Background
Most of the existing intelligent travelling crane box finding modes are that position coordinates of a container are collected, and the lifting appliance is used for grabbing according to the coordinates. However, the cost is rapidly increased along with the improvement of the precision requirement of the position coordinate acquisition of the container, the accuracy is reduced, and the cost difference between the precision requirement of 10mm level and the precision requirement of 10cm level can be multiple times. Therefore, the equipment cost is greatly reduced if the container can be lifted under the rough precision requirement.

step four: when the proximity switch contacts the container, stopping moving the container lifting tool capable of automatically finding the container, and turning the turning plate which turns downwards upwards;
step five: the container lifting appliance capable of automatically finding the container is controlled to move downwards until the container locking mechanism is connected with the container in a matched manner;
step six: and lifting the container by a container lifting tool capable of automatically finding the container.

In summary, the container lifting appliance capable of automatically searching the container and the use method thereof adopt a simpler mode of matching the turning plate with the proximity switch to search the container, thereby reducing the precision requirement of the position coordinate acquisition of the container and greatly reducing the purchasing cost of the container lifting appliance.
