A rubber seal ring manufacturing and forming method uses a rubber seal ring manufacturing and forming device which comprises a bottom plate (1), a supporting device (2), an outer trimming device (3) and an inner trimming device (4), and is characterized in that: the specific method for deburring the rubber sealing ring by adopting the rubber sealing ring manufacturing and forming equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, equipment detection: before the equipment is used, the equipment is routinely detected and cleaned in a manual mode;
s2, forming of a sealing ring: placing the rubber strip on a sealing ring forming machine in a manual mode, and performing compression forming on rubber by the sealing ring forming machine;
s3, burr processing: manually placing the sealing ring formed in the step S2 on a supporting device (2), and then carrying out deburring processing on the rubber ring by an outer trimming device (3) and an inner trimming device (4);
s4, collecting and warehousing: manually taking out the rubber ring processed in the step S3 from the equipment, and storing the rubber ring in a warehouse;
the upper end of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a supporting device (2), the outer side of the supporting device (2) is provided with an outer trimming device (3), the outer trimming device (3) is arranged on the bottom plate (1), an inner trimming device (4) is arranged above the outer trimming device (3), and the lower end of the inner trimming device (4) is arranged on the bottom plate (1);
the outer trimming device (3) comprises a supporting column (31), a sliding table (32), a bearing plate (33), a gear ring (34), a limiting frame (35), an outer cutter (36), a driving motor (37) and a transmission gear (38), wherein the supporting column (31) is uniformly installed at the upper end of the base plate (1), the supporting column (31) is annularly distributed, the sliding table (32) is installed at the upper end of the supporting column (31), the bearing plate (33) is arranged above the sliding table (32), the bearing plate (33) is of a circular structure, a lower magnet is arranged at the upper end of the bearing plate (33), a connecting block is symmetrically connected between the bearing plate (33) and the supporting column (31) in the front-back direction and is of a U-shaped structure, the gear ring (34) is slidably connected at the upper end of the sliding table (32), the limiting frame (35) is symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side, an outer cutter (36) is connected between the side walls of the limiting frames (35) in a sliding mode, an auxiliary spring is connected between the outer cutter (36) and the limiting frames (35), a sliding column is arranged at the lower end of the outer cutter (36) and is in sliding fit with the sliding table (32), a driving motor (37) is arranged on the right side of the gear ring (34), the driving motor (37) is installed on the rightmost supporting column (31) through a motor base, a transmission gear (38) is installed on an output shaft of the driving motor (37), and the transmission gear (38) is meshed with the gear ring (34);
the inner trimming device (4) comprises an electric push rod (41), a lifting plate (42), a feeding push rod (43), a rotating motor (44), a linkage rod (45), a ring pressing plate (46), an inner trimming mechanism (47), a pressing plate (48) and a connecting spring (49), wherein the electric push rod (41) is installed at the upper end of the base plate (1), the lifting plate (42) is installed at the upper end of the electric push rod (41), a round hole is formed in the middle of the lifting plate (42), the feeding push rod (43) is arranged above the round hole, the feeding push rod (43) is installed on the lifting plate (42) through a push rod seat, the rotating motor (44) is installed at the lower end of the feeding push rod (43), the linkage rod (45) is installed on an output shaft of the rotating motor (44), the linkage rod (45) is of a U-shaped structure, the ring pressing plate (46) is arranged on the outer side of the linkage rod (45), an inner trimming mechanism (47) is installed on the inner side surface of the circular pressing plate (46), the inner trimming mechanism (47) is connected with the lower end of the linkage rod (45), a connecting block is uniformly connected to the outer side surface of the circular pressing plate (46) in a sliding fit mode, a pressing plate (48) is installed at the lower end of the connecting block, and a connecting spring (49) is connected between the connecting block and the circular pressing plate (46);
the inner trimming mechanism (47) comprises a supporting frame (471), a rotating plate (472), a regulating block (473), a circular plate (474), an inner cutter (475), a return spring (476) and an inner pressing plate (477), wherein the supporting frame (471) is installed on the inner side surface of a circular pressing plate (46) through a connecting rod, the middle part of the supporting frame (471) is connected with the rotating plate (472) in a sliding fit mode, the rotating plate (472) is in sliding connection with a linkage rod (45), the regulating block (473) is installed in the middle of the lower end of the rotating plate (472), the outer surface of the regulating block (473) is in sliding connection with the circular plate (474), the circular plate (474) is installed on the lower end surface of the linkage rod (45), stepped sliding grooves are symmetrically arranged in the circular plate (474) left and right, the inner cutter (475) is in sliding connection with the stepped sliding grooves, and the return, the lower end of the circular plate (474) is connected with an inner pressing plate (477) through a bearing, and arc-shaped bulges are uniformly arranged at the lower end of the inner pressing plate (477).
