机构包括设于底板2上侧的上刮板3、下刮板4和固定于底板2上的集油箱5,所述上刮板3和下刮板4位于集油箱5的上侧;所述集油箱5的外侧且位于底板2上固定有两个相对设置并向上延伸的安装架6,所述上刮板3活动安装于两个安装架6之间。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述传动机构包括固定于固定于底板2上的两个相对设置的第一支撑架7和两个相对设置的第二支撑架8,两个所述第一支撑架7之间通过轴承固定有主动辊9,两个所述第二支撑架8之间通过轴承固定有从动辊10,所述印刷机构位于主动辊9与从动辊10之间;两个所述第一支撑架7之间和两个所述第二支撑架8之间通过第一轴承座11安装有调节辊12,所述第一轴承座11的高度通过螺栓进行调节;所述机架1内固定有通过链条和齿轮进行驱动主动辊9的电机。通过螺栓调节第一轴承座的方式是一种成熟的现有技术,在此不再赘述。通过采用上述技术方案,通过电机控制主动辊带动五金板料进行传动,在传动过程中,对五金板料进行涂油。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述印刷机构包括固定于底板2上的龙门架19,所述龙门架2内通过轴承固定有下油辊13,所述龙门架19之间还通过第二轴承座固定有网纹辊14,所述第二轴承座的高度通过螺栓进行调节,所述龙门架19上还固定有若干向网纹辊14上喷油的喷头15;所述上刮板3的刮油端与网纹辊14的外表面相适应,所述下刮板4的刮油端与下油辊13的外表面相适应。通过螺栓调节第二轴承座的方式是一种成熟的现有技术,在此不再赘述。通过采用上述技术方案,通过印刷机构的设置,使得将油通过网纹辊滚刷在五金板料上,从而解决侵入式涂油引起的残留过多的问题。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过不锈钢过滤网的设置,使得油在循环前将杂质进行过滤,以便油在重复循环使用时不会被污染。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述下刮板4与集油箱5为一体结构,所述集油箱5的左侧板为向外侧延伸的斜板,所述下刮板4固定于集油箱5的左侧斜板的上侧并向内倾斜设置。通过采用上述技术方案,通过下刮板与集油箱的一体成型结构比其通过螺栓固定的结构,下挂板挂下的油不会通过螺栓孔向外流窜;通过下刮板与集油箱的一体成型结构,使得通过调节集油箱的位置,就能调节下挂板与下油辊之间的距离。
本发明的进一步设置为:两个所述安装架6上横向开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内卡设有滑块,所述上刮板3固定于滑块的内侧,所述滑块通过螺栓进行调节。通过螺栓调节滑块的方式是一种成熟的现有技术,在此不再赘述。通过采用上述技术方案,通过螺栓调节滑块的左右距离,使得便于调节上刮板与网纹辊之间的距离。
本发明的工作原理:
该装置通过传动机构中的主动辊与从动辊进行带动五金板料进行传动,传动过程中通过印刷机构对五金板料进行涂油,然后通过刮油机构将网纹辊和下油辊上多余的油进行刮除。

1.一种五金板料涂油装置,包括机架(1),其特征在于:
所述机架(1)上固定有底板(2),所述底板(2)上设置有用于传动五金板料的传动机构,所述底板(2)上还设置有用于在五金板料上涂油的印刷机构和刮油机构,所述刮油机构包括设于底板(2)上侧的上刮板(3)、下刮板(4)和固定于底板(2)上的集油箱(5),所述上刮板(3)和下刮板(4)位于集油箱(5)的上侧;所述集油箱(5)的外侧且位于底板(2)上固定有两个相对设置并向上延伸的安装架(6),所述上刮板(3)活动安装于两个安装架(6)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金板料涂油装置,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括固定于固定于底板(2)上的两个相对设置的第一支撑架(7)和两个相对设置的第二支撑架(8),两个所述第一支撑架(7)之间通过轴承固定有主动辊(9),两个所述第二支撑架(8)之间通过轴承固定有从动辊(10),所述印刷机构位于主动辊(9)与从动辊(10)之间;两个所述第一支撑架(7)之间和两个所述第二支撑架(8)之间通过第一轴承座(11)安装有调节辊(12),所述第一轴承座(11)的高度通过螺栓进行调节;所述机架(1)的内固定有通过链条和齿轮进行驱动主动辊(9)的电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金板料涂油装置,其特征在于:所述印刷机构包括固定于底板(2)上的龙门架(19),所述龙门架(2)内通过轴承固定有下油辊(13),所述龙门架(19)之间还通过第二轴承座固定有网纹辊(14),所述第二轴承座的高度通过螺栓进行调节,所述龙门架(19)上还固定有若干向网纹辊(14)上喷油的喷头(15);所述上刮板(3)的刮油端与网纹辊(14)的外表面相适应,所述下刮板(4)的刮油端与下油辊(13)的外表面相适应。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种五金板料涂油装置,其特征在于:所述下刮板(4)与集油箱(5)为一体结构,所述集油箱(5)的左侧板为向外侧延伸的斜板,所述下刮板(4)固定于集油箱(5)的左侧斜板的上侧并向内倾斜设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金板料涂油装置,其特征在于:两个所述安装架(6)的上横向开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内卡设有滑块,所述上刮板(3)固定于滑块的内侧,所述滑块通过螺栓进行调节。
