An automatic capping device for carton packages as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the box cover pushing mechanism (7) comprises a pushing mechanism connecting frame (12), and the pushing mechanism connecting frame (12) is fixedly connected with a guide rail cover outlet (11) at the lower end of the cover conveying guide rail (2); a transverse pushing cylinder (13) is arranged on one side of the pushing mechanism connecting frame (12), a guide positioning block (14) is arranged in front of the telescopic end of the transverse pushing cylinder (13), and a pushing cover guide clamping groove (15) arranged along the telescopic direction of the transverse pushing cylinder (13) is arranged in the guide positioning block (14); the front side of the bottom of the push cover guide clamping groove (15) is also provided with a longitudinal push cylinder (17), and the longitudinal push cylinder (17) is connected with the end part of the guide positioning block (14) through a longitudinal push cylinder connecting frame (16).
