With the rapid increase of the steel of high-silicon high-manganese products, silicon, calcium and other components in the cleaned acid liquor are combined to form silicon mud which is greatly increased and is bonded into blocks in pipelines, spray beams, measuring instruments, graphite heat exchangers and other places, and the acid liquor data measured by the instruments is inaccurate due to the influence of the silicon mud, so that the surface quality of the strip steel is greatly influenced. Along with the increase of the operation time of the unit, the frequency and the times of the silicon sludge causing the blockage of the spray opening and the acid tank due to the silicon sludge are obviously increased, and the frequency and the times of treating the silicon sludge greatly influence the normal production of acid rolling and the whole cold rolling. Therefore, how to realize the online blockage removal maintenance of the acid tank, avoid the equipment damage caused by the blockage of the acid tank, and ensure the normal work of the system in the blockage removal maintenance process becomes a problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field.

When the second acid tank 2 is blocked, the fourth switch valve 11 is closed, the third switch valve 10 is opened at the same time, when the acid liquor in the second acid tank 2 is basically pumped out, the second switch valve 9 is closed, the first switch valve 8 is opened at the same time, and the residual acid liquor is drained from the lower liquid outlet; adding 3% of sodium hydroxide into the second acid tank 2, simultaneously opening the second switch valve 9 and the fourth switch valve 11, circulating alkali liquor between the spraying opening 3 and the second acid tank 2 at 75 ℃, and cleaning attached silicon sludge; and finally, discharging the circulating sufficient sodium hydroxide solution from a liquid outlet at the lower part of the second acid tank 2 so as to realize the switching of the acid tanks and the flushing of the blocked part.
