when the cart brakes, the controller receives a signal of the speed-regulating brake handle and controls the electromagnetic clutch brake to brake. When the brake is stopped, the controller releases the electromagnetic clutch brake to stop the brake of the axle, so that the cart can normally run;
when the electric quantity of the storage battery is insufficient, the controller stops supplying power to the electromagnetic clutch after detecting that the electric quantity is insufficient, the electromagnetic clutch is disconnected, and therefore resistance is not brought by linkage of other mechanisms when the non-driven tire rotates.
