Abstract

一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,防弹插板结构由碳陶片与背板通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;背板为防弹纤维复合材料叠层,所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层折叠在一起而成,每层之间通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;防弹纤维材料单层由单取向排列的高强度纤维经界面粘合胶上胶制成;本发明的背板为防弹纤维复合材料叠层,打破原有技术中若干无纬布片材铺叠在一起,本发明中防纤维复合材料叠层是通过防弹纤维材料单层通过折叠方式实现的,整个背板为一整块纤维单层布通过胶粘剂组合起来,有效地增加纤维长度,增加防弹纤维材料单层间剪切力,提高刚性,减小钝伤,减小凹陷。

Description

一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构
技术领域
本发明涉及防弹结构技术领域,尤其涉及一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构。
背景技术
现有的防弹结构一般是通过陶瓷面板与多层单一防弹材料叠加而成,各层防弹材料紧密结合在一起,从而起到防弹作用。目前这些已有的传统的防弹插板中纤维背板中纤维的有效长度均只有板材的长度和宽度,这种短的纤维结构增加了背板的断面分层几率,使背板不具备多次抗打击能力,在受到子弹、弹片等高速冲击后,其所产生的入射冲击波以及在背弹面处产生的反射波反复叠加,背板防凹陷效果差,万一遇到歹徒连续射击,一线战士的生命安全就会受到严重威胁;
背衬凹陷深度是弹头被防弹衣或者防弹插板阻断后,在躯干模中背衬材料上留下的压缩形变印痕的深度。其中,美国司法学会NIJ0101.06标准要求背衬凹陷深度小于等于44mm;背衬凹陷深度的值越低,对个体带来的创伤越小,因此,保证防弹材料耐穿透的同时,应尽量降低背衬凹陷深度。因此迫切需要研制一款重量轻、厚度薄、可有效降低背衬凹陷深度的防弹板。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,所述的防弹插板结构由碳陶片与背板通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;
所述背板为防弹纤维复合材料叠层,所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层折叠在一起而成,每层之间通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;所述的防弹纤维材料单层由单取向排列的高强度纤维经界面胶粘剂上胶制成。
优选地,所述防弹插板结构还包括包覆在防弹插板外部的外壳。
优选地,所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层一端通过顺时针或逆时针方向向另一端折叠多次而成。
优选地,所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层一端依次通过顺时针和逆时针方向向另一端折叠多次而成。
优选地,所述高强度纤维为芳纶纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维或PBO纤维中的至少一种。
优选地,所述界面胶粘剂为TPU热熔胶膜、PO、PV、EVA热熔胶膜、环氧胶、酚醛树脂、苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物弹性体中至少一种。
优选地,所述防弹插板背部通过界面胶粘剂复合有蜂窝结构层,所述的蜂窝结构层由热塑性蜂窝板和充填于所述热塑性蜂窝板孔隙内的发泡环氧树脂构成。
有益效果:本发明的背板为防弹纤维复合材料叠层,打破原有技术中若干无纬布片材铺叠在一起,本发明中防弹纤维复合材料叠层是通过防弹纤维材料单层通过折叠方式实现的,整个背板为一整块纤维单层布通过胶粘剂组合起来,有效地增加纤维长度,增加防弹纤维材料单层间剪切力,提高刚性,减小钝伤,减小凹陷;另外,碳陶片具有较好的耐热冲击性,避免陶瓷着弹接触面温度升高之后材料逐渐***,增加冲击背凸,因此在增加纤维长度减小弹头贯穿深度,降低对人体的伤害。

实施例1
一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,所述的防弹插板结构1由碳陶片11与背板12通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;防弹插板1外部还包裹有外壳2;
所述背板12为防弹纤维复合材料叠层,所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层121宽度方向端通过顺时针或逆时针方向向另一端折叠多次而成,每层之间通过界面胶粘剂122复合而成;所述的防弹纤维材料单层由单取向排列的高强度纤维经界面胶粘剂上胶制成。
在上述技术方案中,所述高强度纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
在上述技术方案中,所述界面胶粘剂为TPU热熔胶膜。
在上述技术方案中,所述防弹插板背部通过界面胶粘剂复合有蜂窝结构层3,所述的蜂窝结构层由热塑性蜂窝板和充填于所述热塑性蜂窝板孔隙内的发泡环氧树脂构成。
实施例2
一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,所述的防弹插板结构1由碳陶片11与背板12通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;防弹插板1外部还包裹有外壳2;

在上述技术方案中,所述高强度纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。

在上述技术方案中,所述高强度纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
在上述技术方案中,所述界面胶粘剂为酚醛树脂。
在上述技术方案中,所述防弹插板背部通过界面胶粘剂复合有蜂窝结构层3,所述的蜂窝结构层由热塑性蜂窝板和充填于所述热塑性蜂窝板孔隙内的发泡环氧树脂构成。
性能验证
对实施例1、实施例2、对比例进行弹道冲击试验,实验数据列于表1。
对比例1和2中防弹插板的复合以实施例1中的方法为基础,区别在于对比例1和2中防弹纤维复合材料叠层为多层防弹纤维材料单层叠铺在一起,相邻两层防弹纤维材料单层仅通过界面胶粘剂复合,对比例2中防弹插板背部也不再复合蜂窝结构层;

由表1数据可知,本发明中防弹纤维复合材料叠层是通过防弹纤维材料单层通过折叠方式实现的,整个背板为一整块纤维单层布通过胶粘剂组合起来,有效地增加纤维长度,增加防弹纤维材料单层间剪切力,提高刚性,减小钝伤,减小凹陷,使防弹插板具备防御多发子弹的能力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于,所述的防弹插板结构由碳陶片与背板通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;
所述背板为防弹纤维复合材料叠层,所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层折叠在一起而成,每层之间通过界面胶粘剂复合而成;所述的防弹纤维材料单层由单取向排列的高强度纤维经界面胶粘剂上胶制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述防弹插板结构还包括包覆在防弹插板外部的外壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层一端通过顺时针或逆时针方向向另一端折叠多次而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述防弹纤维复合材料叠层是由防弹纤维材料单层一端依次通过顺时针和逆时针方向向另一端折叠多次而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述高强度纤维为芳纶纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维或PBO纤维中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述界面胶粘剂为TPU热熔胶膜、PO、PV、EVA热熔胶膜、环氧胶、酚醛树脂、苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物弹性体中至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述防弹插板背部通过界面胶粘剂复合有蜂窝结构层,所述的蜂窝结构层由热塑性蜂窝板和充填于所述热塑性蜂窝板孔隙内的发泡环氧树脂构成。
8.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种减小凹陷的防弹插板结构,其特征在于:所述防弹纤维材料单层一端为其长度端或宽度端。
