the embodiment of the invention counts the traffic patrol service requirements and converts the traffic patrol service requirements into traffic patrol tasks; matching the traffic patrol tasks by combining the traffic patrol resource data to obtain a policeman traffic patrol task, a police car traffic patrol task and an unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task; distributing the three tasks respectively; wherein, distribute unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task, include: carrying out task planning processing on the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task; decomposing the planned traffic patrol task of the unmanned aerial vehicle to generate a flight task of the unmanned aerial vehicle; distributing the unmanned aerial vehicle flight tasks to each unmanned aerial vehicle resource; and if the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks are not completely executed, replanning the unexecuted unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks, matching and executing the replanned unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks serving as new traffic patrol tasks again until all the traffic patrol tasks are completely executed. The embodiment of the invention utilizes three resources of policemen, police cars and unmanned planes to distribute and execute patrol tasks contained in patrol service requirements, thereby realizing reasonable utilization of resources, improving the utilization rate of resources and improving the efficiency of traffic patrol.
It should be noted that, through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform. Claims (10)

1. A traffic patrol business control method under the cooperation of air and ground is executed by a computer and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
counting traffic patrol service requirements and converting the traffic patrol service requirements into traffic patrol tasks;
matching the traffic patrol tasks by combining traffic patrol resource data to obtain a policeman traffic patrol task, a police car traffic patrol task and an unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task;
distributing the police officer traffic patrol task, the police car traffic patrol task and the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task respectively; wherein, will unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task distributes, includes: carrying out task planning processing on the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task; decomposing the planned traffic patrol task of the unmanned aerial vehicle to generate a flight task of the unmanned aerial vehicle; allocating the unmanned aerial vehicle flight mission to each unmanned aerial vehicle resource;
and if the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks are not completely executed, replanning the unexecuted unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks, taking the replanned unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks as new traffic patrol tasks to be matched and executed again until all the traffic patrol tasks are completely executed.
2. The management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the traffic patrol service requirement includes: daily traffic patrol service and emergency traffic patrol service;
the step of converting the traffic patrol service requirement into a traffic patrol task comprises the following steps: and decomposing the traffic patrol service requirements according to the patrol road section and the patrol area to generate a traffic patrol task.
3. The management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the matching of the traffic patrol task in combination with the traffic patrol resource data includes:
inputting the traffic patrol tasks and the traffic patrol resource data into a pre-constructed task matching model to obtain policeman traffic patrol tasks, police vehicle traffic patrol tasks and unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks which are required to be executed by each traffic patrol resource;
wherein the patrol resource data comprises: armed police data, armed unmanned data and road network data;
the road network data includes: road section flow information and road congestion status.
4. The management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the allocating the police traffic patrol task, and the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task includes:
allocating the police traffic patrol tasks to corresponding police resources, and allocating the police traffic patrol tasks to corresponding police resources;
distributing the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks to corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle resources to obtain unmanned aerial vehicle flight tasks corresponding to each unmanned aerial vehicle; and determining a flight route of each unmanned aerial vehicle, and executing the traffic patrol task of the unmanned aerial vehicles based on the flight routes.
5. The management and control method according to claim 1, wherein decomposing the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task after planning processing includes:
splitting a patrol section task corresponding to an unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task into a plurality of sub-section tasks based on the safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the battery endurance time of the unmanned aerial vehicle;
the allocating the unmanned aerial vehicle flight mission to each unmanned aerial vehicle resource comprises:
inputting the flight tasks of the unmanned aerial vehicles into a pre-constructed task matching model to obtain the flight tasks of the unmanned aerial vehicles which need to be executed respectively;
wherein the pre-constructed task matching model comprises: the integer programming model and the 0-1 programming model are mixed.
6. The management and control method according to claim 4, further comprising:
the police officer resource, the police car resource and the unmanned aerial vehicle resource report the traffic event if the traffic event is found in the process of executing the corresponding traffic patrol task, and the traffic event is used as a traffic patrol service requirement to be processed;
the traffic events include: traffic accidents, road congestion events and violation events.
7. The management and control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and if the police officer traffic patrol task, the police car traffic patrol task and the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task are completely executed, performing task evaluation on all the traffic patrol tasks and uploading the task evaluation result.
8. A traffic patrol business management and control system under cooperation of air and ground is characterized by comprising:
the traffic patrol task acquisition module is configured to count traffic patrol service requirements and convert the traffic patrol service requirements into traffic patrol tasks;
the traffic patrol task matching module is configured to match the traffic patrol tasks in combination with traffic patrol resource data to obtain police officer traffic patrol tasks, police car traffic patrol tasks and unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks;
the traffic patrol task distribution module is configured to distribute the police traffic patrol task, the police car traffic patrol task and the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task respectively; wherein, will unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task distributes, includes: carrying out task planning processing on the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol task; decomposing the planned traffic patrol task of the unmanned aerial vehicle to generate a flight task of the unmanned aerial vehicle; allocating the unmanned aerial vehicle flight mission to each unmanned aerial vehicle resource;
and the traffic patrol task re-planning module is configured to re-plan the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks which are not executed if the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks are not completely executed, match the re-planned unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks as new traffic patrol tasks again and execute the new traffic patrol tasks until all the traffic patrol tasks are completely executed.
9. The management and control system according to claim 8, wherein the assigning the police, police and unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol missions comprises:
distributing the police traffic patrol tasks to corresponding police resources, and executing the police traffic patrol tasks respectively;
distributing the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic patrol tasks to corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle resources to obtain unmanned aerial vehicle flight tasks corresponding to each unmanned aerial vehicle; and determining a flight route of each unmanned aerial vehicle, and executing the traffic patrol task of the unmanned aerial vehicles based on the flight routes.
10. A readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
