Abstract
The invention discloses a filtering device for wastewater treatment, which comprises a filtering device shell, a feeding pipe provided with a first valve, a first filtering layer, a bracket and a handle, wherein the feeding pipe is provided with a first valve; the outermost side of the first filter layer is provided with an outward annular bulge; the first filter layer is provided with a plurality of small filter holes; the upper half part of the shell of the filtering device is provided with an inward annular bulge; the first filter layer is erected on the annular bulge of the filter device shell through the annular bulge; two brackets are symmetrically arranged at the left and the right in the first filter layer; the two supports are fixed through the handle at the top. By arranging two filter layers, the filtering efficiency can be improved; the two filter layers can be detached from the filter device for cleaning by arranging the bracket, the handle and the connecting device; by arranging the sterilizing device, harmful microorganisms in the wastewater can be completely killed.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides a filtering apparatus for wastewater treatment, which includes a filtering apparatus housing 1, a feeding pipe 2 provided with a first valve 3, a first filtering layer 8, a bracket 6 and a handle 7; the outermost side of the first filter layer 8 is provided with an outward annular bulge; a plurality of small filter holes are formed in the first filter layer 8; the upper half part of the filter device shell 1 is provided with an inward annular bulge; the first filter layer 8 is erected on the annular bulge of the filter device shell 1 through the annular bulge; two brackets 6 are symmetrically fixed in the first filter layer 8; the uppermost parts of the two brackets 6 are fixed through a handle 7; when the first filter layer 8 needs to be cleaned, the handle 7 is pulled, so that the first filter layer 8 is driven to be separated from the filter device shell 1, and then solid residues on the first filter layer 8 are cleaned.
A second filter layer 12 and attachment means; the second filter layer 12 is erected at the bottom of the filter device shell 1; the second filter layer 12 is connected with the first filter layer 8 through a connecting device; a plurality of filtering pores are arranged on the second filtering layer 12, and the diameter of the filtering pores of the second filtering layer 12 is smaller than that of the filtering pores of the first filtering layer 8; set up like this, distribute through two-layer filter layer and filter, improved the filter effect.

The bottom of the filtering device shell 1 is obliquely arranged, and the lowest end of the filtering device shell is provided with a connecting pipe 13; the second valve 14 is provided on the connection pipe 13, and the other end of the connection pipe 13 is connected to a sterilization device 28.
The sterilizing device 28 comprises a sterilizing device shell 17, a first ultraviolet lamp 21, a transverse plate 22, a second ultraviolet lamp 23 and a discharge pipe 24 provided with a third valve 25; the connecting pipe 13 is arranged above the left side of the sterilizing device shell 17 in an inserting way; the number of the first ultraviolet lamps 21 is multiple and the first ultraviolet lamps are distributed above the inner wall of the shell 17 of the sterilizing device at equal intervals; the left side and the front and back sides of the transverse plate 22 are attached to the inner wall of the sterilizing device shell 17; the right side of the transverse plate 22 is arranged in a downward inclined manner, so that the filtered wastewater can be guided to flow, and the second ultraviolet lamp 23 is prevented from contacting the wastewater; a plurality of second ultraviolet lamps 23 are equidistantly arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate 22; the discharge pipe 24 is arranged on one side of the bottom of the shell 17 of the sterilization device; by arranging two sterilization layers, harmful microorganisms in the wastewater can be further eliminated.
The sterilizing device 28 also comprises circulating means; the circulating device comprises a water inlet pipe 19, a water outlet pipe 20 and a water pump 18; the water pump 18 is arranged on one side of the bottom of the sterilizing device shell 17; a water inlet pipe 19 is arranged at the water inlet of the water pump 18, and a water outlet pipe 20 is arranged at the water outlet; the other end of the water outlet pipe 20 penetrates through the transverse plate 22 and is arranged on the left side of the transverse plate 22; by the arrangement, the wastewater can be circularly sterilized in the sterilizing device 28, and the sterilization thoroughness is further ensured.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when first filter layer 8 needs to be cleaned, handle 7 is pulled to drive first filter layer 8 to break away from filter device shell 1, because first filter layer 8 and second filter layer 12 pass through connecting device to be connected, thereby drive second filter layer 12 to break away from filter device shell 1, reach the dismantlement effect.
Example 2
The embodiment is further improved on the basis of the embodiment 1, and the improvement is as follows: two first observation windows 15 are arranged at the upper part and the lower part of one side of the filtering device shell 1; a second observation window 26 is arranged on one side of the sterilizing device shell 17; with this arrangement, the filtration and sterilization of the waste water in the filtration device 27 and the sterilization device 28 can be observed.

A filtering device for the treatment of waste water according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a second filtering layer (12) and connecting means; the second filter layer (12) is erected at the bottom of the filter device shell (1); the second filter layer (12) is connected with the first filter layer (8) through a connecting device; the second filter layer (12) is provided with a plurality of filter pores, and the diameter of the filter pores of the second filter layer (12) is smaller than that of the filter pores of the first filter layer (8).
