When the H-shaped steel column 1 is connected to the connecting lug plate 3 on the steel beam 2, if there is a deviation between the vertical and horizontal positions of the H-shaped steel column 1, the connecting lug plate 3 on the H-shaped steel column 1 and the steel beam 2 cannot be connected to each other through the high-strength bolt connection pair 5. Therefore, the vertical and horizontal positions of the H-section steel columns need to be adjusted.
When the H-shaped steel column 1 deviates in the vertical direction, as shown in FIG. 3, a tool 6 shaped like a Chinese character 'ji' and a jack 7 are adopted for adjustment. When the H-shaped steel column 1 deviates in the horizontal direction, as shown in FIG. 4, an L-shaped tool 8 and a jack 7 are used for adjustment. The horizontal supporting leg of the L-shaped tool 8 is connected with the connecting lug plate 3 welded on the steel beam 2 in a welding mode, and two ends of the jack 7 are tightly propped between the vertical supporting leg of the L-shaped tool 8 and the web plate of the H-shaped steel 1, so that the web plate of the H-shaped steel 1 is tightly connected with the connecting lug plate 3. The horizontal position of the H-shaped steel column 1 is adjusted by applying force to the jack 7.
In this embodiment, the n-shaped tool 6 and the L-shaped tool 8 are both made of steel materials having the same strength as the H-shaped steel column 1. The jack 7 should be a screw jack, and the model should be determined according to the actual stress calculation. The sizes of the n-shaped tool 6 and the L-shaped tool 8 are determined according to actual stress calculation.
