The mold temperature reducing and cooling protection device of claim 1, wherein the first temperature reducing mechanism comprises a first temperature reducing plate (15) horizontally arranged, the lower end of the first temperature reducing plate (15) is connected with a moving body through two symmetrically arranged connecting rods (16), the upper end of the moving body is provided with a first refrigerator (17), the first temperature reducing plate (15) is of a hollow structure, the output end of the first refrigerator (17) penetrates through the side wall of the first temperature reducing plate (15) and is communicated with the inside of the first temperature reducing plate (15), the upper end of the first temperature reducing plate (15) is provided with a second opening communicated with the outside, and a first dust screen (18) is arranged in the second opening.
