Abstract
The invention relates to a blowout preventer for coal mining drilling, which comprises a sleeve and an expansion device, wherein the sleeve is provided with a flange plate, the flange plate is fixed on a rock stratum of the coal mining drilling through an expansion bolt, the expansion device comprises an expansion sleeve, a tensioning piece and a tensioning bolt, one end of the expansion sleeve is propped against the flange plate, the other end of the expansion sleeve is propped against the tensioning piece, one end of the tensioning bolt is connected with the tensioning piece, the other end of the tensioning bolt sequentially penetrates through the expansion sleeve and the flange plate and is in threaded connection with a movable nut on the outer side of the flange plate, the tensioning bolt is used for pulling the tensioning piece to enable the inner wall and the outer wall of the expansion sleeve to be respectively clung to the outer wall of the sleeve and the wall of the coal mining drilling, and a gas drainage tube seat, a water spraying dust fall tube seat, a coal water discharge tube seat and a drill stem seat are further arranged on the sleeve. The invention has the advantages of convenient disassembly and assembly, high recycling rate, high connection strength with coal mining holes and good sealing performance, integrates the functions of blowout prevention, dust fall, coal discharge, water discharge and gas extraction, and is beneficial to ensuring the safety of coal mining devices and operators.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the increasing tunneling depth of the coal mining working face, the underground pressure is also increased, gas and dust are easy to splash at the drilling position, the safety of a coal mining device and operators is affected, and water cinder is also caused to be sprayed out from the drilling position particularly when hydraulic coal mining operation is adopted. Preferably, the expansion sleeve is a corrugated rubber sleeve, so that the expansion sleeve is convenient to manufacture and good in sealing performance.
Preferably, the tensioning piece is a pulling disc sleeved on the sleeve, a plurality of tensioning bolts are uniformly distributed on one side of the pulling disc, the tensioning bolts are fixedly connected with the pulling disc, the movable nuts on the outer side of the flange disc are screwed, and the distance between the pulling disc and the flange disc can be adjusted through the tensioning bolts, so that the expansion and the relaxation of the expansion sleeve are realized.

The invention adopts the working principle that the expansion device is adopted to realize the pull-expansion type fixation of the sleeve in the coal mining borehole, and the inner wall and the outer wall of the expansion sleeve are respectively clung to the outer wall of the sleeve and the wall of the coal mining borehole through the tension bolt and the tension piece, so that on one hand, the tightness between the sleeve and the coal mining borehole is improved, the blowout prevention effect is ensured, on the other hand, the connection strength between the sleeve and the coal mining borehole is improved, and after the expansion device and the expansion bolt are loosened, the sleeve can be quickly taken out from the coal mining borehole, thereby being beneficial to the recycling of the device. The gas drainage tube seat is used for being connected with a gas drainage device so as to drain gas in the coal mining process, the water spraying dust fall tube seat is used for being connected with a water spraying tube, water spraying dust fall in the sleeve is realized, coal dust is prevented from escaping from the joint of the drill rod and the drill rod tube seat, the coal water leakage tube seat is used for being connected with a coal water discharge pipeline, the extracted coal and waste water can be conveniently discharged in time, and the drill rod tube seat is used for being connected with the drill rod, so that efficient coal mining is realized.
The device has the beneficial effects of simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, high recycling rate, high connection strength with coal mining holes and good sealing performance, integrates the functions of blowout prevention, dust fall, coal discharge, water discharge and gas extraction, and is beneficial to guaranteeing the safety of the coal mining device and operators.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1-2, the blowout preventer for coal mining and drilling provided by the invention comprises a sleeve 1 and a tension device, wherein a flange plate 2 is arranged on the sleeve 1, the flange plate 2 is fixed on a rock stratum 5 of the coal mining and drilling hole 4 through an expansion bolt 3, the tension device comprises a tension sleeve 6, a tension member 7 and a tension bolt 8, the tension sleeve 6 and the tension member 7 are both arranged in the coal mining and drilling hole 4, a through hole for the tension bolt 8 to pass through is formed in the tension sleeve 6, one end of the tension sleeve 6 is propped against the flange plate 2, the other end is propped against the tension member 7, one end of the tension bolt 8 is connected with the tension member 7, the other end sequentially passes through the tension sleeve 6 and the flange plate 2 and is in threaded connection with a movable nut 9 outside the flange plate 2, the tension bolt 8 is used for pulling the tension member 7 to enable the inner wall and the outer wall of the tension sleeve 6 to be respectively clung to the outer wall of the sleeve 1 and the wall of the coal mining and the wall of the drilling hole 4, a gas drainage tube seat 10, a gas drainage tube seat 11, a gas drainage tube seat 12 and a coal drainage tube seat 13 are further arranged on the sleeve 1, a water drainage tube seat 12 and a water drainage tube seat 13 are arranged on the sleeve 1, the water drainage tube seat 11 and the water drainage tube seat 11 are arranged on the water drainage tube seat 11 and the water drainage tube seat 13, and the water drainage tube seat 11 is arranged on the water drainage tube seat 11 and the water drainage tube seat 11, and is arranged on the water drainage tube seat 11 and is arranged on the coal hole seat 1 and is provided on the coal hole seat, and is provided with the hole.

The detachable filter assembly is arranged in the gas drainage tube seat 10 and comprises a filter tube 14, a filter element 15 and a filter tube cover 16, the filter tube 14 is obliquely arranged on the gas drainage tube seat 10, the filter element 15 is placed in the filter tube 14, the filter tube cover 16 is connected with the filter tube 14 through bolts, and coal dust and water drops in gas can be filtered through the filter assembly, so that the service life of the gas drainage device is prolonged. A plurality of baffles 17 are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the gas drainage tube seat 10 in a staggered manner, the baffles 17 are arranged below the filter assembly, one end, far away from the inner wall of the gas drainage tube seat 10, of each baffle 17 is inclined downwards, and S-shaped air extraction channels 18 are formed between the baffles 17. The baffle 17 is arranged to form the S-shaped air suction channel 18, so that coal blocks or water drops entrained in the gas can be primarily separated, and the service life of the filter assembly can be prolonged.
The invention adopts the working principle that the expansion device is adopted to realize the pull-expansion type fixation of the sleeve 1 in the coal mining drilling hole 4, and the inner wall and the outer wall of the expansion sleeve 6 are respectively clung to the outer wall of the sleeve 1 and the wall of the coal mining drilling hole 4 through the tension bolt 8 and the tension piece 7, so that on one hand, the tightness between the sleeve 1 and the coal mining drilling hole 4 is improved, the blowout prevention effect is ensured, on the other hand, the connection strength between the sleeve 1 and the coal mining drilling hole 4 is improved, and after the expansion device and the expansion bolt 3 are loosened, the sleeve 1 can be quickly taken out from the coal mining drilling hole 4, thereby being beneficial to the recycling of the device. The gas drainage tube seat 10 is used for being connected with a gas drainage device so as to drain gas in the coal mining process, the water spraying dust fall tube seat 11 is used for being connected with a water spraying tube, water spraying dust fall in the sleeve 1 is realized, coal dust is prevented from escaping from the joint of the drill rod and the drill rod tube seat 13, the coal water is discharged out of the tube seat 12 and is used for being connected with a coal water discharging pipeline, the extracted coal and waste water can be conveniently discharged out in time, and the drill rod tube seat 13 is used for being connected with the drill rod, so that efficient coal mining is realized.
