In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly on" or "directly connected to" another element, there are no intervening elements present. As used herein, "connected" or "disposed," can refer to a physical and/or electrical connection or arrangement. Furthermore, the use of the terms first, second and third are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or order relationship.
Unless defined otherwise, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries, should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant art and the present invention and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 2, which are related schematic diagrams of a display assembly structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention includes a display 10, at least one fixing module 20 and at least one fixing post 30.
The display 10 includes a first housing 11, a second housing 12, and a display panel 13. The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 can be assembled into a whole, and the display panel 13 is located inside the first housing 11 and the second housing 12.
In the present embodiment, the fixing module 20 is exemplified by a plurality of examples, but should not be limited thereto. The fixing module 20 is detachably disposed on a first surface 111 of the first housing 11, and the first surface 111 is a surface of the first housing 11 facing the second housing 12 when the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are assembled with each other. Correspondingly, the number of the fixing posts 30 is arranged corresponding to the number of the fixing modules 20. The fixing post 30 is disposed on a second surface 121 of the second housing 12, and the second surface 121 is a surface of the second housing 12 facing the first housing 11 when the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 are assembled with each other.
In addition, the position of the fixing post 30 on the second face 121 of the second housing 12 corresponds to the position of the fixing module 20 on the first face 111 of the first housing 11. Therefore, when the first housing 11 is disposed at one side of the second housing 12, the fixing posts 30 can be inserted into the fixing modules 20, and the fixing modules 20 can be detachably fixed to the fixing posts 30, so that the first housing 11 can be detachably fixed at one side of the second housing 12. For example, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be aligned by a machine, a jig, or a manual method, such as aligning the fixing modules 20 with the fixing posts 30. Then, the first housing 11 is moved toward the second housing 12 (or vice versa or both of them are moved toward each other), so that the fixing posts 30 can be inserted into the fixing modules 20 at the same time or with a small time difference, and the assembly is completed.
Therefore, the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention can effectively reduce the cost such as man-hour required in the assembling process.
Incidentally, the first housing 11 may be made of a plastic material, and the second housing 12 may be made of a metal material. The fixing post 30 may be a post integrally formed on the second housing 12, or may be disposed on the second surface 121 of the second housing 12 by riveting, welding, or fitting. The fixing column 30 is, for example, a cylinder, and an annular fixing groove 31 recessed inwards may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, wherein a cross-sectional shape of the annular fixing groove 31 may be a U-shape, a V-shape, or the like, or other suitable shapes, which may be changed according to actual requirements.
On the other hand, the fixing module 20 may include a hollow housing 21, a fixing ring 22 and an elastic member 23. The hollow housing 21 may be made of metal or plastic, and one end of the hollow housing 21 has a first through hole 211 for inserting the fixing post 30 into the fixing module 20. In addition, in various embodiments, the other end of the hollow housing 21 may have a second through hole 212 to avoid the problem of interference between the end of the fixing post 30 and the hollow housing 21. The fixing ring 22 and the elastic member 23 may be disposed in the hollow housing 21.
Incidentally, to facilitate assembling the fixing ring 22 and the elastic element 23 into the hollow casing 21, the hollow casing 21 may be divided into a main body portion 213 and a cap portion 214, the first through hole 211 may be disposed at one end of the main body portion 213, and the second through hole 212 may be disposed at the cap portion 214. The cap 214 may be fixed to the other end of the body 213 by screwing, bonding, or ultrasonic welding.
The fixing ring 22 may be made of metal or plastic, and the fixing ring 22 is a ring-shaped hollow structure. Generally, the inner side of the retaining ring 22 has an opening 221. The fixed ring 22 is provided with a plurality of balls 222 therein, and the plurality of balls 222 are exposed out of the fixed ring 22 through the opening 221. The elastic member 23 is disposed between the fixed ring 22 and the inner wall surface 215 of the other end of the hollow housing 21 to push the fixed ring 22.
Therefore, when the fixing post 30 enters the hollow housing 21 from the first through hole 211, the balls 222 of the fixing ring 22 are exposed from the opening 221 and inserted into the annular fixing slot card 31, and the elastic element 23 is pressed between the fixing ring 22 and the inner wall surface 215 of the hollow housing 21. Therefore, the fixed module 20 can be stably fixed on the fixed column 30, and since the fixed module 20 is fixed to the first housing 11 and the fixed column is fixed to the second housing 12, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 can be stably assembled together.
When the disassembling operation is to be performed, the operator can use a jig or a manual method, and at the same time or with a small time difference, press the other surface of the first housing 11 corresponding to the position of the fixed module 20, so as to elastically compress the elastic member 23 and make the ball 222 disengage from the annular fixed slot 31 and sink into the opening 221. Therefore, the fixing post 30 can be withdrawn from the hollow housing 21, so that the first housing 11 is separated from the second housing 12.
It should be noted that the position of the annular fixing groove 31 on the fixed column 30 may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the distance between the annular fixing groove 31 and the root of the fixed column 30 may correspond to the elastic compression stroke of the elastic element 23.
Therefore, the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention can effectively reduce the cost such as man-hour required in the disassembling process. In addition, since the fixing module 20 and the fixing post 30 are respectively disposed on the first casing 11 and the second casing, there is no obvious assembly structure, such as screw locking hole, outside the first casing 11 or the second casing 12, so as to effectively enhance the aesthetic property of the display.
Please refer to fig. 3 to 5, which are related schematic views of a display assembly structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the configuration or connection relationship of the elements is substantially similar to that described above, and the description thereof is omitted here for brevity. The main difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is the implementation of the fixing module 20.
As shown in the drawings, the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention includes a display 10, a fixing module 20 and a fixing post 30. The fixing post 30 has a ring-shaped fixing groove 31, and in the present embodiment, the cross section of the ring-shaped fixing groove 31 is exemplarily in a V-shape. In addition, the fixing module 20 includes a hollow housing 21, a disk-shaped retaining ring 24 and a pressing member 25. One end of the hollow housing 21 has a first through hole 211 for inserting the fixing post 30 into the fixing module 20. Similarly, the other end of the hollow housing 21 may have a second through hole 212 to avoid the problem of interference between the end of the fixing post 30 and the hollow housing 21. And the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 and the pressing piece 25 are arranged in the hollow shell 21. The pressing member 25 is disposed between the disk-shaped grommet 24 and an inner wall surface 215 of the other end of the hollow housing 21.
Similarly, to facilitate assembling the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 and the pressing member 25 into the hollow shell 21, the hollow shell 21 can be divided into a main body portion 213 and a cap portion 214, and the first through hole 211 can be disposed at one end of the main body portion 213, and the second through hole 212 can be disposed at the cap portion 214. The cap 214 may be fixed to the other end of the body 213 by screwing, bonding, or ultrasonic welding.
When the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is disposed in the hollow casing 21, the outer periphery of the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 can be fixed on the inner wall of the hollow casing 21. In addition, the disk retaining ring 24 may be generally hollow conical in shape, such that the inner periphery of the disk retaining ring 24 defines an inner diameter 241. Since the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 has the above structure, the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 has a first state S1 and a second state S2. When the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is in the first state S1, the inner diameter 241 formed by the inner periphery of the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is smaller than the diameter of the fixing post 30, preferably equal to or smaller than the diameter 311 of the ring-shaped retaining groove 31, and when the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is in the second state S2, the inner diameter 241 formed by the inner periphery of the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is larger than the diameter 311 of the ring-shaped retaining groove 31, preferably larger than the diameter of the fixing post 30.
Therefore, when the worker sets the first housing 11 at one side of the second housing 12, the fixing posts 30 are inserted into the fixing modules 20, respectively. At this time, the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 can be changed from the second state S2 to the first state S1, and the inner peripheral edge of the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is engaged with the annular retaining groove 31. Thus, the fixed module 20 can be stably fixed to the fixed post 30, and since the fixed module 20 is fixed to the first housing 11 and the fixed post is fixed to the second housing 12, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 can be stably assembled together.
When the disassembling operation is to be performed, the operator can use a jig or a manual method, and at the same time or under the condition of a small time difference, press the other surface of the first housing 11 corresponding to the position of the fixing module 20, so that the pressing member 25 pushes the disk-shaped retaining ring 24, and the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is changed from the first state S1 to the second state S2, that is, the inner periphery of the disk-shaped retaining ring 24 is separated from the annular fixing groove 31. Therefore, the fixing post 30 can be withdrawn from the hollow housing 21, so that the first housing 11 is separated from the second housing 12.
Incidentally, the shapes of the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 212 may correspond to the shapes of the fixing posts 30. For example, the fixing column 30 may be a circular column, and the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 212 are circular holes; further, if the fixing post 30 may be a pentagonal column, and the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 212 are pentagonal holes, but not limited thereto, the fixing post 30, the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 212 may have other shapes as long as the shapes of the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 212 correspond to the shapes of the fixing post 30.
The present embodiment of the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention can also effectively reduce the cost such as man-hours required for the assembling or disassembling process. In addition, similarly, since the fixing module 20 and the fixing post 30 are respectively disposed on the first casing 11 and the second casing, there is no obvious assembly structure, such as screw locking hole, outside the first casing 11 or the second casing 12, and the appearance of the display can be effectively enhanced.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a diagram illustrating a display assembly structure according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the configuration or connection relationship of the elements is substantially similar to that described above, and the description thereof is omitted here for brevity. The main difference between the present embodiment and the foregoing embodiment is the implementation of the fixing module 20 disposed on the first housing 11.
As shown, the first housing 11 may be provided with a corresponding number of fixing portions 112 corresponding to the fixing modules 20. The fixing portion 112 may have a receiving slot 1121, and a plurality of hooks 1122 may be disposed around the opening 221 of the receiving slot 1121. For example, the hooks 1122 may be evenly distributed around the opening 221, and the number of hooks 1122 may be three, four, five, or even more. The fixing module 20 includes a hollow housing 21, one end of the hollow housing 21 has a first through hole 211, the hollow housing 21 is disposed adjacent to the other end thereof with a locking groove 216, and when the fixing module 20 is detachably disposed on the first housing 11, the plurality of hooks 1122 are locked in the locking groove 216.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a diagram illustrating a display assembly structure according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the configuration or connection of the elements is substantially similar to that described above, and the description thereof is omitted here for brevity. The main difference between the present embodiment and the foregoing embodiment is the implementation of the fixing module 20 disposed on the first housing 11.
As shown in the figure, the first housing 11 is provided with a fixing portion 112 corresponding to the fixing module 20, the fixing portion 112 has a receiving slot 1121, and the opening 221 of the receiving slot 1121 is provided with an internal thread 1123. Correspondingly, the other end of the hollow housing 21 is provided with an external thread 217. The fixing module 20 may be detachably disposed on the first housing 11 by screwing the external thread 217 to the internal thread 1123.
In addition to the advantages of the foregoing embodiments, the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention detachably mounts the fixing module 20 on the first housing 11, so that the fixing module 20 can be easily repaired and replaced when the fixing module 20 is damaged, without disposing the whole first housing 11 to be scrapped. Therefore, the display assembling structure 1 of the present invention can save cost even more.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a display assembly structure according to a third embodiment of the invention. In the present embodiment, the configuration or connection relationship of the elements is substantially similar to that described above, and the description thereof is omitted here for brevity. The main difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiments is the guiding column 113 and the guiding portion 122 respectively disposed between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12.
As shown in the drawings, in detail, the first surface 111 of the first housing 11 may be provided with a plurality of guide posts 113. Accordingly, the second surface 121 of the second housing 12 is provided with a plurality of guides 122. That is, the positions of the plurality of guide portions 122 correspond to the positions of the plurality of guide posts 113.
Further, the length of the first face 111 of the first housing 11 to the end of the guide post 113 is greater than the length of the first face 111 of the first housing 11 to the end of the fixed module 20. That is, the guide post 113 protrudes from one end of the fixed module 20.
With the above-described configuration, when the plurality of guide posts 113 are inserted into the plurality of guide portions 122, respectively. When the worker approaches the first housing 11 to one side of the second housing 12, the guiding posts 113 are first inserted into the guiding portions 122, and then the fixing posts 30 are inserted into the fixing modules 20. That is, the insertion of the fixing post 30 into the fixing module 20 is facilitated by the guide post 113 and the guide portion 122, and the man-hour for alignment and assembly can be further saved.
The foregoing is by way of example only, and not limiting. It is intended that all equivalent modifications or variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention shall be included in the appended claims.
