Thus, the appearances of the phrases "in one embodiment" or "in an embodiment" in various places throughout this specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a vehicle door control system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle door control system includes: door body 10, stopper 20, controller 30, control button 40 and closure 50.
The first end of stopper 20 is connected with door body 10, and the second end of stopper 20 is connected on the vehicle, and closure 50 and control button 40 all set up on door body 10, and control button 40 is connected with controller 30 electricity, and controller 30 is connected with closure 50 electricity, is provided with limit structure on the stopper 20, and limit structure and closure 50 looks adaptation. The control button 40 is used for transmitting a control signal to the controller 30, and the controller 30 is used for controlling the locking element 50 to be matched with the limiting structure according to the control signal so as to limit the vehicle door body 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the first end of the stopper 20 is connected to the door body 10, the second end of the stopper 20 is connected to the vehicle, the locking member 50 and the control button 40 are both disposed on the door body 10, and the controller 30 is electrically connected to the locking member 50, the control button 40 can transmit a control signal to the controller 30 when being pressed, and after receiving the control signal, the control button 40 can control the locking member 50 according to the control signal. Because the stopper 20 is provided with the limiting structure, the limiting structure is matched with the locking piece 50, therefore, the controller 30 can control the locking piece 50 to be matched with the limiting structure according to the control signal, and after the locking piece 50 is matched with the limiting structure, the position of the vehicle door body 10 is fixed. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the limiting structure is disposed on the stopper 20, and the control button 40 and the locking element 50 are disposed on the vehicle door body 10, so that the control button 40 sends a control signal to the controller 30, so that the controller 30 controls the locking element 50 to cooperate with the limiting structure according to the control signal, and limit the vehicle door body 10, thereby preventing the vehicle door from being damaged due to the collision between the vehicle door and an obstacle caused by too hard force when the user pulls or pushes the vehicle door by using a hand.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the control key 40 and the Controller 30 may be electrically connected through a wire harness, that is, the control key 40 may be electrically connected through a wire harness in a Controller Area Network (CAN) of the Controller 30. The controller 30 and the locking element 50 may also be electrically connected to the locking element 50 via a wiring harness, so that a control signal may be sent to the locking element 50 via the wiring harness.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, a sliding groove may be disposed on the door body 10, and the first end of the stopper 20 is slidably connected to the sliding groove. When the sliding groove is formed in the vehicle door body 10, and the first end of the stopper 20 is slidably connected with the sliding groove, the first end of the stopper 20 can slide in the sliding groove when the vehicle door body 10 is opened or the vehicle door body 10 is closed, so that the opening angle of the vehicle door body 10 is increased, or the opening angle of the vehicle door body 10 is decreased.
In addition, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, which shows a partial enlarged view at a in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, the locking element 50 may include an electromagnet 51, a slide rail 52, and a slider 53. The slide rail 52 is arranged on the electromagnet, the slide block 53 is connected with the slide rail 52 in a sliding way, and the electromagnet 51 is electrically connected with the controller 30. Under the condition that the slide block 53 slides to the first position of the slide rail 52, the slide block 53 is matched with the limiting structure to limit the vehicle door body 10; when the slider 53 slides to the second position of the slide rail 52, the slider 53 is separated from the stopper structure to release the stopper of the door body 10.
Since the sliding block 53 is slidably connected to the sliding rail 52, the sliding block 53 can slide on the sliding rail 52. Since the slide rail 52 is disposed on the electromagnet 51, and the electromagnet 51 is electrically connected to the controller 30, the controller 30 can supply power to the electromagnet 51 or cut off power, so that the electromagnet 51 generates magnetic force or disappears. When the controller 30 supplies power to the electromagnet 51, at this time, the electromagnet 51 generates magnetic force, the electromagnet 51 can attract the slider 53, so that the slider 53 slides on the slide rail 52, and when the slider 53 slides to the second position of the slide rail 52, the slider 53 can be separated from the limit structure, and the limit of the door body 10 can be released. When the controller 30 stops supplying power to the electromagnet 51, that is, when the controller 30 powers off the electromagnet 51, the magnetic force on the electromagnet 51 disappears, the slider 53 slides on the slide rail 52 due to its own weight, and when the slider 53 slides to the first position of the slide rail 52, the slider 53 is engaged with the limiting structure, so as to limit the door body 10.
Of course, the locking element 50 may be of other types, such as a mechanical lever type or a zipper type, in which case the limiting structure may vary with the type of the locking element 50, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein. The locking piece 50 can still be controlled to be matched with the limiting structure through the control key 40, or the locking piece 50 is controlled to be separated from the limiting structure, so that the door body 10 is limited or the limitation of the door body 10 is released.
It should be noted that, when the door body 10 includes the control key 40, the controller 30 may be caused to supply power to the electromagnet 51 by sending a control signal to the controller 30 by pressing the control key 40, and when the pressing of the control key 40 is stopped, the controller 30 stops supplying power to the electromagnet 51, that is, the electromagnet 51 is powered off.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the controller 30 may be a domain controller in a vehicle, in this case, the controller 30 may also be configured to control other functions of the vehicle, for example, to control the lamps of the vehicle to be turned on and off, to control the trunk of the doors of the vehicle to be turned on and off, to receive signals of an electronic key of the doors, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein. In addition, the controller 30 may be mounted on the door body 10, or may be mounted in a vehicle, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the material of the slider 53 may be a material that can be attracted by the electromagnet 51, for example, the material of the slider 53 may be a metal material, and may also be a magnetic material, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited herein.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the slide rail 52 may be connected to the electromagnet 51 by welding, and may also be connected by other methods, such as clamping, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, a sliding groove may be disposed on the sliding rail 52 along the extending direction of the sliding rail 52, and a sliding boss may be disposed on the sliding block 53, and the sliding boss is embedded in the sliding groove, so that the sliding block 53 is slidably connected with the sliding rail 52.
In addition, in some embodiments, the limiting structure may be a rack, and the sliding block 53 may be provided with a insection adapted to the rack.
Because the limit structure is a rack, and the sliding block 53 is provided with insections matched with the rack, when the sliding block 53 slides to the first position of the sliding rail 52, the insections on the sliding block 53 can be meshed with the insections on the rack. Since the electromagnet 51 is disposed on the door body 10, the slide rail 52 is disposed on the electromagnet 51, and the slider 53 is slidably connected to the electromagnet 51, after the insections on the slider 53 are engaged with the insections on the rack, the movement of the door body 10 is blocked by the rack on the stopper 20, so that the door body 10 cannot move, thereby achieving the stopper of the door body 10. When the slide block 53 slides to the second position of the slide rail 52, at this time, the insections on the slide block 53 and the insections on the rack are separated from each other, and at this time, the rack cannot form a blocking effect on the slide block 53, so that the movement of the door body 10 cannot be blocked, and the limit on the door body 10 is released. That is, the rack is arranged on the stopper 20, and the insection matched with the rack is arranged on the sliding block 53, so that the vehicle door body 10 can be conveniently limited through the matching of the sliding block 53 and the rack.
In addition, in this application embodiment, limit structure can also be the recess, can be provided with the boss with recess looks adaptation on the slider 53. Wherein, a plurality of grooves can be arranged on the surface of the stopper 20 facing the sliding block 53, and at least one boss can be arranged on the sliding block 53. When the slider 53 slides to the first position of the slide rail 52, at this time, the boss on the slider 53 may be embedded in the groove on the stopper 20, so that the boss forms a blocking effect on the stopper groove, and thus the door body 10 may be stopped by the groove and the boss. When the slider 53 slides to the second position of the slide rail 52, at this time, the slider 53 can be separated from the groove, and the slider 53 releases the block of the groove, thereby releasing the limit of the door body 10.
Of course, the limiting structure may be of other types, and as for the type of the limiting structure, the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.
In addition, in some embodiments, the number of the control buttons 40 may include two, and the door body 10 includes a first side and a second side opposite to each other. One control button 40 is installed at a first side of the door body 10, and the other control button 40 is installed at a second side of the door body 10.
When one control button 40 is installed at the first side of the door body 10 and the other control button 40 is installed at the second side of the door, no matter the user is located in the vehicle or outside the vehicle, the user can send a control signal to the controller 30 by pressing the control button 40, so that the controller 30 controls the locking piece 50 to limit the door body 10 or release the limit of the door body 10. That is, by setting the number of the control buttons 40 to two, it is possible to facilitate the user to determine whether the door body 10 needs to be restrained or not through the control buttons 40.
Note that, in the present embodiment, when the door control system is installed in a vehicle, the first side of the door body 10 may be a side facing the inside of the vehicle, and the second side of the door body 10 may be a side facing the outside of the vehicle. At this time, when a user sits in the vehicle, the user can press the control key 40 on the first side, so that the control key sends a control signal to the controller 30, the controller 30 supplies power to the electromagnet 51, the sliding block 53 is separated from the limiting structure, the limiting on the vehicle door is released, and the opening angle of the vehicle door can be increased. When the user is outside the vehicle, the user can release the limit of the vehicle door by pressing the control key 40 on the second side, so that the opening angle of the vehicle door can be increased.
In addition, in some embodiments, a door handle 60 is disposed on the second side of the door body 10, and another control button 40 is disposed on the door handle 60.
When the other control button 40 is disposed on the door handle 60, the control button 40 can be directly pressed when the user opens the door through the door handle 60, so that the user can limit the door body 10 through the control button 40. That is, by providing the control knob 40 on the door handle 60, it is possible to facilitate the operation of the control knob 40 to restrain the door body 10. In addition, the control key 40 is disposed on the door handle 60, so that the space occupancy rate of the second side of the door body 10 can be reduced, and the second side of the door body 10 is more concise and more beautiful.
Additionally, in some embodiments, the vehicle door control system may further include a distance sensor. The distance sensor is installed on the door body 10 and electrically connected with the controller 30, and the distance sensor is used for detecting the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle, and when the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle is smaller than or equal to a preset distance, an instruction is sent to the controller 30, so that the controller 30 controls the locking piece 50 to be matched with the limiting structure.
Since the vehicle door control system includes the distance sensor, which is mounted on the vehicle door body 10 and electrically connected to the controller 30, the distance sensor may send an instruction to the controller 30 to cause the controller 30 to control the latch 50. Because distance sensor can detect the distance between door body 10 and the barrier, and can be when the distance between door body 10 and the barrier is less than or equal to preset distance, send the instruction to controller 30 to make controller 30 control closure 50 and limit structure cooperation, consequently, can avoid the in-process at the opening angle grow of door, door body 10 and barrier collide, further avoid door body 10 to be damaged.
It should be noted that, in the process that the user presses the control button 40 to make the controller 30 send an instruction to the locking piece 50 to separate the locking piece 50 from the limiting structure, the opening angle of the door body 10 may become large, but when the user does not notice the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle, the door body 10 may collide with the obstacle to damage the door body 10. And when setting up distance sensor on door body 10, at this moment, when the distance between door body 10 and the barrier is less than when predetermineeing the distance, distance sensor can send the instruction to controller 30 for controller 30 control closure 50 cooperates with limit structure, and is spacing to door body 10, avoids door body 10 and barrier striking.
For example, when the user sits in the vehicle and presses the control button 40, at this time, the controller 30 may send an instruction to the latch 50 so that the latch 50 is separated from the stopper structure, and the stopper of the door body 10 is released so that the opening angle of the door body 10 may become large. When the opening angle of the door body 10 is gradually increased, the distance sensor can detect the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle in real time. If the user is because careless, when not noticing the distance between door body 10 and the barrier, the user still presses control button 40 this moment, but if the opening angle of door body 10 continues the grow, probably lead to door body 10 and barrier collision, at this moment, distance sensor detects that the distance between door body 10 and the barrier is less than preset distance, distance sensor sends the instruction to controller 30, make controller 30 control closure 50 and limit structure cooperation, it is spacing to door body 10, through setting up distance sensor promptly, can avoid making the problem of door body 10 and barrier striking appear because user's careless.
When the locking element 50 comprises an electromagnet 51, a sliding rail 52 and a sliding block 53, the limiting structure is a rack, and the sliding block 53 is provided with a insection matched with the rack, when a user presses the control key 40, the controller 30 supplies power to the electromagnet 51, so that the insection on the sliding block 53 is separated from the rack, and the opening angle of the vehicle door body 10 can be gradually increased. If the user does not notice the distance between the vehicle door body 10 and the obstacle, at this time, the distance sensor detects that the distance between the vehicle door body 10 and the obstacle is smaller than the preset distance, the distance sensor sends an instruction to the controller 30, the controller 30 stops supplying power to the electromagnet 51, so that the insections on the slider 53 are meshed with the racks to limit the vehicle door body 10, and at this time, even if the user presses the control key 40, the controller 30 still cannot supply power to the electromagnet 51.
It should be noted that the preset distance may be set according to the size of the vehicle door body 10, and the preset distance may also be set according to actual needs, and for a specific numerical value of the preset distance, the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein. In addition, the preset distance may be a safe distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle, and when the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle is the preset distance, the door body 10 just contacts the obstacle when the door body 10 is fully opened. When the distance between the vehicle body and the obstacle is greater than the preset distance, at this time, when the door body 10 is fully opened, the door body 10 does not contact the obstacle. When the distance between the vehicle body and the obstacle is smaller than the preset distance, at this time, when the vehicle door body 10 is completely opened, the vehicle door body 10 and the obstacle can form an impact effect.
Additionally, in some embodiments, the door control system may further include an alarm. The alarm member is disposed on the door body 10 and electrically connected to the controller 30, and the alarm member is configured to give an alarm when a distance between the door body 10 and an obstacle is less than or equal to a preset distance.
When the door control system includes the alarm member, the alarm member is provided on the door body 10, and the alarm member is electrically connected to the controller 30, so that the controller 30 can send a command to the alarm member so that the alarm member can give an alarm. At this time, in the process that the user gradually increases the opening angle of the door body 10 by pressing the control button 40, when the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle is greater than the preset distance, the controller 30 may send an instruction to the locking member 50, so that the locking member 50 is separated from the limiting structure. In the process that the user gradually increases the opening angle of the vehicle door body 10 by pressing the control key 40, when the distance between the vehicle door body 10 and the obstacle is less than or equal to the preset distance, the controller 30 may send an instruction to the locking member 50, so that the locking member 50 is matched with the limiting structure, and the controller 30 may send an instruction to the alarm member, so that the alarm member gives an alarm. That is, by providing the alarm member on the door body 10, when the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, an alarm may be given to the user to prompt the user.
It should be noted that, when the locking element 50 includes the electromagnet 51, the slide rail 52 and the slider 53, the limiting structure is a rack, and the slider 53 is provided with the insections adapted to the rack, when the user presses the control button 40, the controller 30 supplies power to the electromagnet 51, so that the insections on the slider 53 are separated from the rack, and the opening angle of the door body 10 can be gradually increased. If the distance sensor detects that the distance between the vehicle door body 10 and the obstacle is smaller than the preset distance, the distance sensor sends an instruction to the controller 30, the controller 30 stops supplying power to the electromagnet 51, so that the insections on the sliding block 53 are meshed with the racks to limit the vehicle door body 10, the controller 30 sends an instruction to the alarm part, the alarm part gives an alarm, the user can be prompted, the user can know the position of the current vehicle door body 10, and the problem that the user thinks that the current control key 40 is out of order is avoided.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the alarm member may be a light emitting device for emitting light of a predetermined color when the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle is less than or equal to a predetermined distance.
When the alarm is a light emitting device, the user presses the control key 40 to release the limit of the vehicle door body 10, the opening angle of the vehicle door body 10 can be gradually increased, and the distance sensor can detect the distance between the vehicle door body 10 and the obstacle in real time. If the distance between the door body 10 and the obstacle is less than or equal to the preset distance, the controller 30 may control the light emitting device to emit light of a preset color, and prompt the user through the light of the preset color.
