The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, uniformly adding the thickening agent, the skin care agent and the fruity agent in preparation raw materials into a proper amount of deionized water in sequence, standing for 48-72 hours until the thickening agent is completely dissolved to prepare a thickening agent solution, uniformly adding dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol powder in the preparation raw materials into an ethanol solution, dissolving dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol through ethanol to prepare a dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol ethanol solution, pouring the prepared dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol ethanol solution into a stirring tank body 1, sequentially pouring an emulsifier, a defoaming agent and purified water into the stirring tank body 1, fully mixing the solutions through a stirring shaft 15 in the stirring tank body 1 to obtain a mixed solution, pouring the thickening agent solution into the stirring tank body 1, adding deionized water again, stirring and mixing the solution for the second time through the stirring shaft 15, make the gel mixed liquid, control the temperature at 4-8 ℃ in the stirring process, add the pH value regulator in the gel mixed liquid, stir, when adding the pH value regulator, through the inside gel pH value of the real-time detection of the PH detector 8 of agitator tank 1 outer wall installation, the pH value stops increasing the pH value regulator when the pH value is between 5.0-7.0, the gel antiseptic solution of preparation completion is placed and is carried out the encapsulation after 3-4 hours.

The disinfection gel is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 43-72 parts of ethanol, 7-16 parts of n-propanol, 16-28 parts of deionized water, 0.02-0.06 part of triclosan, 0.2-1.1 part of thickening agent, 0.04-0.06 part of emulsifier, 0.1-0.6 part of skin care agent, 1.1-1.9 parts of pH value regulator, 0.08-0.4 part of defoaming agent, 0.07-0.09 part of fruity flavor agent and 14-28 parts of purified water.
2. A process for preparing a disinfecting gel, comprising the steps of:
s1: preparing materials, namely 43-72 parts of ethanol, 7-16 parts of n-propanol, 16-28 parts of deionized water, 0.02-0.06 part of dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol, 0.2-1.1 part of thickening agent, 0.04-0.06 part of emulsifier, 0.1-0.6 part of skin care agent, 1.1-1.9 parts of pH value regulator, 0.08-0.4 part of defoaming agent, 0.07-0.09 part of fruity essence and 14-28 parts of purified water;
s2: sequentially and uniformly adding the thickening agent, the skin care agent and the fruity agent in the prepared raw materials into a proper amount of deionized water, standing for 48-72 hours until the thickening agent, the skin care agent and the fruity agent are completely dissolved to prepare a thickening agent solution;
s3: uniformly adding the triclosan powder in the preparation raw materials into an ethanol solution, and dissolving triclosan in ethanol to prepare an triclosan ethanol solution;
s4: pouring the dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol ethanol solution prepared in the step S3 into a stirring tank body (1), sequentially pouring an emulsifier, a defoaming agent and purified water into the stirring tank body (1), and fully mixing the solution through a stirring shaft (15) in the stirring tank body (1) to obtain a mixed solution;
s5: pouring the thickener solution obtained in the step S2 into the mixed solution obtained by stirring in the step S4, adding deionized water again, stirring and mixing the solution for the second time through a stirring shaft (15) to prepare a gel-like mixed solution, and controlling the temperature to be between 4 and 8 ℃ in the stirring process;
s6: adding a PH value regulator into the gel-like mixed solution, stirring, detecting the PH value of the internal gel in real time by a PH detector (8) arranged on the outer wall of the stirring tank body (1) when the PH value regulator is added, and stopping adding the PH value regulator when the PH value is between 5.0 and 7.0;
s7: and (3) placing the prepared gel disinfectant for 3-4 hours and then packaging.
3. A process for preparing a sterilising gel as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the emulsifier in the material can be at least one of lecithin, lanolin, beeswax and lanolin alcohol.
4. A process for preparing a sterilising gel as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the pH regulator in the material can be at least one of potassium citrate, lactic acid and DL-aminopropanol.
5. A process for preparing a sterilising gel as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the thickening agent in the material is polyacrylic acid, and the viscosity of the thickening agent is between 930-975 Pa-s.
