The liquefied gas railway pressure tank car top charging and discharging system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a protective cover cylinder (15) is provided on the manhole flange cover (2), and a cover cylinder cover (16) which can be opened and closed is provided on the protective cover cylinder (15); a closed protection cavity is enclosed by the protection cover cylinder (15), the cover cylinder cover (16) and the manhole flange cover (2); the first loading and unloading valve (3), the second loading and unloading valve (4), the third loading and unloading valve (5), the low-level check valve (6), the high-level check valve (7), the pressure gauge (8), the thermometer (9), the upper parts of the magnetic floating ball liquid level meter (10), the oil pressure distributor (11) and the hand oil pump (12) are all located in the closed protection cavity.

The liquefied gas railway pressure tank car top refueling system as claimed in claim 2 wherein the shield canister (15) is bolted to the manhole flange cover (2); one end of the cover cylinder cover (16) is hinged with the protective cover cylinder (15), and the other end of the cover cylinder cover (16) is provided with a handle (17) and a lock catch (18); the lower end of the lock catch (18) is provided with a lock box (19), and the lock box (19) is arranged on the outer side wall of the protective cover barrel (15); the lock catch (18) can extend into the lock box (19) and can be locked at the lower end of the lock catch (18) in the lock box (19) to fix the lock catch (18) so as to close the cover cylinder cover (16); when the medium is loaded and unloaded, the cover cylinder cover (16) is opened, and the cover cylinder cover (16) is closed after loading and unloading and during transportation.

The liquefied gas rail pressure tanker top loading and draining system according to claim 2, wherein the low level check valve port connection (6-1), the high level check valve port connection (7-1), the first remote control line (13) and the second remote control line (14) all extend out of the outer wall of the protective cover barrel (15).

The liquefied gas rail pressure tank car top charging and discharging system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil pressure distributor (11) comprises an integrated structure of: a flange seat and a cylindrical distribution cavity on the flange seat; the flange seat can be fixedly arranged on a manhole flange cover (2), and five threaded through holes are formed in the side wall of the cylindrical distribution cavity and used for being connected with a first loading and unloading valve (3), a second loading and unloading valve (4), a third loading and unloading valve (5), a first remote control pipeline (13) and a second remote control pipeline (14) respectively; the top of the cylindrical distribution cavity is provided with a threaded through hole for installing a first stop valve (20), the first stop valve (20) is communicated with the hand-operated oil pump (12), and the hand-operated oil pump (12) can control the opening and closing of the first loading and unloading valve (3), the second loading and unloading valve (4) and the third loading and unloading valve (5) through an oil pressure distributor (11).
6. The liquefied gas railway pressure tank car top charging and discharging system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressure gauge (8) is a shock-resistant pressure gauge, the thermometer (9) is a bimetal thermometer, and a thermometer protective tube is sleeved on a part of the thermometer (9) extending into the tank body (100).
7. Top filling and draining system of liquefied gas railway pressure tank cars according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the pressure gauge (8) is connected into the tank (100) through a second stop valve (21).
8. The liquefied gas railway pressure tank car top refueling system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manhole flange cover (2) is fixed to the manhole neck flange (1) by means of studs and nuts.
9. A pressure tanker, characterized by comprising a tank body (100) and further comprising a top refueling system for a liquefied gas rail pressure tanker according to any of claims 1 to 8, the top refueling system being provided on top of the tank body (100).
