Taking the example of the application of the dynamic vibration absorber 1 to the clothes treating apparatus, one end of the body 11 is fixedly connected to the base, the mass body 12 is suspended, and the mass body 12 is not in contact with other structures of the base except for the connection with the body 11, so that the mass body 12 can vibrate freely, that is, there is a proper gap between the mass body 12 and the relevant structures of the base, so as to avoid the base interfering with the vibration of the mass body 12. The dynamic vibration absorber 1 is used for the clothes treatment equipment, so that the vibration of the clothes treatment equipment can be effectively reduced, the amplitude is reduced, and the vibration noise is reduced.
In one embodiment, the body 11 has a fixed end and a free end. The body 11 is mounted to other structures through a fixed end, for example, the fixed end of the body 11 is fixedly connected to the box 2; the mass body 12 is connected to the free end of the body 11. When the body 11 vibrates, the free end of the mass body 12 has larger vibration displacement than the fixed end, so that the mass body 12 can have larger vibration displacement, and the mass body 12 can better exert a vibration damping effect.
In an embodiment, the accommodating cavity 12a extends along a vibration displacement direction of the body 11, specifically, referring to fig. 5, the vibration displacement direction of the body 11 is a left-right direction in fig. 5, and the accommodating cavity 12a extends along the left-right direction in fig. 5. In this way, the displacement direction of the damper 13 can be made to coincide with the vibration displacement direction of the body 11, so that the damper 13 can exert a better damping effect.
The shape of the cross-sectional profile of the accommodating chamber 12a is not limited, and may be, for example, a circle, a polygon, a shape formed by a combination of an arc side and a straight side, and the like, without being limited thereto. In the embodiment of the present invention, the cross-sectional profile of the accommodating cavity 12a is circular, which facilitates processing and facilitates the damping body 13 to better fill the accommodating cavity 12 a.
The number of the accommodating chamber 12a may be one or more. The number and size of the housing cavities 12a can be determined reasonably according to the size of the mass body 12. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the accommodating cavities 12a is plural, and the accommodating cavities 12a are arranged at intervals, so that the mass distribution of the mass body 12 and the damping body 13 is relatively uniform.
The specific shape and material of the damper 13 are not limited. In other embodiments, the damping body 13 is a loose particle, such as sand, salt, metal powder, etc.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the damping body 13 includes a plurality of metal balls 13 ', the metal balls 13 ' have a higher mass density, and when the volumes of the accommodating cavities 12a are the same and the filling ratio of the damping body 13 is the same, the damping body 13 formed by the plurality of metal balls 13 ' has a higher mass, so that a better damping effect can be achieved.
The filling ratio is a ratio of a volume of the accommodating chamber 12a filled with the damping body 13 to a total volume of the accommodating chamber 12 a.
The material of the metal ball 13' is not limited, and may be, for example, iron, steel, or other metal alloy. For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the metal ball 13' is made of stainless steel.
In one embodiment, the filling ratio of the damping body 13 in the accommodating cavity 12a is 20% to 80%. Thus, the damping body 13 can have a good displacement space in the accommodating cavity 12a, and the damping body 13 can also have appropriate mass, so that the damping effect of the damping body 13 can be exerted more fully.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the damping body 13 into the accommodating cavity 12a, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the mass body 12 includes a base 121 and a cover 122, the accommodating cavity 12a is disposed on the base 121, and one side of the accommodating cavity 12a is open, for example, the accommodating cavity 12a is a blind hole disposed on the base 121. The cover 122 is provided on the open side of the accommodating chamber 12a to confine the damper 13 within the accommodating chamber 12 a.
In an embodiment in which the number of the accommodating chambers 12a is plural, only one cover 122 may be provided, that is, the open side of all the accommodating chambers 12a may be covered by one cover 122.
The cover 122 needs to ensure that the damper 13 does not leak out of the accommodating chamber 12a, and therefore, the connection positional relationship of the cover 122 to the open side of the accommodating chamber 12a is related to the shape of the damper 13. Specifically, for example, when the damper 13 is liquid, the joint of the lid 122 and the periphery of the open side of the accommodating chamber 12a needs to have a good waterproof sealing performance. For another example, when the damping body 13 is a metal ball 13 ', the joint between the cover 122 and the periphery of the open side of the accommodating cavity 12a may not be sealed as long as the metal ball 13' does not fall out.
The specific connection manner of the cover 122 and the seat 121 is not limited, and for example, the connection manner may be bonding, clamping, screw connection, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The material of the body 11 is not limited. In the embodiment of the present invention, the body 11 is made of metal, and the body 11 made of metal material can have both good structural strength and elastic deformation capability.
