The display screen is disposed on a first surface of the housing 100 of the electronic device.
The information projection assembly 200 includes a light emitting member 210, a scanning reflection member 220, and a first driving mechanism 230. The main function of the light emitting element 210 is to emit light, the light emitting element 210 is connected to the housing 100, and the scanning reflection element 220 faces the outside of the display screen, alternatively, the light emitting element 310 may be connected to the housing 100 by bonding, clamping, or the like, and the specific connection mode is not limited in this embodiment of the application; alternatively, the first driving mechanism 230 may include at least one of a plurality of driving mechanisms such as a motor, a telescopic cylinder, a shape memory alloy, and the like. The first driving mechanism 230 is connected to the scanning reflection member 220 in various ways, such as a hinge or a rotating shaft connection, and optionally, the first driving mechanism 400 is connected to the scanning reflection member 220 through the rotating shaft 250, which has the characteristics of simple structure and reliability. The first driving mechanism 230 drives the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate between a plurality of scanning positions, and the scanning reflection member 220 can rotate in a forward direction or a reverse direction under the action of the first driving mechanism 230. The light emitted by the light emitting element 210 is emitted to a preset position outside the display screen through the scanning reflection element 220 at different scanning positions, so as to be spliced into display information. Specifically, when the electronic device receives information, the light emitting element 210 emits light, the first driving mechanism 230 drives the scanning reflection element 220 to rotate through the rotating shaft 250, the scanning reflection element 220 can scan information content line by line under the driving of the rotating shaft 250, the light emitted by the light emitting element 210 is reflected and then projected to a preset position outside a display screen to be spliced into display information, and due to the high rotating frequency of the rotating shaft 250 and the scanning reflection element 220 and the visual residual characteristics of human eyes, an image scanned and drawn by the scanning reflection element 220 can temporarily stay in the human eyes, so that readable text information is formed. It should be noted that the preset position in the embodiment of the present application is a position where a user can conveniently view information.
Optionally, the information projection assembly 200 of the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application further includes a first circuit board 260 and a second circuit board 270, the first circuit board 260 is mainly used for supplying power to the light emitting element 210 and controlling the state of the light emitting element 210, the second circuit board 270 is mainly used for supplying power to the first driving mechanism 230 and controlling the state of the light emitting element 210, and the first driving mechanism 230 is powered on to drive the rotating shaft 250 and the scanning reflection element 220 to rotate.
In the embodiment of the present application, the display screen and the information projection assembly 200 are separated, when the electronic device receives information, the light emitting element 210 emits light, and the first driving mechanism 230 drives the scanning reflection element 220 to rotate, so that the light emitted by the light emitting element 210 is emitted to a preset position outside the display screen through the scanning reflection element 220 in different scanning positions, so as to be spliced into the display information. Therefore, the user can view the information in time under the condition that the display screen of the electronic equipment is not lightened or under the condition that the content of the display screen is not influenced, so that the user can see the prompt message of the electronic equipment in real time, and the use experience of the user is improved. Therefore, the electronic equipment is more convenient for the user to check the prompt information in time, and meanwhile, the display effect of the electronic equipment is not deteriorated due to the fact that the prompt information is displayed.
In an alternative embodiment, the first driving mechanism 230 includes a first driving portion 231 and a second driving portion 232, the first driving portion 231 drives the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate around a first axis, and the second driving portion 232 drives the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate around a second axis, where the first axis intersects with the second axis. When the light emitting element 210 emits light, the first driving part 231 or the second driving part 232 can drive the scanning reflection element 220 to rotate independently, the first driving part 231 and the second driving part 232 can also drive the scanning reflection element 220 to rotate together, so that the light emitted by the light emitting element 210 is emitted to a preset position outside the display screen through the scanning reflection element 220 at different scanning positions, thereby changing the angle of the reflected light, further, the display information can be spliced in multiple directions, and a user can conveniently and visually check the information. Meanwhile, the first driving part 231 and the second driving part 232 can drive the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate and scan among a plurality of positions, so that information can be more comprehensively projected.
Optionally, the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. The first driving portion 231 drives the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate around the first axis, the second driving portion 232 drives the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate around the second axis, the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis, that is, the driving force of the first driving portion 231 to the scanning reflection member 220 is perpendicular to the driving force of the second driving portion 232 to the scanning reflection member 220, when the electronic device receives information, the setting mode is more convenient for rapidly determining the rotation angle of the scanning reflection member 220, and further the control logic of the information projection assembly 200 is simpler and more convenient to operate.
In an alternative embodiment, the information projection assembly 200 further includes a supporting base 240, and the scanning reflection element 220 is rotatably connected to the supporting base 240 in various manners, such as a hinge, a bearing connection, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. Alternatively, the scanning reflection member 220 may be disposed in the supporting base 240, which not only makes the structure of the information projection assembly 200 more compact, but also reduces the space of the information projection assembly 200 in the casing 100 and protects the scanning reflection member 220. The first driving part 231 includes a first magnetic member 231a and a second magnetic member 231b, the first magnetic member 231a is disposed on the supporting base 240, the second magnetic member 231b is disposed on the scanning reflection member 220, at least one of the first magnetic member 231a and the second magnetic member 231b is an electromagnetic member, and the scanning reflection member 220 rotates when the electromagnetic member is energized. Specifically, when the first magnetic member 231a is an electromagnetic member, in the case where the first magnetic member 231a is energized, a driving force (magnetic attraction or magnetic repulsion) is generated between the first magnetic member 231a and the second magnetic member 231b, and the driving force drives the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate around the first axis, and further, in the case where the magnitude and frequency of the current of the first magnetic member 231a are changed, the rotation angle and frequency of the scanning reflection member 220 can be changed. When the second magnetic member 231b is an electromagnetic member, when the second magnetic member 231b is energized, a driving force is generated between the first magnetic member 231a and the second magnetic member 231b, and the driving force drives the scanning reflective member 220 to rotate around the first axis, and further, when the current magnitude and frequency of the second magnetic member 231b are changed, the rotation angle and frequency of the scanning reflective member 220 can be changed. When the first and second magnetic members 231a and 231b are both electromagnetic members, a greater driving force is generated between the first and second magnetic members 231a and 231b when the first and second magnetic members 231a and 231b are both energized, and the driving force will drive the scanning reflection member 220 to rotate around the first axis in unison. In the embodiment of the present application, the first driving portion 231 has the characteristics of simple structure, small occupied space, and the like by adopting a magnetic driving mode.
When the information projection assembly 200 includes the supporting base 240 and the scanning reflection element 220 is rotatably connected to the supporting base 240, optionally, the second driving portion 232 includes a first electric driving element 232a and a second electric driving element 232b, the first electric driving element 232a is disposed on the supporting base 240, the second electric driving element 232b is disposed on the scanning reflection element 220, and the scanning reflection element 220 rotates when the first electric driving element 232a and the second electric driving element 232b are both powered on. Specifically, when the scanning reflection element 220 is disposed on the supporting base 240, optionally, the second electrical driving element 232b may be a coil wound around the scanning reflection element 220, and when the first electrical driving element 232a and the second electrical driving element 232b are both powered on, a driving force (electrostatic force) is generated between the first electrical driving element 232a and the second electrical driving element 232b, and the driving force can drive the scanning reflection element 220 to rotate around the second axis, so as to project more light emitted by the light emitting element 210 to a predetermined position outside the display screen. Further, the current magnitude and frequency of the first electric driving element 232a and the second electric driving element 232b can be changed, so as to change the rotation angle and frequency of the scanning reflection element 220. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the second driving portion 232 is electrically driven without being interfered by the magnetic field, and has high energy conversion efficiency and easy control.
The support base 240 not only can provide a mounting base for other components of the information projection assembly 200, but also can make the structure of the information projection assembly 200 more compact and reliable, and save space for other components in the electronic device.
Optionally, the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application further includes a collimator 300, the collimator 300 is located between the light emitting element 210 and the scanning reflection element 220, the collimator 300 is provided with a plurality of collimating holes, and axes of the collimating holes are parallel to each other. Alternatively, the collimator 300 may be made of Polycarbonate (PC) or polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application. The light emitted from the light emitting member 210 includes parallel light and divergent light, and for the divergent light emitted from the light emitting member 210, the collimator 300 located between the light emitting member 210 and the scanning reflection member 220 can convert the divergent light passing therethrough into parallel light, and then emit the parallel light through the scanning reflection member 220 at different scanning positions to be spliced into display information. Therefore, the collimator 300 has an effect of converging divergent light, so that light emitted from the light emitting member 210 can be projected more, thereby improving light utilization.
Optionally, at least one of the second face 110 and the side face 120 is provided with a scanning reflector 220. That is to say, the scanning reflection member 220 is directly disposed on the surface of the housing 100 of the electronic device, so that light emitted by the light-emitting member 210 is reflected by the scanning reflection member 220 and then can be directly projected from the electronic device to a predetermined position outside the display screen. In this case, the information projection assembly 200 is more simply and compactly configured, and does not need to additionally occupy a space within the housing 100, thereby enabling the thickness of the electronic device to be smaller.
In other embodiments, the information projection assembly 200 is disposed in the housing 100 with the scanning reflector 220 facing at least one of the second face 110 and the side face 120. In this case, the second surface 110 and/or the side surface 120 of the casing 100 may be provided as a light transmission region, for example, the casing 100 may be formed by glass processing, and the light transmission region may be provided in a part of the casing 100. In this embodiment, the scanning reflection member 220 is disposed in the casing 100, and the casing 100 can protect the scanning reflection member 220, so that the scanning reflection member 220 is not easily damaged, thereby prolonging the service life of the scanning reflection member 220.

In this case, when the electronic device receives information, the light emitting member 210 emits light, and the scanning reflection member 220 provided in the housing 100 faces the outer surface of the side key 400, so that the light is emitted from the outer surface of the side key 400, and the information is projected from the side key 400 of the electronic device. The information projection assembly 200 is arranged on the side key 400, so that the structure of the electronic device is more compact, the space is saved for other components of the electronic device, and the layout of the components in the electronic device is convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, the information projection assembly 200 is disposed in the casing 100, the casing 100 is provided with an opening, and the electronic device further includes a second driving mechanism, which may include at least one of a plurality of driving mechanisms such as a motor, a telescopic cylinder, a shape memory alloy, and the like. The second driving mechanism is connected to the information projection member 200, and drives the information projection member 200 to extend out of the housing 100 or retract into the housing 100 through the opening. When the electronic device receives the information, the user can drive the information projection assembly 200 to extend out of the housing 100 through the second driving mechanism, and at this time, the light-emitting member 210 emits light to directly project the information to human eyes without displaying by means of an object other than the electronic device; after the human eye views the information, the information projection assembly 200 can be retracted into the housing 100 by manual pushing or driving via the second driving mechanism. Through the telescopic information projection assembly 200, a user can check information in time, information content can be prevented from being seen by others, and information leakage is prevented. Of course, this structure can also be applied to a case where the electronic device projects information to other objects.
In a further alternative embodiment, the information projection assembly 200 further includes a bracket, the bracket is connected to the housing 100, the second driving mechanism is connected to the bracket, the light emitting element 210 and the scanning reflection element 220 are both disposed in the bracket, the bracket is provided with a first light emitting surface and a second light emitting surface, the first light emitting surface and the second light emitting surface are opposite to each other, and the scanning reflection element 220 can respectively face the first light emitting surface and the second light emitting surface. Under the condition that the first side of the electronic device faces a user, when the electronic device receives information, the second driving mechanism drives the bracket to enable the information projection assembly 200 to extend out of the shell 100, because the light-emitting piece 210 and the scanning reflection piece 220 are arranged in the bracket, the bracket can prevent the light-emitting piece 210 and the scanning reflection piece 220 from being exposed outside, and at the moment, light emitted by the light-emitting piece 210 is emitted from a first light-emitting surface of the bracket after being reflected by the scanning reflection piece 220, so that the information is directly projected to human eyes; similarly, when the second side 110 of the electronic device faces the user, when the electronic device receives the information, the second driving mechanism drives the bracket to extend out of the housing 100, and the light emitted by the light-emitting element 210 is reflected by the scanning reflection element 220 and then emitted from the second light-emitting surface of the bracket, so that the information is directly projected to the human eye. The information projection assembly 200 may be retracted into the housing 100 by manual pushing or by action of a second drive mechanism after the information is viewed by the human eye. Therefore, no matter the electronic device is placed on the front side or the back side, when the electronic device receives information, the second driving mechanism drives the bracket to enable the information projection assembly 200 to extend out of the casing 100, and when the information projection assembly 200 extends out of the casing 100, the bracket can protect the light-emitting piece 210 and the scanning reflection piece 220, so that the light-emitting piece 210 and the scanning reflection piece 220 are prevented from being damaged by foreign matters, and the service life of the information projection assembly 200 is prolonged.
In a further alternative embodiment, the bracket is the first color-changing member, that is, the color of the bracket can be changed, and the color change can be electrochromic, photochromic or other forms. Under the condition that the support is in the first state, the light transmittance of the support is a first light transmittance; and under the condition that the support is in the second state, the light transmittance of the support is a second light transmittance, wherein the first light transmittance is greater than the second light transmittance. When the stand is in the first state, when the second driving mechanism drives the stand to extend the information projection assembly 200 out of the housing 100, the light emitted by the light-emitting member 210 is projected out through the first light-emitting surface or the second light-emitting surface of the stand, and the information is directly projected to the human eye; when the stand is in the second state, the light transmittance of the stand is poor, and the light-emitting member 210, the scanning reflection member 220 and other members arranged in the stand can be shielded, so that the electronic device is more attractive. In an alternative embodiment, the information projection component 200 is disposed in the side key 400, and the side key 400 is a second color-changing member, that is, the color of the side key 400 can be changed, and the color change can be electrochromic, photochromic, or other forms. In the case where the side key 400 is in the third state, the light transmittance of the side key 400 is a third light transmittance; in the case where the side key 400 is in the fourth state, the light transmittance of the side key 400 is a fourth light transmittance, wherein the third light transmittance is greater than the fourth light transmittance. When the side key 400 is in the third state, when the electronic device receives the information, the light emitted from the light-emitting member 210 is projected through the side key 400; when the side key 400 is in the fourth state, the light transmittance of the side key 400 is poor, and the information projection unit 200 and other members provided in the side key 400 can be shielded, thereby making the electronic device more beautiful as a whole. Therefore, the side key 400 is a second color-changing member, which not only can satisfy the working requirement of the information projection assembly 200, but also can improve the aesthetic property of the electronic device when the information projection assembly 200 does not work.
