The LED light supplement lamp 24, the electronic eye 25, the bayonet 26, the flow monitor 27 and the skynet surveillance camera 28 which are laid on the road transmit monitored data to the central computer database 29, information is mutually transmitted to the central computer database 29 by a traffic police which is processed on site, the electronic eye 25 monitors red light running of the vehicle by capturing the tail of the vehicle, and illegal behaviors such as driving according to no guide, illegal lane changing, line pressing, reverse driving, occupation of a non-motor lane by a motor vehicle and the like are monitored; the LED light supplement lamp 24 is not bright in the daytime, and can flash at high frequency at night, so that the definition of a shot picture is ensured; the bayonet 26 is used for capturing behaviors such as overspeed, and the bayonet 26 captures the front side of the body so that a human face can be seen clearly; the flow monitor 27 is mainly used for counting the traffic flow and providing data support for signals; the skynet surveillance camera 28 is a common surveillance camera, is used for a public security skynet system, can effectively eliminate public security hidden dangers, and can better catch criminals.
When the automobile 1 runs through the base station 2 on a city or an expressway, the vehicle-mounted wifi router 5 of the wireless transmission module 22 is connected with the base station 2, so that automatic transmission of the control center 20 and the base station 2 is achieved, data stored in the central computer database 29 and data stored in the wireless transmission module 22 are calculated through the comparison module 30, the data stored in the central computer database 29 and the data stored in the wireless transmission module 22 are transmitted to the base station 2 at the same time, and if the comparison results are different, the data stored in the central computer database 29 is marked so as to be conveniently checked by later-stage workers.
