Abstract
The invention provides a water seal floor drain with a deodorization and sterilization function, aiming at the problems of sealing failure, peculiar smell, bacteria and the like in the water seal floor drain in the prior art, and comprising a floor drain main body and a floor drain grate, wherein the floor drain main body is connected with a pipeline; the floor drain grate is provided with a water leakage hole, a water replenishing pipe, a liquid level pipe and a disinfection box, the water leakage hole is arranged in the edge ring of the upper end surface of the floor drain grate, and the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the floor drain grate; the lower end of the floor drain grate is also provided with an annular water-stop plate. Through the arrangement of the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe, the floor drain is ensured to be always in a water seal state, and odor and aerosol of a sewer pipe are prevented from entering a room; through the design of the disinfection box, the peculiar smell generated by placing the water around the floor drain and in the water seal for a long time and the bred bacteria are eliminated and killed in time when escaping to the indoor.

Background
The liquid level plugging technology does not lose efficacy in sealing theoretically as long as water sealing exists, and odor, aerosol and the like in a sewer can be prevented from flowing back indoors. In practice, however, the water seal height of the partial water seal floor drain is less than 5cm, and even if the water seal height of the partial water seal floor drain reaches 5cm or even higher, the water seal is damaged due to the fluctuation of the air pressure in the sewer or natural evaporation, and the sealing failure can be caused. Preferably, the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe can be integrally formed with the floor drain grate or connected into a whole by welding and the like.
Preferably, the upper ports of the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe are flush with the upper end surface of the floor drain grate, and the length of the water replenishing pipe is greater than that of the liquid level pipe.
Preferably, the disinfection box is arranged in the center of the floor drain grate, and a top cover of the disinfection box is arranged on the upper side of the disinfection box; chlorine dioxide slow-release gel is placed in the disinfection box, and slow-release holes are arranged at the upper positions of the periphery of the disinfection box.

The present invention can achieve the following advantageous effects
1) Through the arrangement of the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe, the floor drain is ensured to be always in a water seal state, and odor and aerosol of a sewer pipe are prevented from entering a room;
2) through the design of the disinfection box, the peculiar smell generated by long-time placement of water around the floor drain and in the water seal and the bred bacteria are eliminated and killed in time when escaping indoors;
3) the annular water-stop plate and the floor drain grate are integrated; the pipeline is connected with the floor drain main body through threads, and both can be taken out of the floor drain, so that the interior of the floor drain is convenient to clean, and the generation of peculiar smell and the breeding of bacteria in a water seal of the floor drain are reduced;
4) the position of the slow release hole is higher than the lower end surface of the liquid level pipe, and the water leakage hole, the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe are staggered, so that the slow release of the chlorine dioxide slow release gel can be slowed down, and the sterilization time can be prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the water seal floor drain with deodorization and sterilization functions comprises a floor drain main body 1 and a floor drain grate 2, wherein the floor drain main body 1 is connected with a pipeline 4 for realizing a normal floor drain drainage function; the floor drain grate 2 is provided with a water leakage hole 21, a water replenishing pipe 22, a liquid level pipe 23 and a disinfection box 24, the water leakage hole 21 is arranged in the edge ring of the upper end surface of the floor drain grate 2, and the water replenishing pipe 22 and the liquid level pipe 23 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the floor drain grate; the lower end of the floor drain grate 2 is also provided with an annular water-stop plate 25.

In the use process, if the water seal is damaged due to the reasons of insufficient water seal height of the floor drain, air pressure fluctuation in a sewer, natural evaporation and the like, when the seal fails, through the arrangement of the water replenishing pipe 22 and the liquid level pipe 23, when the water seal liquid level is lower than the lower end face of the liquid level pipe 23, the water replenishing pipe 22 and the liquid level pipe 23 automatically replenish water into the water seal, and the water is replenished to the lower end face of the liquid level pipe 23 until the liquid level is balanced, so that the floor drain is ensured to be always in a water seal state (figure 3), and therefore, the odor and the aerosol of a sewer; meanwhile, through the design of the disinfection box 24, the water around the floor drain and in the water seal is guaranteed to be timely killed when peculiar smell and bred bacteria generated by long-time placement escape indoors, and therefore the deodorizing and sterilizing function is achieved.

A water seal floor drain with deodorization and sterilization functions comprises a floor drain main body and a floor drain grate, wherein the floor drain main body is connected with a pipeline; the method is characterized in that: the floor drain grate is provided with a water leakage hole, a water replenishing pipe, a liquid level pipe and a disinfection box, the water leakage hole is arranged in the edge ring of the upper end surface of the floor drain grate, and the water replenishing pipe and the liquid level pipe are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the floor drain grate; the lower end of the floor drain grate is also provided with an annular water-stop plate.
