the recycling assembly comprises a sewage tank, a primary filtering tank and a secondary filtering tank which are sequentially arranged, a bearing layer is arranged below the frame sieve lattices, the bearing layer comprises a concrete bottom layer, water grooves are formed in the concrete bottom layer, the frame sieve lattices are laid above the water grooves, the water grooves are communicated with the sewage tank, the primary filtering tank is communicated with the sewage tank, the secondary filtering tank is communicated with the primary filtering tank, and the secondary filtering tank is communicated with the clean water tank;
the spray head is communicated with the clean water tank through a pipeline, and a pressurizing piece is arranged between the spray head and the clean water tank.
2. The vehicle washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the plenum includes a plurality of water pumps connected in parallel between the spray head and the clean water reservoir.

5. The vehicle washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein a filter member is disposed within the secondary filter tank, the filter member comprising a plurality of second screens, the second screens being vertically disposed in series within the secondary filter tank.
6. The vehicle washing apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the bottom surfaces of the sump, the primary filter tank, and the secondary filter tank are located at a horizontal surface.
7. The vehicle washing apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom surface of the wastewater tank is provided with an inclined plate, and the inclined plate forms an angle of 15-45 ° with the bottom surface of the wastewater tank.
