Because there is the clearance because assembly structure's restriction between impeller 1 and the interior bucket 2, the washing water can get into in the space between impeller 1 and the interior bucket 2 through the clearance among the laundry process, because the space between impeller 1 and the interior bucket 2 is contactless with the clothing, and it is big to wash the degree of difficulty, set up seal structure 3 back between impeller 1 and interior bucket 2, can effectually avoid the dirt among the laundry process, get into the space between the two from the clearance between impeller 1 and the interior bucket 2, cause piling up of dirt, breed the bacterium, cause secondary pollution to the clothing.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine comprises a speed reduction clutch device 6, wherein the inner barrel 2 and the impeller 1 are respectively connected with the speed reduction clutch device 6; in the washing process, the speed reduction clutch device 6 drives the inner barrel 2 and the impeller 1 to move relatively, and the sealing structure 3 is a dynamic sealing structure. The washing machine in this scheme can be a dual-power washing machine, the speed reduction clutch device 6 has an input end and two output ends (not shown in the figure), the motor 7 is connected with the input end, one of the output ends 60 is connected with the inner barrel 2, and the other output end is connected with the impeller 1. In the washing process, the inner barrel 2 and the wave wheel 1 rotate reversely, or the wave wheel 1 rotates, the inner barrel 1 is in a free state, and the inner barrel 1 moves freely under the action of water flow. The double power output can increase the diversity of water flow, so that the clothes are more fully stirred in the inner barrel 2, and the washing effect is improved.
Or, the inner barrel 1 is fixedly arranged, the speed reduction clutch device 6 is provided with an output end connected with the impeller 1, the inner barrel 1 does not rotate in the washing process, the speed reduction clutch device 6 drives the impeller 1 to rotate, and the impeller stirs the washing water to wash/rinse the clothes in the inner barrel 2. The dynamic sealing structure 3 is preferably made of soft and wear-resistant materials, and the sealing structure 3 is always in a compression state when the impeller 1 and the inner barrel 2 move, so that the sealing effect is always achieved. The arrangement of the sealing structure 3 can effectively avoid dirt in the water for washing, and the dirt enters the gap between the inner barrel 2 and the impeller 1 to breed bacteria.
In another scheme, the inner barrel 2 is connected with the speed reduction clutch device 6, and the impeller 1 is fixedly connected with the inner barrel 2; in the washing process, the speed reduction clutch device 6 drives the inner barrel 2 to drive the impeller 1 to rotate, and the sealing structure 3 is a static sealing structure. The inner barrel independently contains washing water, all the washing water participates in the washing process, water resources are effectively utilized, and meanwhile, when the outer barrel 4 contains the washing water, dirt accumulation is formed between the inner barrel and the outer barrel. When water is drained, as shown in fig. 2, water in the inner barrel 2 enters the area between the outer barrel 4 and the inner barrel 2 through the drain hole 22 under the action of centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of the inner barrel, and then is drained into the external environment from the drainage structure 5 of the washing machine, the retention time of the water in the inner barrel 2 between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is short, and the dirt retention rate is greatly reduced after washing of multiple times of rinsing water, so that the washing cleanness and sanitation of the washing machine are improved.
Alternatively, the inner tub 20 and the inner tub bottom 21 of the washing machine of the present invention are provided with drain holes, the drain holes (not shown) on the inner tub bottom 21 are located at the impeller, the drain holes on the inner tub bottom 21 are in a closed state during washing, and the drain holes on the inner tub bottom 21 are opened first during draining, which is beneficial to draining large-particle dirt deposited on the inner tub bottom from the drain holes, and then the inner tub and the impeller rotate at high speed under the driving of the speed reduction clutch device 6 to drain the remaining water from the drain holes 22 on the upper portion of the inner tub.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the washing machine of the present invention further includes a cabinet 9, and the outer tub 4 and the inner tub 2 are disposed in the cabinet 9. The washing machine also comprises a flange 4, and the inner barrel 2 is arranged on the flange 4, so that the reliability of the inner barrel 2 is enhanced. The top of the inner barrel 2 is provided with a balance ring 8 for balancing the eccentric force in the rotating process of the inner barrel 2, and simultaneously, the water can be blocked when dewatering, so that the water in the inner barrel 2 can be smoothly discharged from the water discharge hole 22.
