Fig. 2A is a schematic diagram of a cargo management system according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the system includes: warehouse management platform 200, end devices 110 of suppliers, end devices 120 of warehouse management staff 320 and end devices 130 of transporters. Wherein the warehouse management platform 200 interacts with the terminal devices 110, 120, and 130 via a network or signal. Furthermore, terminal device 110, terminal device 120, and terminal device 130 may be mobile-side devices or PC-side devices.
Fig. 2B shows a schematic diagram of an internal system of the warehousing management platform 200, and referring to fig. 2B, the background management system 250 is responsible for unified account password and authority control of the platform; the order management system 220 interacts with the warehousing management system 210 and the transportation management system 230, and is equivalent to a data dispatcher, which can acquire order data of the merchant server APP, other logistics platforms and other e-commerce platforms, and judge whether to transmit the data to the warehousing management system 210 or the transportation management system 230 according to the rules of the platform; the warehousing management 210 interacts with the order management system 220, the transportation management system 230 and the financial system 240 and is responsible for managing warehousing, daily warehouse management (moving, checking, counting and the like), sorting and ex-warehouse operation of the grain warehouse; the transportation management system 230 interacts with the warehousing management system 210 and the order management system and is responsible for managing the delivery reservation, vehicle scheduling, cargo loading, tracking in the delivery process, feedback of the arrival condition and data statistics of daily merchants; the financial system 240 interacts with the warehouse management system 210 to make accounting statistics on the financial-related data generated by the platform. It should be noted that the warehousing management platform 200, the first terminal device 110, the second terminal device 120, and the third terminal device 130 in the system may all be adapted to the above-mentioned hardware structure.
In the above operating environment, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, a method for managing goods is provided, and the method is implemented by the warehouse management platform shown in fig. 2. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 3, comprises:
s302: receiving warehousing request information of goods to be warehoused from terminal equipment of a supplier by using a warehousing management system; and
s304: and performing warehousing processing operation corresponding to the goods to be warehoused according to the warehousing request information by using a warehousing management system.
As described in the background art, existing storage modes for storing goods by urban merchants (for example, grain and oil merchants) rent storehouses, transport personnel, transport vehicles, and the like, but the storage modes have the problems of geographical dispersion, no guarantee of environment, personnel mixing, difficult management, low efficiency, difficult data statistics, and the like.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for managing goods, and as shown in fig. 2B, the warehousing platform includes a warehousing management system, and when a merchant or an e-commerce platform in a certain city needs to store goods, the warehousing management platform 200 may first receive warehousing request information of goods to be warehoused from a terminal device 310 of a supplier 310 by using the warehousing management system 210 (S302). For example, the supplier 310 may fill in detailed information of goods to be warehoused, including the quantity, weight, and type of goods, through the terminal 310, and then send a warehousing request of the goods to the warehousing management system 210 of the warehousing management platform 200. The warehousing management platform 200 may be, for example, a warehousing operation management system that centrally manages the goods of various suppliers.
Further, the warehousing management platform 200 may perform warehousing processing operation corresponding to the goods to be warehoused according to the warehousing request information by using the warehousing management system 210 (S304). For example, after the warehousing management platform 200 receives the warehousing request information of the goods of the terminal device 110 of the supplier 310, the warehousing management platform may perform corresponding warehousing processing operations according to the type, quantity, and the like of the goods in the warehousing request information. Wherein the warehousing processing operation includes selecting a warehouse number suitable for storing the goods, and the like.
Therefore, in the above manner, when the supplier 310 needs to store the goods, it only needs to send the warehousing request information related to the goods to be warehoused to the warehousing management platform 200. The warehousing management platform 200 can then perform warehousing processing operation on the goods according to the requirement of the supplier 310. The supplier 310 does not need to rent a warehouse and a carrying person by itself to perform corresponding goods storage management, and the efficient management of goods storage and the technical effect of fast storage of goods of the supplier 310 are achieved through the warehouse management platform 200. And then solved the current mode that the city merchant deposited the goods among the prior art and rent storehouse, vehicle and transport personnel separately, there are the technical problem of region dispersion, environment unable assurance, personnel's miscellaneous, management difficulty, inefficiency and data statistics difficulty etc. in this kind of mode.
In addition, the warehouse management system 210 comprises a PC end and a PDA handheld end APP, the PC end comprises modules of warehouse entry management, warehouse exit management, warehouse entry management, basic data, dynamic interactive reports, and a personalized high-efficiency working desktop, and the staff can use the PDA handheld end to have functions of platform goods inspection, warehouse entry and shelving, goods picking and warehouse exit, warehouse exit confirmation, labeling, equipment management, and the like, support a goods storage specialized assembly line post operation checking system and accurate positioning of warehouse positions, and can greatly improve the warehouse entry and exit efficiency.
Optionally, the warehousing request information includes warehousing goods information corresponding to goods to be warehoused, and the warehousing processing operation corresponding to the goods to be warehoused is performed by using the warehousing management system according to the warehousing request information, and includes: generating a warehousing instruction corresponding to goods to be warehoused according to the warehousing request information by using a warehousing management system; and sending the warehousing instruction and the warehousing goods information to terminal equipment of a worker in charge of warehousing by using the warehousing management system.
Specifically, the warehousing request information may include cargo information such as the number, weight, and type of the cargo. Then, the warehousing management platform 200 may generate warehousing instructions corresponding to the goods to be warehoused according to the warehousing request information by using the warehousing management system 210. The warehousing management platform 200 then sends the warehousing instruction and the information of the warehoused goods to the terminal device 120 of the worker 320 responsible for warehousing by using the warehousing management system 210. For example, the warehousing management platform 200 of the warehousing management system 210 selects a warehouse number suitable for the goods, such as a warehouse number 1 for storing food, a warehouse number 2 for storing metal goods, a warehouse number 3 for storing combustible goods (combustible articles such as cartons) and a warehouse number 4 for storing clothes, according to the data information of the goods in the warehousing request information. When the type of the goods to be warehoused is clothes, the warehousing management platform 200 may select the warehouse storing the goods as the No. 4 warehouse, so that the warehousing management platform 200 may send the warehousing instruction corresponding to the goods to the terminal device 120 of the staff 320 in the No. 4 warehouse. Therefore, in the above manner, the warehousing management platform 200 may determine the warehouse number for storing the goods according to the warehousing request information of the goods from the supplier 310, and send the warehousing instruction and the warehousing goods information of the goods to the terminal device 120 of the corresponding staff 320 of the warehouse, thereby completing the warehousing storage of the goods.
In addition, the worker 320 in charge of warehousing the goods can support the specialized assembly line post operation assessment system of the goods warehousing and the precise positioning of the warehouse position by utilizing the functions of platform inspection, warehousing and shelving, picking up goods and delivering out of the warehouse, confirmation, labeling, equipment management and the like of the PDA handheld end in the warehousing management system 210, and can greatly improve the warehousing efficiency.
Optionally, after the warehousing instruction and the warehousing goods information are sent to the terminal device of the worker responsible for warehousing by using the warehousing management system, the method further includes: and recording the data information of the goods to be warehoused which have been warehoused by using a warehousing management system.
Specifically, after the warehousing of the goods is completed, the staff 320 may count the data information of the goods and then send the counted data information of the goods to the warehousing management system 210 through the terminal device 120. The warehousing management system 210 then records the data information of the goods to be warehoused that have completed warehousing. In the case that the warehousing request information of the goods received by the warehousing management system 210 always includes the goods information and the received data information of the checked goods of the staff 320, the warehousing management system 210 records the warehousing data information of the goods. Therefore, the first data information of the goods put in storage can be recorded through the mode, and then the goods can be conveniently taken out of the storage in the later period.
In addition, when the goods information included in the warehousing request information of the goods received by the warehousing management system 210 is inconsistent with the received data information of the goods checked by the staff 320. The warehouse management system 210 does not record the data information of the goods, for example, the data information can be checked with the supplier 310 and then further recorded.
Optionally, the warehouse management platform further comprises an order management system, and the method further comprises: receiving order information related to goods to be delivered from a terminal device of a supplier by using an order management system; generating an ex-warehouse task corresponding to goods to be ex-warehouse according to the order information by using an order management system, and sending the ex-warehouse task to a warehousing management system; and carrying out warehouse-out processing operation corresponding to the goods to be warehouse-out according to the warehouse-out task by using the warehouse management system.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 2B, the warehouse management platform 200 further includes an order management system 220. The warehouse management platform 200 utilizes the order management system 220 to receive order information related to the goods to be delivered from the terminal device 110 of the supplier 310. Where supplier 310 may perform ordering operations on software (APP) associated with warehousing platform management platform 200 on terminal device 110, and supplier 310 may view the information of the goods currently stored on warehousing management platform 200 on the software. The goods information includes the name of the goods, the stock quantity and the like. The supplier 310 can then place orders based on the stored information of the goods. Then, the warehousing management platform 200 may generate an ex-warehouse task corresponding to the goods to be ex-warehouse according to the order information by using the order management system 220, and send the ex-warehouse task to the warehousing management system. For example, the warehouse-out task may include order information, so that information such as a warehouse code where the goods are located, the number of goods to be warehoused, and a transportation destination can be determined. Then, the warehousing management platform 200 performs the warehouse-out processing operation corresponding to the goods to be warehoused according to the warehouse-out task by using the warehousing management system 210. For example, the warehouse management platform 200 schedules the related shipment operations of the goods according to the received shipment tasks. Therefore, by the above manner, when the supplier 310 needs to deliver the goods, the delivery operation of the goods can be completed only by performing ordering operation on the designated software associated with the warehouse management platform 200, thereby achieving the technical effects of high goods delivery efficiency, time cost saving and the like.
Further, the order management system 220 may obtain relevant order information from a terminal device of an e-commerce platform associated with the warehousing management platform 200, such as kyoto and tianmao. After a customer places an order from the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform may forward the order information directly to the order management system 220. The warehouse management platform 200 then performs the associated shipping tasks.
In addition, the order management system 220 is responsible for receiving various documents and the like transmitted by the app of the merchant server and other e-commerce platforms, and then the order management system 220 automatically distributes the documents to the warehousing management system 210 or the TMS transportation management system according to the attributes of the order, which is equivalent to a dispatcher of the order.
Optionally, the warehouse management system is used for performing warehouse-out processing operation corresponding to goods to be warehouse-out according to the warehouse-out task, and the warehouse-out processing operation includes: generating a warehouse-out instruction and warehouse-out goods information corresponding to goods to be warehoused according to the warehouse-out task by using a warehouse management system; and sending the warehouse-out instruction and the warehouse-out goods information to the terminal equipment of the staff in charge of warehouse-out by using the warehouse management system.
Specifically, referring to his 2A and fig. 2B, the warehouse management platform 200 utilizes the warehouse management system 210 to determine the warehouse code where the goods are located from the outbound task received from the order management system 220. For example, the warehouse code recorded when the goods are put in storage is warehouse No. 4, and then the warehousing management platform 200 may generate the information of the goods to be taken out of the storage related to the task to be taken out of the storage. The warehouse management platform 200 of the warehouse management system 210 may then send the outbound command and the outbound cargo information to the terminal device 120 of the worker 320 responsible for the outbound. For example, the worker 320 may be a manager or a handler responsible for the warehouse No. 4, or may be a worker managing the warehousing of the goods, and then the worker 320 may perform the related warehouse-out operation of the goods according to the received warehouse-out information. For example, the transportation is performed according to the storage location of the goods and the number of the goods to be delivered. Therefore, by the above manner, after receiving the relevant warehouse-out instruction and the warehouse-out goods information sent by the warehouse management system 210, the staff 320 in the warehouse can complete the warehouse-out operation of the relevant goods, thereby achieving the efficient and convenient operation of completing the warehouse-out operation of the goods.
Optionally, the warehouse management platform further comprises a transportation management system, and the method further comprises: receiving finished state information of finished delivery corresponding to goods to be delivered from a warehouse management system by using an order management system; generating a transportation task corresponding to the goods to be delivered out of the warehouse according to the completion state information by using an order management system, and sending the transportation task to the transportation management system; and carrying out transportation processing operation corresponding to the goods to be delivered out of the warehouse according to the transportation task by using the transportation management system.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2B, the warehouse management platform 200 further includes a transportation management system 230. When the warehouse management platform 200 of the order management system 220 utilizes the order management system 220, the completed status information of the completed warehouse-out corresponding to the goods to be warehouse-out is received from the warehouse management system 210. For example, when the worker 320 moves the goods out of the storage warehouse of the goods, it is possible to identify that the shipment of the goods is completed. The warehousing management platform 200 may then generate a transportation task corresponding to the goods to be delivered from the warehouse according to the completion status information by using the order management system 220, and send the transportation task to the transportation management system 230. After the goods to be delivered from the warehouse are moved away from the warehouse, the warehouse management platform 200 of the order management system 220 generates a transportation task corresponding to the delivery task, wherein the transportation task may determine a transportation vehicle and a transportation staff for transporting the goods according to the transportation address and the type of the goods provided by the supplier 310. Then, the transportation management system 230 is used to perform transportation processing operations corresponding to the goods to be delivered from the warehouse in accordance with the transportation tasks. For example, the destination is the beijing haichi region, the transport task can be assigned to the transport person 330 who is responsible for the beijing haichi region, and the relevant transport task information can be transmitted to the terminal 130 of the transport person 330. Therefore, in the above manner, after the goods to be delivered are delivered, the transportation management system 230 can complete the related transportation operation of the goods to be delivered, and the technical effect of efficient transportation is achieved.
In addition, the embodiment is not limited to the related transportation operation after the goods to be delivered are delivered. For example, after the order management system 220 receives the relevant order information, it may generate the warehouse exit task and the transportation task related to the current order information at the same time, that is, when the goods to be shipped out of the warehouse is moved away from the warehouse, the goods may be directly transported to the relevant transportation vehicle by using a forklift, so as to complete the warehouse exit and transportation operations of the goods at the same time.
In addition, the transportation management system 230 is compatible with dedicated lines, three parties and city-sharing distribution services, realizes on-the-way tracking (data reporting tracking, GPS vehicle-mounted equipment tracking, driver mobile phone APP tracking) of orders, vehicles and drivers, and monitors the on-the-way temperature and humidity of goods, containers and the like. The transportation management system 230 needs to include a PC terminal and a driver mobile phone APP terminal.
In addition, after the goods are delivered from the warehouse, the warehouse management system 210 may update the stored goods data information of the goods according to the delivery information of the goods at this time. For example, if the original stock amount is 100 and the number of shipment is 40, the stock amount of the cargo may be updated to 60.
Optionally, after the transportation processing operation corresponding to the goods to be delivered from the warehouse is performed according to the transportation task by using the transportation management system, the method further includes: generating transportation data information related to the transportation task by using a transportation management system; and transmitting the transportation data information to the warehousing management system by utilizing the transportation management system.
In particular, as described with reference to fig. 2B, warehouse management platform 200 may utilize a transportation management system 230 to generate transportation data information related to the transportation task. Wherein the transportation service information may be cost information generated by transporting the goods. Warehousing management platform 200 may then utilize transportation management system 230 to send the transportation data information to warehousing management system 220. Therefore, in the above manner, after the goods to be delivered out of the warehouse complete the related transportation operation, the related transportation data information can be sent to the warehouse management system 220, so that the subsequent operation of delivering the goods out of the warehouse can be further completed.
Optionally, the warehouse management platform further comprises a financial system, and the method further comprises: receiving shipment information and transportation data information from a warehousing management system by using a financial system; and determining the cost information of the goods to be delivered according to the information of the goods to be delivered and the transportation data information by using a financial system.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 2B, the warehouse management platform 200 further includes a financial system 240. The financial system 240 is utilized to receive shipment information and shipping data information from the warehouse management system 210. The warehouse management system 210 may transmit the shipment information and the transportation data information related to the order information to the financial system, thereby performing the fee information related to the order change information. The warehousing management platform 200 may then determine cost information for the goods to be warehoused based on the shipment information and the transportation data information using the financial system 240. For example, the financial system 240 may perform a related storage fee settlement according to the quantity of the goods to be delivered from the current order information and the time of storing the goods, and then may determine the fee information generated by the current transportation according to the type of the vehicle transported in the transportation information and the distance to the transportation destination. Therefore, through the mode, after all link tasks in the order information are completed, the cost statistics of the order can be completed according to the related storage and transportation information in the order information.
In addition, the finance system 240 may be a finance ERP system that accounts for finance-related data generated by the platform. Additionally, the financial system 240 may be an enterprise resource planning system that may be used to integrate supply chain, financial, and human resources.
Optionally, the warehousing management platform further comprises a background management system, and the method further comprises: utilizing a background management system to generate account information corresponding to a user according to registration information of the user, wherein the user comprises a storage-related worker and a supplier; and setting the authority information of the user by using the background management system according to the registration information of the user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2B, the warehouse management platform 200 further comprises a back-office management system 250. The warehousing management platform 200 may generate account information corresponding to a user according to registration information of the user by using the background management system 250, where the user includes a worker and a supplier related to warehousing. When a supplier 310 and the like need to perform operations such as storage of goods on the warehousing management platform 200, account information needs to be registered first, so that the operations such as warehousing and ex-warehousing of goods can be completed on the warehousing management platform 200 subsequently. The warehousing management platform 200 then sets the authority information of the user according to the registration information of the user by using the background management system 250. When the registered user is a worker of the warehousing management platform 200, the related processing authority thereof and the like can be set. For example, where the person is a financial staff member, the person may have the authority to count the cost information on the financial system 230. Therefore, the registration information and authority management of each user on the warehousing management platform 200 are completed through the above mode, and further the platform management of the warehousing management platform 200 in the later period is facilitated.
In addition, the backend management system 250 may be a BMS collaborative backend management system, and when the platform system is designed and developed, in order to avoid forming a data island, a unified database and backend management are adopted, that is, the OMS, WMS, TMS, and APP end are uniformly operated on a set of platform system (except for an ERP financial system), and they are only service modules on the platform. The BMS cooperation background management system is used for setting functions of account passwords, authority distribution and the like of the platform users, namely, only one account is set for a person, and login operation can be carried out at an OMS (operation management system), a WMS (wireless management system), a TMS (personal management system) and an APP (application) end by using the account password.
Further, referring to fig. 1, according to a second aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a storage medium. The storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the method of any of the above is performed by a processor when the program is run.
Therefore, according to the embodiment, when the supplier 310 needs to store the goods, it only needs to send the warehousing request information related to the goods to be warehoused to the warehousing management platform 200. The warehousing management platform 200 can then perform warehousing processing operation on the goods according to the requirement of the supplier 310. The supplier 310 does not need to rent warehouses and carriers by itself to perform corresponding goods storage management. In addition, the goods delivery process is also realized through the warehouse management system 200. Thereby, the integrated treatment of goods storage, delivery, transportation and the like is achieved through the warehousing management platform 200, and the technical effect of high efficiency is achieved.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, another schematic flow chart of the cargo management method is shown, and referring to fig. 4, the flow steps are as follows:
