Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the foregoing drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below do not represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related technology, electronic resource interaction reminding can be performed for a user entering a live broadcast room, for example, the user is reminded of a main broadcast gift and is rewarded for the main broadcast, but the reminding is indifferent reminding and cannot be adaptively reminded according to the personalized actual situation of the user, so that interference can be generated on part of the user with high requirements on live broadcast experience, the user and the main broadcast interaction are improved, the live broadcast experience of the user is difficult to be considered, and the viscosity of the user can be influenced.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an electronic resource interaction reminding processing scheme, which is characterized in that the behavior characteristics of a user are mastered by acquiring interaction data of a user live broadcast room, so that adaptive electronic resource interaction reminding can be performed for the user according to the behavior characteristics of the user, the user and anchor interactivity can be considered, the user's live broadcast experience can be considered, the convenience degree of electronic resource interaction between the user and the anchor is improved, and the conversion rate of electronic resource interaction reminding is improved.
Before explaining embodiments of the present disclosure in detail, some noun terms or abbreviations referred to by the present disclosure are introduced.
Electronic resource: broadly, an electronic resource refers to a resource that can be used for exchanging goods or services, such as electronic money, points, gold beans, gift certificates, exchange tickets, coupons, gift cards, virtual coins used in a certain platform, and the like, and this is not limited in this disclosure. Exemplarily, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the electronic resource refers to electronic money, that is, the electronic resource is virtual cash that can be presented, and the virtual cash supports the purchase of goods offline or online.
Electronic resource package: and encapsulating a certain amount of electronic resources to form an electronic resource package. The electronic resource package circulates on line and is an electronic red package in a virtual form, namely the electronic resource package can be called as an electronic red package in popular terms, and the electronic resource package is issued, namely the electronic red package is issued on line.
Live broadcast application: in this disclosure, the live application may be a dedicated application program dedicated to providing live broadcast, or may be another application program having a live broadcast function, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
The live broadcast platform provides background services for live broadcast applications, and therefore the fact that anchor users can conduct live broadcast by means of the live broadcast applications is achieved on the user side, and audience users can watch live broadcast by means of the live broadcast applications.
In the disclosed embodiment, the types of anchor terminals 110 used by the anchor user and user terminals 130 used by the viewing user include, but are not limited to: mobile terminals and fixed terminals.
As an example, mobile terminals include, but are not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, electronic readers, MP3 players (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, Moving Picture Experts compress standard Audio Layer 3), MP4 players (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, Moving Picture Experts compress standard Audio Layer 4), etc.; the fixed terminal includes, but is not limited to, a desktop computer, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Illustratively, fig. 1 is merely illustrative of the anchor terminal 110 and the user terminal 130 both being smartphones. And the live platform 120 is used to provide background services for the anchor terminal 110 and the user terminals 130. The live broadcast platform 120 may be an independent server, or may be a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In addition, a live application supporting a live function is generally installed on the anchor terminal 110 and the user terminal 130, so that the anchor user can conveniently enter the live platform for live broadcast, and the audience user can conveniently enter a virtual live room of the live platform for live broadcast. In a live broadcast room, typically the anchor user is one, i.e. the number of anchor terminals 110 is one, and the audience users are multiple, i.e. the number of user terminals 130 is multiple.
It should be noted that the live platform 120 may be a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, such as a base server, an interaction server, and a payment server; the basic server may be configured to support live streaming transmission between anchor terminal 110 and user terminal 130, the interaction server may be configured to push a message to anchor terminal 110 and user terminal 130, and support message transmission between anchor terminal 110 and user terminal 130, and the payment server may be configured to perform transaction payment processing, for example, to implement electronic resource management, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing an electronic resource interactive reminder in live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for processing an electronic resource interactive reminder in live broadcast is applied to a system formed by the anchor terminal 110, the live broadcast platform 120, and the user terminal 130 shown in fig. 1 for description, and includes the following steps:
in step S10, in response to a preset trigger operation, the user terminal accesses the target live broadcast.
Specifically, the user opens a certain live broadcast room by executing the preset trigger operation, so that the user terminal can access the target live broadcast room. In the present disclosure, the live broadcast room that the user terminal is accessing is determined as the target live broadcast room.
In step S20, the live broadcast platform obtains the user identifier corresponding to the preset trigger operation.
When the user terminal accesses the target live broadcast room, the live broadcast platform can acquire the user identifier of the user terminal.
In step S30, the live platform obtains the user live room interaction data according to the user identifier.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the live broadcast room interaction data may be a type of data including user behavior information. Illustratively, the live room interaction data may include one or more of live room types of different candidate live rooms watched by the user within a preset historical period, watching duration information, live room behavior information, and interaction information with a corresponding anchor account of the live room. The live broadcast room interactive data not only can comprise watching duration information, but also can comprise watching frequency or watching period and the like; the live room behavior information may include: whether to collect a live broadcast room, whether to launch bullet screen information, whether to enjoy, single-time reward amount, reward time and the like; the interaction information with the anchor account may be: whether to focus on the anchor, whether to send a gift to the anchor, etc.; of course, the present invention is not limited to this.
In step S40, if the user live room interaction data satisfies the electronic interaction reminding condition, the live broadcast platform determines an electronic resource interaction reminding policy according to the user live room interaction data.
In this disclosure, if the interactive data in the user live broadcast room does not satisfy the electronic interaction reminding condition, the step after step S40 is not required to be executed, and the electronic resource interaction reminding is not sent to the user terminal, so that the user is prevented from being disturbed when the interactive data in the user live broadcast room does not satisfy the electronic interaction reminding condition.
According to the method and the device, the behavior habit of the user can be determined according to the interaction data of the live broadcast room of the user, for example, whether the user is willing to enjoy the reward, the reward time and the single reward amount are determined, and the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy is determined according to the behavior habit of the user, so that the electronic resource interaction reminding conforms to the behavior habit of the user, the user is reminded to interact with the electronic resource with the anchor broadcast while the user aversion is avoided, and the interaction interest is improved.
In step S50, the live broadcast platform obtains a set of tagged content of the anchor of the target live broadcast room corresponding to the user identifier.
In step S60, the live broadcast platform determines whether to perform an electronic resource interaction alert according to the electronic resource interaction alert policy and the tag content set of the anchor of the target live broadcast room.
In step S70, if yes, the live broadcast platform generates an electronic resource interaction alert based on the electronic resource interaction alert policy, and pushes the electronic resource interaction alert to the user terminal.
In step S80, the user terminal displays the electronic resource interaction reminder in the target live broadcast.
Subsequently, if the user is willing to perform electronic resource interaction, the electronic resource interaction can be directly performed with the anchor based on the electronic resource interaction reminder. The live broadcast platform can support the user terminal and the anchor terminal to directly interact with the electronic resources in the electronic resource interaction reminding.
The embodiment of the disclosure shows a processing method for electronic resource interactive reminding in live broadcasting, which can grasp the behavior characteristics of a user by acquiring interactive data of a live broadcasting room of the user, and set an electronic resource interactive reminding strategy according to the behavior characteristics, so that the processing method for electronic resource interactive reminding conforms to the behavior characteristics and interest preferences of the user, thereby improving the interactivity between the user and a main broadcasting and simultaneously considering the personalized interest preferences and behavior habits of the user, realizing the effect of personalized electronic resource interactive reminding, and remarkably improving the viscosity of the user.
The embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some possible embodiments, the electronic interaction alert condition includes a first mode condition and a second mode condition, the first mode condition is used for limiting the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user, and the second mode condition is used for limiting the non-electronic resource interaction behavior of the user.
The electronic resource interaction behavior may be a behavior of a user to enjoy the anchor, present, and the like, for example, sending an electronic resource or an electronic resource package to the anchor. The non-electronic resource interaction behavior may be other behaviors besides the electronic resource interaction behavior, such as watching, collecting, commenting, paying attention, praise, commenting, and the like.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating a step of determining whether the user live-room interaction data satisfies an electronic interaction alert condition before step S40 in a live-broadcast electronic resource interaction alert processing method according to an exemplary embodiment includes:
in step S401, it is determined whether the user live room interaction data satisfies the first mode condition.
In step S402, if the user live room interaction data satisfies the first mode condition, it is determined that the user live room interaction data satisfies the electronic interaction reminding condition.
Illustratively, the first mode condition may be that a user has a reward record.
In step S403, if the user live room interaction data does not satisfy the first mode condition, it is determined whether the user live room interaction data satisfies the second mode condition.
For example, the second mode condition may be that the time for the user to continuously watch the live broadcast reaches a preset threshold, such as continuously watching the live broadcast for 10 days.
In step S404, if the user live room interaction data satisfies the second mode condition, it is determined that the user live room interaction data satisfies the electronic interaction reminding condition.
In step S405, otherwise, it is determined that the user live room interaction data does not satisfy the electronic interaction reminding condition.
In some possible implementations, the electronic interaction reminding condition includes an interaction model and a reminding index, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, which illustrates a flowchart of step S40 in a live electronic resource interaction reminding processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, the determining an electronic resource interaction reminding policy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data includes:
in step S41, if the live broadcast data of the user satisfies the first mode condition, determining a first interaction model according to the live broadcast data of the user, and using the first interaction model as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction policy; the first interaction model is used for calculating reminding scores according to electronic resource interaction behaviors of users.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, which illustrates a flowchart of step S41 of determining an electronic resource interaction reminding policy according to the user live room interaction data according to an exemplary embodiment, the determining a first interaction model according to the user live room interaction data includes:
in step S411, a plurality of first anchor viewed by the user and a tag content set respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchor are determined according to the user live broadcast room interaction data.
The anchor that the user has viewed, which is determined from the user live room interaction data, is referred to as a first anchor in this disclosure. The present disclosure does not limit the number of first anchor in step S411.
In some possible embodiments, in order to reduce the calculation amount, the first anchor viewed by the user may be sorted in a descending order of the single prize money amount, the top N first anchors are selected, and the tag content sets corresponding to the N first anchors are determined. Illustratively, the first 3 first anchor may be chosen.
The set formed by the tags corresponding to the tag contents in the tag content set of each first anchor can be hit by the model tag in the subsequent step S412. For example, the tag contents in the tag content set of a first anchor may correspond to the following tags: gender, age, content verticality, vermicelli layer, average number of simultaneous online people, appreciation ranking, live broadcast frequency, live broadcast evaluation, and the like. The present disclosure does not limit the specific content of the tag content set of the first anchor. For example, the tag content of a certain first anchor may be' gender: female ',' age: 20 ',' content vertical class: entertainment ',' vermicelli layer: 20-30 years of age,' average simultaneous on-line population: 5 ten thousand + ',' reward ranking: 30 ',' live frequency: medium ',' live evaluation: and (4) optimizing. A content subcategory in this disclosure is understood to be a classification of content, such as a car class, a sports class, an entertainment class, and the like.
In step S412, model tags in the first interaction model are obtained.
Each model tag in the first interaction model in this disclosure is used to describe a representation of a main cast that a user tends to enjoy. Illustratively, the model tags may include gender, age, content verticals, fan level, and average simultaneous online population. The present disclosure does not define specific model labels.
In step S413, quantizing the tag content corresponding to each model tag according to the tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model tag; the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.
The quantification action in the disclosure is used for obtaining the corresponding relation between the label content and the label score in the model label. For each tag content of a certain model tag, the higher the matching degree of the tag content with the corresponding tag content in the tag content set of the first anchor, the higher the score of the tag content in the model tag. For example, if the tag contents of the content vertical class tags in the 3 tag content sets respectively corresponding to the first anchor determined in step S411 are respectively the entertainment class, and the automobile class, then according to the percentage system, if the model tag is the content vertical class, the tag score corresponding to the entertainment class is higher than the tag score corresponding to the tag contents more to the automobile class.
In some possible embodiments, a reminder index may also be determined based on the first interaction model, for example:
determining a reminding score corresponding to the label content set of each first anchor according to the label content set of each first anchor and the quantification result; and calculating a reminder index based on the statistical value of each reminder score.
For example, the statistic of each reminder score may be multiplied by a preset scale factor to obtain a reminder index. The scaling factor may be 0.5-0.9.
In step S42, if the user live room interaction data satisfies the second mode condition, determining a second interaction model according to the user live room interaction data, and using the second interaction model as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction policy; the second interaction model is used for calculating the reminding score according to the non-electronic resource interaction behavior of the user.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, which illustrates a flowchart of step S42 in determining an electronic resource interaction reminder policy based on the user live room interaction data according to an exemplary embodiment, the determining the second interaction model based on the user live room interaction data includes:
in step S421, a plurality of second anchor not enjoyed by the user and a corresponding set of tag contents of the second anchor are determined according to the user live broadcast room interaction data.
In the present disclosure, a main broadcast that a user does not enjoy is referred to as a second main broadcast. The present disclosure does not limit the number of second anchor in step S421.
The present disclosure does not limit the determination method of the second anchor, for example, the second anchor may be determined according to the viewing time length and/or the viewing frequency within the preset time period, and for example, the second anchor having the number of days for viewing live broadcast in the last month of 10 days and more may be determined as the second anchor in step S1. Also for example, the second anchor may be determined according to the user's attention, favorite, etc.
In some possible embodiments, in order to reduce the amount of computation, the second anchor meeting the requirement may be further sorted in a descending order in a certain dimension, and the top N second anchors are selected as the second anchors in step S421. Illustratively, the first 3 second anchor may be chosen. The dimension may be total viewing duration, consecutive viewing days, etc. The present disclosure does not limit the specifics of this dimension.
The set formed by the tags corresponding to the tag contents in the tag content set of each second anchor can be hit by the model tag in the subsequent step S422.
In step S422, model tags in the second interaction model are obtained.
Each model tag in the second interaction model in this disclosure is used to describe a representation of a user's intended or preferred anchor. Illustratively, the model tags may include gender, age, content verticals, fan level, and average simultaneous online population. The present disclosure does not define specific model labels. The model labels in the first interaction model may be the same or different from the model labels in the second interaction model.
In step S423, quantizing the tag content corresponding to each model tag according to the tag content sets respectively corresponding to the second anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model tag; the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.
Step S413 can be referred to in this step, and is not described herein again.
In some possible embodiments, a reminder index may also be determined based on the second interaction model, for example:
determining a reminding score corresponding to the label content set of each second anchor according to the label content set of each second anchor and the quantification result; and calculating a reminder index based on the statistical value of each reminder score.
Illustratively, the statistic of each reminder score may be multiplied by a preset scale factor to obtain a reminder index. The scaling factor may be 0.5-0.9.
The setting method of the reminding index is not limited, and the reminding index can be set according to actual requirements.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, which shows a flowchart of step S60 in a method for processing an electronic resource interaction reminder in a live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment, the determining whether to perform an electronic resource interaction reminder according to the electronic resource interaction reminder policy and a tag content set of a main broadcast between the target live broadcasts includes:
in step S61, a reminder score is calculated based on the set of tagged content of the anchor of the target live broadcast room and the interaction model.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, which illustrates a flowchart of step S61 of determining whether to perform an electronic resource interaction alert according to the electronic resource interaction alert policy and the tagged content set of the anchor of the target live broadcast, calculating an alert score according to the tagged content set and the interaction model according to an exemplary embodiment includes:
in step S611, an active tag content set is extracted from the tag content set according to the interaction model, where the tags in the active tag content set correspond to the model tags in the interaction model.
In fact, there may be many tags in the anchor of the target live broadcast room, and the tag used for performing the alert score calculation in the present disclosure is only an effective tag, that is, a tag corresponding to a model tag in the first interaction model or the second interaction model in the electronic resource interaction alert policy may be incorporated into the effective tag content set. Illustratively, if the model labels are gender, age, content verticality, fan level, and average simultaneous online population, respectively. The set of valid tag content contains the five tags.
In step S612, a label score of each valid label in the valid label content set is determined according to the quantization result of each model label in the valid label content set.
Illustratively, if the quantitative result of this model label for the content vertical class is "entertainment class: 80 points, automobile class: 40 powder, sports: 10 minutes, and the others: 0 point ", and the tag content of the active tag corresponding to the content vertical class in the active tags is entertainment class, the tag score of the active tag is 80 points.
In step S613, a reminder score is calculated from the tag score of each valid tag.
In some possible embodiments, the reminder score may be given by the sum of the tag scores of each valid tag.
In some possible embodiments, the weight of each model label may also be obtained; and carrying out weighted summation according to the weight of each model label and the label score of each effective label to obtain the reminding score.
Illustratively, if the model labels are gender, age, content verticality, fan level, and average simultaneous online population, the weights corresponding to the model labels may be 0.1,0.2, 0.5,0.1, and 0.2, respectively, where the weight of the content verticality is the highest. The effective label content concentration gender, age, content verticality, vermicelli layer and average simultaneous online people number are respectively given as follows: 30,50,90,40,30, the reminder score is 0.1 × 30+0.2 × 50+0.5 × 90+0.1 × 40+0.2 × 30 ═ 68.
In step S62, if the reminder score is greater than the reminder index, it is determined that an electronic resource interaction reminder is to be performed.
In some possible implementations, the electronic resource interaction reminding policy further includes a reminding time and an interaction amount, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 9, which shows a flowchart of step S40 in a live electronic resource interaction reminding processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, the determining the electronic resource interaction reminding policy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data further includes:
in step S41-1, if the user live room interaction data satisfies the first mode condition, determining a reminder time and an interaction amount based on the electronic resource interaction behavior.
According to the method and the device, if the user has past electronic resource interaction behaviors, the behavior characteristics of the user can be analyzed according to the past electronic resource interaction behaviors of the user, and the appropriate reminding time and the interaction amount are determined based on the behavior characteristics of the user, so that the finally pushed electronic resource interaction reminding is more in line with the mind of the user.
In some possible embodiments, the occurrence time of the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user may be counted, and the reminding time may be determined according to the statistical result of the occurrence time. For example, the occurrence time of the electronic resource interaction behavior within a preset time period of the user may be counted, and the average value of the occurrence time may be determined as the reminding time. For example, the time for the user to enjoy watching a live program in the last month can be counted.
In some possible embodiments, the single reward amount of the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user may be counted, and the interaction amount is determined according to the single reward amount, so that the interaction amount and the single reward amount satisfy the preset condition. For example, the single reward amount of the electronic resource interaction behavior within the preset time period of the user can be counted, and the interaction amount is determined based on the quantile of the single reward amount. For example, an 80-point score for the single reward amount may be determined as the interaction amount.
In step S42-1, if the user live room interaction data satisfies the second mode condition, determining a reminder time and an interaction amount based on default settings.
The default reminder time and the interaction amount may be adaptively modified according to actual needs, which are not specifically limited by the present disclosure. For example, the reminder time may be determined to be a preset time, such as 2 minutes, for the user to watch live. The amount of interaction may be determined to be a minimum value, such as a value of a minimum electronic resource, or a value of a minimum package of electronic resources.
Correspondingly, in this disclosure, step S70 may include generating an electronic resource interaction reminder according to the interaction amount, and when a duration that the terminal corresponding to the user identifier accesses the target live broadcast room reaches the reminder time, pushing the electronic resource interaction reminder to the terminal corresponding to the user identifier.
The electronic resource interaction reminding processing method in live broadcasting, which is shown in the embodiment of the disclosure, can determine an electronic resource interaction strategy for a user according to the past behavior characteristics of the user, and perform electronic resource interaction reminding for the user according to the electronic resource interaction strategy, which is different from performing the same electronic resource interaction reminding for each user in the related art, so that personalized electronic resource interaction proposing processing is fully realized, personalized requirements of the user are met, interactivity is considered, disturbance caused when the user watches live broadcasting is avoided, and the viscosity of the user can be remarkably improved. Specifically, the electronic resource interaction strategy achieves the effect of personalized service for the user in three aspects of prompting, prompting when and prompting how, so that the user experience can be obviously improved, and the conversion rate of electronic resource interaction prompting is improved.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing an electronic resource interaction reminder in a live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment, and the method for processing an electronic resource interaction reminder in a live broadcast is described as being applied to the user terminal 130 illustrated in fig. 1, which includes the following steps.
In step S10-1, in response to a preset trigger operation, the user terminal accesses the target live room.
In step S20-1, the user terminal obtains the electronic resource interaction reminder from the server, and displays the electronic resource interaction reminder in the target live broadcast room.
How the server generates and pushes the electronic resource interaction reminder in the present disclosure has been described in detail above, and is not described again.
In some possible implementations, as shown in fig. 11, which shows a flowchart of step S20-1 in a method for processing an electronic resource interaction reminder in a live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment, the displaying the electronic resource interaction reminder in the target live broadcast room includes:
in step S20-11, a first control for displaying interactive content is rendered.
The first control may be a text box control, and the form of the first control is not limited by this disclosure.
In step S20-12, a second control for triggering electronic resource interaction is rendered.
The second control may be a button control, and the form of the second control is not limited by this disclosure. And triggering the second control can directly support the user to interact with the electronic resources of the anchor.
In step S20-13, the first control and the second control are laid out on a preset template to form an interactive reminder card.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of an interaction reminding card of a live electronic resource interaction reminding processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and electronic resource interaction reminding can be performed for a user through a personalized reminding card with a good display effect, so that the user's impression is improved.

FIG. 13 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for processing an electronic resource interaction alert in a live broadcast in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 13, the apparatus includes:

a tag content set determining module 40 configured to perform acquiring a tag content set of a main broadcast of a target live broadcast room corresponding to the user identifier; the target live broadcast room is a live broadcast room which is accessed by the terminal corresponding to the user identification;
an interaction reminder determination module 50 configured to perform determining whether to perform an electronic resource interaction reminder according to the electronic resource interaction reminder policy and a tag content set of an anchor of the target live broadcast room;
and an interaction reminding processing module 60 configured to generate an electronic resource interaction reminder based on the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy, and push the electronic resource interaction reminder to a terminal corresponding to the user identifier, so that the electronic resource interaction reminder is displayed in the target live broadcast.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the first mode condition judging module is configured to execute judgment on whether the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the first mode condition; if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the first mode condition, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition;
the second mode condition judging module is configured to execute the judgment of whether the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the second mode condition; if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the second mode condition, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition; otherwise, judging that the user live room interaction data does not meet the electronic interaction reminding condition.
In an exemplary embodiment, the interactive alert policy determining module includes:
a first model determining module configured to determine a first interaction model according to the user live broadcast room interaction data, and use the first interaction model as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction strategy; the first interaction model is used for calculating a reminding score according to the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user;
the second model determining module is configured to determine a second interaction model according to the user live broadcast room interaction data, and the second interaction model is used as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction strategy; the second interaction model is used for calculating reminding scores according to the non-electronic resource interaction behaviors of the users.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first model determining module includes:
the first anchor determining unit is configured to determine a plurality of first anchors which are enjoyed by a user according to the user live broadcast room interaction data and tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchors;
a first model tag determination unit configured to perform obtaining of each model tag in the first interaction model;
a first quantization unit configured to perform quantization on the tag content corresponding to each model tag according to the tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model tag; and the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.
In an exemplary embodiment, the second model determining module includes:
the second anchor determining unit is configured to execute the steps of determining a plurality of second anchors which are not enjoyed by the user according to the user live broadcast room interaction data and label content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of second anchors;
a second model tag determination unit configured to perform obtaining of each model tag in the second interaction model;
a second quantization unit configured to perform quantization on the tag content corresponding to each model tag according to the tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of second anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model tag; and the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.
In an exemplary embodiment, the interactive alert determining module further includes:
a reminding score calculating unit configured to perform calculation of a reminding score according to the tag content set and the interaction model of the anchor of the target live broadcast room;
the interaction determining unit is configured to execute the operation that the reminding score is larger than the reminding index; determining to perform electronic resource interaction reminding.
In an exemplary embodiment, the reminder score calculating unit includes:
an effective tag content set extraction unit configured to perform extraction of an effective tag content set from a tag content set of a anchor of the target live broadcast room according to the interaction model, wherein tags in the effective tag content set correspond to model tags in the interaction model;
a tag score calculation unit configured to perform a tag score determination for each valid tag in the valid tag content set according to the valid tag content set and the quantization result of the model tag;
and the reminding score calculating unit is configured to calculate the reminding score according to the label score of each effective label.
In an exemplary embodiment, the reminder score calculating unit is configured to perform a process of adding the total value of the tag score of each valid tag as the reminder score; or, obtaining the weight of each model label in the interaction model; and carrying out weighted summation according to the weight of each model label and the label score of each effective label to obtain the reminding score.
In an exemplary embodiment, the interaction reminding policy determining module includes:
a first time amount determination module configured to perform determining a reminder time and an interaction amount based on the electronic resource interaction behavior;
and the second time amount determining module is configured to determine the reminding time and the interaction amount based on default setting.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first time amount determination module includes:
the reminding time determining unit is configured to perform statistics on the occurrence time of the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user, and determine the reminding time according to the statistical result of the occurrence time;
and the interactive money amount determining unit is configured to perform single rewarding money amount counting of electronic resource interactive behaviors of the user, and determine the interactive money amount according to the single rewarding money amount so that the interactive money amount and the single rewarding money amount meet preset conditions.
In an exemplary embodiment, the interaction reminder processing module is configured to perform: and generating an electronic resource interaction prompt according to the interaction amount, and pushing the electronic resource interaction prompt to a terminal corresponding to the user identification when the time length of the terminal corresponding to the user identification accessing the target live broadcast room reaches the prompt time.
FIG. 14 is a block diagram illustrating another live electronic resource interaction reminder process, according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 14, the apparatus includes:
the access module 10-1 is configured to execute the operation of responding to the preset trigger to access the target live broadcast room;
the reminding module 20-1 is configured to execute the steps of obtaining the electronic resource interaction reminding from the server and displaying the electronic resource interaction reminding in the target live broadcast room;
the server is used for acquiring a user identifier corresponding to the preset trigger operation; acquiring interactive data of a user live broadcast room according to the user identification; determining an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data; acquiring a tag content set of a main broadcast of the target live broadcast room; determining whether to carry out electronic resource interactive reminding according to the electronic resource interactive reminding strategy and a tag content set of a main broadcast of the target live broadcast room; and generating and pushing the electronic resource interaction prompt based on the electronic resource interaction prompt strategy.
In an exemplary embodiment, the reminder module includes:
a first control rendering unit configured to perform rendering of a first control for displaying interactive content;
a second control rendering unit configured to perform rendering of a second control for triggering an electronic resource interaction;
the card generating unit is configured to lay the first control and the second control on a preset template to form an interactive reminding card;
a display unit configured to perform displaying the interactive reminder card.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided an electronic device, comprising a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; the processor is configured to implement the steps of the live electronic resource interaction reminding processing method provided in any of the above embodiments when executing the instructions stored in the memory.
The electronic device may be a terminal, a server, or a similar computing apparatus, taking the electronic device as an example, fig. 15 is a block diagram of an electronic device that performs a method for Processing an interactive alert of an electronic resource in live broadcasting according to an exemplary embodiment, where the electronic device 1000 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1010 (the processors 1010 may include but are not limited to Processing apparatuses such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA), a memory 1030 for storing data, and one or more storage media 1020 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) for storing an application 1023 or data 1022. Memory 1030 and storage media 1020 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 1020 may include one or more modules, each of which may include a sequence of instructions operating on an electronic device. Still further, the central processor 1010 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 1020 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1020 on the electronic device 1000. The electronic device 1000 may also include one or more power supplies 1060, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1050, one or more input-output interfaces 1040, and/or one or more operating systems 1021, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and so forth.
Input-output interface 1040 may be used to receive or transmit data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the electronic device 1000. In one example, i/o Interface 1040 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that may be coupled to other Network devices via a base station to communicate with the internet. In an exemplary embodiment, the input/output interface 100 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 15 is only an illustration, and does not limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device 1000 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 15, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 15.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium is further provided, and when instructions in the storage medium are executed by a processor of an electronic device, the electronic device is enabled to execute the steps of the electronic resource interaction reminding processing method in live broadcasting in the foregoing embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided that includes computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the electronic device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and executes the computer instructions, so that the electronic device executes the method for processing the electronic resource interaction reminding in live broadcast provided in any one of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Claims (26)

1. A method for processing electronic resource interaction reminding in live broadcast is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a preset trigger operation, and acquiring a user identifier corresponding to the preset trigger operation;
acquiring interactive data of a user live broadcast room according to the user identification;
if the user live broadcast room interactive data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition, determining an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy according to the user live broadcast room interactive data;
acquiring a tag content set of a main broadcast of a target live broadcast room corresponding to the user identification; the target live broadcast room is a live broadcast room which is accessed by the terminal corresponding to the user identification;
under the condition that the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy comprises an interaction model and a reminding index, extracting an effective label content set from a label content set of a main broadcasting of the target live broadcasting room according to the interaction model, wherein labels in the effective label content set correspond to model labels in the interaction model;
determining a label score of each effective label in the effective label content set according to the effective label content set and the quantification result of the model label;
calculating a reminder score according to the label score of each valid label;
and if the reminding score is larger than the reminding index, generating an electronic resource interaction reminder based on the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy, and pushing the electronic resource interaction reminder to a terminal corresponding to the user identifier so that the electronic resource interaction reminder is displayed in the target live broadcast.
2. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method according to claim 1, wherein the electronic interaction reminder condition includes a first mode condition and a second mode condition, the first mode condition is used for limiting an electronic resource interaction behavior of a user, and the second mode condition is used for limiting a non-electronic resource interaction behavior of the user;
correspondingly, before determining an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data if the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the electronic interaction reminding condition, the method further comprises:
judging whether the interactive data of the user live broadcast room meet the first mode condition or not;
if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the first mode condition, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition;
if the interactive data of the user live broadcast room does not meet the first mode condition, judging whether the interactive data of the user live broadcast room meets the second mode condition;
if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the second mode condition, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition; and otherwise, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data does not meet the electronic interaction reminding condition.
3. The live electronic resource interaction reminding processing method of claim 2, wherein the determining an electronic resource interaction reminding policy based on the user live room interaction data includes:
if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the first mode condition, determining a first interaction model according to the user live broadcast room interaction data, and taking the first interaction model as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction strategy; the first interaction model is used for calculating a reminding score according to the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user;
if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the second mode condition, determining a second interaction model according to the user live broadcast room interaction data, and taking the second interaction model as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction strategy; the second interaction model is used for calculating reminding scores according to the non-electronic resource interaction behaviors of the users.
4. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method of claim 3, wherein the determining a first interaction model from the user live room interaction data includes:
determining a plurality of first anchor broadcasts enjoyed by a user and label content sets respectively corresponding to the first anchor broadcasts according to the user live broadcast room interaction data;
obtaining each model label in the first interaction model;
quantizing the label content corresponding to each model label according to the label content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model label; and the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.
5. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method of claim 3, wherein the determining a second interaction model based on the user live room interaction data includes:
determining a plurality of second anchor broadcasts which are not enjoyed by the user and label content sets respectively corresponding to the second anchor broadcasts according to the user live broadcast room interaction data;
obtaining each model label in the second interaction model;
quantizing the label content corresponding to each model label according to the label content sets respectively corresponding to the second anchor to obtain a quantization result of each model label; and the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.

The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein each model tag in the first interaction model or each model tag in the interaction model includes: at least two of content verticality, gender, age, vermicelli layer, average simultaneous online population, or a combination thereof.
7. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method of claim 6, wherein the calculating a reminder score from the tag score of each active tag comprises;
taking the sum of the label scores of each valid label as the reminder score;
or the like, or, alternatively,
obtaining the weight of each model label in the interaction model; and carrying out weighted summation according to the weight of each model label and the label score of each effective label to obtain the reminding score.
8. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method of claim 3, wherein the electronic resource interaction reminder policy further includes a reminder time and an interaction amount,
correspondingly, the determining an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data further includes:
if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the first mode condition, determining reminding time and interaction amount based on the electronic resource interaction behavior;
and if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the second mode condition, determining reminding time and interaction amount based on default setting.
9. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing method of claim 8, wherein the determining a reminder time and an interaction amount based on the electronic resource interaction behavior includes:
counting the occurrence time of the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user, and determining the reminding time according to the counting result of the occurrence time;
and counting the single reward amount of the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user, and determining the interaction amount according to the single reward amount so that the interaction amount and the single reward amount meet preset conditions.
10. The method for processing an electronic resource interaction reminder in live broadcasting according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the generating an electronic resource interaction reminder based on the electronic resource interaction reminder policy and pushing the electronic resource interaction reminder to a terminal corresponding to the user identifier includes:
generating an electronic resource interaction reminder according to the interaction amount,
and when the time length of the terminal corresponding to the user identification accessing the target live broadcast room reaches the reminding time, pushing the electronic resource interactive reminding to the terminal corresponding to the user identification.
11. A method for processing electronic resource interaction reminding in live broadcast is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a preset trigger operation, and accessing a target live broadcast room;
acquiring an electronic resource interaction prompt from a server, and displaying the electronic resource interaction prompt in the target live broadcast room;
the server is used for acquiring a user identifier corresponding to the preset trigger operation; acquiring interactive data of a user live broadcast room according to the user identification; determining an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data; acquiring a tag content set of a main broadcast of the target live broadcast room; under the condition that the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy comprises an interaction model and a reminding index, extracting an effective label content set from a label content set of a main broadcasting of the target live broadcasting room according to the interaction model, wherein labels in the effective label content set correspond to model labels in the interaction model; determining the label score of each effective label in the effective label content set according to the effective label content set and the quantification result of the model label; calculating an alert score according to the label score of each valid label; and if the reminding score is larger than the reminding index, generating and pushing the electronic resource interaction reminding based on the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the displaying the electronic resource interaction reminder in the target live broadcast room comprises:
rendering a first control for displaying interactive content;
rendering a second control for triggering electronic resource interaction;
the first control and the second control are laid on a preset template to form an interactive reminding card;
and displaying the interactive reminding card.
13. An electronic resource interaction reminding processing device in live broadcast is characterized by comprising:
the user identifier acquisition module is configured to execute a preset trigger operation and acquire a user identifier corresponding to the preset trigger operation;
the user live broadcast room interactive data acquisition module is configured to execute the acquisition of the user live broadcast room interactive data according to the user identification;
the interaction reminding strategy determining module is configured to execute an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy determined according to the user live broadcast room interaction data if the user live broadcast room interaction data meets an electronic interaction reminding condition;
the tag content set determining module is configured to execute the acquisition of a tag content set of a main broadcast of a target live broadcast room corresponding to the user identification; the target live broadcast room is a live broadcast room which is accessed by the terminal corresponding to the user identification;
the interaction reminding determining module is configured to extract an effective label content set from a label content set of a main broadcasting of the target live broadcasting room according to the interaction model under the condition that the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy comprises an interaction model and a reminding index, wherein labels in the effective label content set correspond to model labels in the interaction model; determining the label score of each effective label in the effective label content set according to the effective label content set and the quantification result of the model label; calculating an alert score according to the label score of each valid label;
and the interaction reminding processing module is configured to execute generating an electronic resource interaction reminding based on the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy if the reminding score is larger than the reminding index, and pushing the electronic resource interaction reminding to a terminal corresponding to the user identifier so that the electronic resource interaction reminding is displayed in the target live broadcast.
14. The apparatus for processing interactive reminders for electronic assets in a live broadcast of claim 13, further comprising:
the first mode condition judging module is configured to execute judgment on whether the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the first mode condition; if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the first mode condition, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition;
the second mode condition judging module is configured to execute whether the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the second mode condition or not if the user live broadcast room interaction data does not meet the first mode condition; if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the second mode condition, judging that the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the electronic interaction reminding condition; otherwise, judging that the user live room interaction data does not meet the electronic interaction reminding condition.
15. The apparatus for processing interactive reminders for electronic resources on a live broadcast of claim 14, wherein the interactive reminder policy determination module comprises:
the first model determining module is configured to determine a first interaction model according to the user live broadcast room interaction data if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the first mode condition, and the first interaction model is used as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction strategy; the first interaction model is used for calculating a reminding score according to the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user;
the second model determining module is configured to determine a second interaction model according to the user live broadcast room interaction data if the user live broadcast room interaction data meet the second mode condition, and the second interaction model is used as an interaction model of the electronic resource interaction strategy; the second interaction model is used for calculating reminding scores according to the non-electronic resource interaction behaviors of the users.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the first model determining module comprises:
the first anchor determining unit is configured to determine a plurality of first anchors enjoyed by the user according to the user live broadcast room interaction data and tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchors;
a first model tag determination unit configured to perform obtaining of each model tag in the first interaction model;
a first quantization unit configured to perform quantization on the tag content corresponding to each model tag according to the tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of first anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model tag; and the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.
17. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the second model determining module includes:
the second anchor determining unit is configured to execute the steps of determining a plurality of second anchors which are not enjoyed by the user according to the user live broadcast room interaction data and respectively corresponding tag content sets of the plurality of second anchors;
a second model tag determination unit configured to perform obtaining of each model tag in the second interaction model;
a second quantization unit configured to perform quantization on the tag content corresponding to each model tag according to the tag content sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of second anchor, so as to obtain a quantization result of each model tag; and the quantitative result represents the relation between the label content and the label score in the model label.

The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing apparatus of claim 16 or 17, wherein each model tag in the first interaction model or each model tag in the interaction model includes: at least two of content verticality, gender, age, vermicelli layer, average simultaneous online population, or a combination thereof.

The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing apparatus of claim 18, wherein the reminder score calculating unit is configured to perform a process of taking a sum of the tag scores of each of the valid tags as the reminder score; or, obtaining the weight of each model label in the interaction model; and carrying out weighted summation according to the weight of each model label and the label score of each effective label to obtain the reminding score.
20. The apparatus for processing interactive reminders for electronic resources on a live broadcast of claim 15, wherein the interactive reminder policy determination module comprises:
a first time amount determining module configured to determine a reminding time and an interaction amount based on the electronic resource interaction behavior if the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the first mode condition;
and the second time amount determining module is configured to determine reminding time and interaction amount based on default setting if the user live broadcast room interaction data meets the second mode condition.
21. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing apparatus of claim 20, wherein the first time amount determination module includes:
the reminding time determining unit is configured to perform statistics on the occurrence time of the electronic resource interaction behavior of the user, and determine the reminding time according to the statistical result of the occurrence time;
and the interaction amount determining unit is configured to execute single reward amount counting of electronic resource interaction behaviors of the user, and determine the interaction amount according to the single reward amount so that the interaction amount and the single reward amount meet preset conditions.

The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing apparatus according to claim 20 or 21, wherein: the interaction reminder processing module is configured to perform: and generating an electronic resource interaction prompt according to the interaction amount, and pushing the electronic resource interaction prompt to a terminal corresponding to the user identification when the time for the terminal corresponding to the user identification to access the target live broadcast room reaches the prompt time.
23. An electronic resource interaction reminding processing device in live broadcast is characterized by comprising:
the access module is configured to execute the operation of responding to the preset trigger to access the target live broadcast room;
the reminding module is configured to acquire an electronic resource interaction reminder from a server and display the electronic resource interaction reminder in the target live broadcast room;
the server is used for acquiring a user identifier corresponding to the preset trigger operation; acquiring interactive data of a user live broadcast room according to the user identification; determining an electronic resource interaction reminding strategy according to the user live broadcast room interaction data; acquiring a tag content set of a main broadcast of the target live broadcast room; under the condition that the electronic resource interaction reminding strategy comprises an interaction model and a reminding index, extracting an effective label content set from a label content set of a main broadcasting of the target live broadcasting room according to the interaction model, wherein labels in the effective label content set correspond to model labels in the interaction model; determining a label score of each effective label in the effective label content set according to the effective label content set and the quantification result of the model label; calculating a reminder score according to the label score of each valid label; and if the reminding score is larger than the reminding index, generating and pushing the electronic resource interactive reminding based on the electronic resource interactive reminding strategy.
24. The live electronic resource interaction reminder processing apparatus of claim 23, wherein the reminder module includes:

25. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the method of processing an electronic resource interaction alert in a live broadcast as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10 or the method of processing an electronic resource interaction alert in a live broadcast as claimed in claim 11 or 12.

A storage medium, in which instructions, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the method of handling an electronic resource interaction alert in a live broadcast of any one of claims 1 to 10, or the method of handling an electronic resource interaction alert in a live broadcast of claim 11 or 12.
