s2, pretreatment of a culture medium: homogenizing the prepared culture medium to uniformly mix the solid culture medium in the culture medium with the additive;
s3, preheating of culture tank: a layered water bath heat preservation mechanism (8) above the top end of the substrate (1) is used for carrying out layered preheating on the culture tank;
s4, strain activation and addition: selecting lactobacillus strains for activation, then adding the activated strains into a culture tank, and deodorizing and discharging gas in the culture tank by using a deodorizing and discharging mechanism (11);
s5, culturing lactic acid bacteria: culturing the strain in the culture tank at constant temperature, and performing shaking culture on the strain in the culture tank by using a stable shaking mechanism (12);
s6, lactic acid bacteria amplification culture: taking out half of the culture medium in the culture tank, and adding an equal amount of newly prepared culture medium again for amplification culture;
s7, disinfection and cleaning: the lactic acid bacteria cultured in the culture tank are taken out, and the culture tank is cleaned and sterilized by a cleaning and sterilizing mechanism (9).

The method of claim 1, wherein the strain is cultured in the culture tank at a constant temperature, and the strain is cultured in the culture tank with shaking by the shaking mechanism (11), wherein the temperature range of the strain is 35-42 ℃ and the duration of the strain culture is 18-36 h.
