Description

Chinese herbal medicine for treating gout and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Chinese herbal medicine for treating gout and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Gout is a group of diseases caused by long-term purine metabolic disorder and tissue damage caused by blood uric acid rise. The clinical characteristics are: hyperuricemia, recurrent attacks of acute arthritis, tophus formation, chronic arthritis and joint deformities, as well as uric acid stones and gouty renal parenchymal lesions in the later stages of the disease process. The increase of uric acid in blood can be divided into two categories, primary and secondary. The primary gout is caused by congenital purine metabolic disorder and is hereditary. The secondary gout can be caused by kidney diseases, leukemia, medicines, food and other reasons, and is better to be caused by men and women in menopause.
Currently, western medicines for treating gout are mainly: colchicine, phenylbutazone or oxyphenbutazone, indomethacin, ibuprofen, piroxicam, naproxen, ACTH, prednisone, etc. However, the western medicines can generate gastrointestinal tract reaction, influence liver and kidney functions, reduce side effects such as leucocyte and the like, and have great side effects on human bodies.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that gout is induced by external pathogenic factors such as fatigue, thick and delicious meals, irregular sexual intercourse, excessive drinking, feeling of wind, cold, dampness and heat and the like, and mainly lies in that pathological products such as deficiency of vital qi of a human body, dysfunction of spleen and kidney, damp and heat phlegm and the like are gathered in the body, the channels and collaterals are retained, the external pathogenic factors are compounded, the internal and external pathogenic factors are combined, qi and blood are not consolidated, damp turbidity flows into joints, and gout is generated. However, the current research on gout treatment by traditional Chinese medicines still does not make great progress. In view of the above, there is a need to provide a Chinese herbal medicine for treating gout and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the defects of the prior art.

Taking 1 dose of the Chinese herbal medicine for treating gout prepared in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 or the embodiment 3, decocting for 2-3 times per day, 1 dose for 1 day, 1 course for 7 days, and taking for 2-4 courses, wherein spicy food is avoided during the taking period.
3. Clinical symptoms
Gout is a metabolic disease caused by increased uric acid synthesis due to abnormal purine metabolism. It is often manifested as swelling and pain in the hallux, foot area (dorsum, heel and ankle), joints, subcutaneous area, limbs or local muscles of the body, even incapability of moving, severe swelling and pain in the muscles or joints of the body in severe cases. Gout attacks are manifested by severe pain, swelling, erythema, stiffness, fever, and sudden onset of symptoms in the affected joint. The attack phase generally lasts from several days to 1 week, but as the disease progresses, the destruction around the joint can manifest as a classic "rat bite" like injury to the bilateral joints.
The uric acid level in the serum of patients with gout is more than 1 time of the normal value (the normal reference value of serum uric acid: 149-416 mu mol/L for men and 89-257 mu mol/L for women), and methylguanine, adenine and hydroxy adenine can be detected in the serum.
4. Standard of care
The effect is shown: clinical symptoms completely disappear, and normal life is restored.
The method has the following advantages: the clinical symptoms disappear partially, and all the signs get better gradually.
And (4) invalidation: there was no significant improvement in the signs of symptoms.
5. Clinical results
Of 45 patients, 37 cases (82.22%) were significant, 5 cases (11.11%) were significant, 3 cases (6.67%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.33%.
6. Typical cases
