first cistern (2) the middle part of second cistern (4) all is equipped with backup pad (20), the last fixed surface of backup pad (20) is connected with baffle (21), the upper end fixedly connected with cartridge filter (22) of baffle (21), the below of backup pad (20) is equipped with filter frame (23), the upper surface of filter frame (23) is equipped with first filter (24), the inside of filter frame (23) has inlayed second filter (25).
