背景技术
目前市场上存在的保温材料如聚氨酯、泡沫玻璃、聚异氰脲酸酯等多为硬质材料,存在着切割、拼接缝处理、热胀冷缩等问题,同时一些柔性材料如气凝胶毡、玻璃棉毡、硅酸铝毡等均为纤维开孔材料,由于低温冷凝水的存在,长期使用这些材料的吸水率则较高,一旦吸入水分其保温保冷效果将大打折扣,因而深度保冷行业需要一种保温效果优良的闭孔柔性材料。
因此,我们提出了一种深冷橡塑保温材料的制备用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种深冷橡塑保温材料的制备。
一种深冷橡塑保温材料,按重量份比由以下原料组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)4-8份;发泡剂8-12份;消烟剂60-75份;增塑剂20-25份;炭黑5-8份;氧化锌1-2.5份;硬脂酸0.5-1.5份;防老剂1-2份;促进剂4-6份;油膏2-10份;陶土10-15份;二氧化硅2-5份;乙二醇1-3份。
优选的,所述消烟剂为锡酸锌、氧化钼、氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述促进剂为二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆中的一种或多种。
一种深冷橡塑保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取上述质量份数的物料,将上述称量好的物料放入密炼室进行密炼,低温出胶,得一号胶;
S2、将上述一号胶倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度7-8mm,胶片宽度900-1000mm,胶片长度4000-5000mm,冷却待用,得一号胶片;
S3、将上述一号胶片投入开炼机,压热包辊后依次加入按重量份数称取促进剂,搅拌均匀后投胶料到自动翻料擘、开计时器、自动翻料300秒开始下料、胶条厚度7-8mm,胶条宽度150-200mm,胶条长度不切段,得二号胶条;
S4、采用多螺杆挤出机,将二号胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段30-35℃、挤出段30-35℃、塑化段30-35℃、螺杆段25-30℃,启动挤出机,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口,进过多层磨具挤出成型,得成型料;
S5、挤出胶料后在压延前端,增加了JRT自动撒粉机静电喷粉装置,在上述成型料的表面吹气凝胶,最后进过压延成型;
S6、将上述成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道的烘箱发泡出橡胶管(板);多节烘道为七节,各节烘道温度为:一节120-125℃,二节125-135℃,三节135-145℃,四节145-155℃,五节155-165℃,六节165℃,七节175℃,得橡塑管;
S7、将上述橡塑管用引料棒将其引入水槽冷却5-10分钟后经传递带送至切台;
S8、调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切,包装,放至存放区。
优选的,所述S1中物料在密炼时内,密炼至110-125℃出料。
优选的,所述S4中的挤出机的转速为25-35转/分。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,ENB橡胶,提高拉伸强度,降低产品变形度;油膏、陶土、乙二醇进一步增加低温条件下,产品的抗冻性和稳定性,大大提升了材料的保温性能。

消烟剂为锡酸锌、氧化钼、氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝中的一种或多种;
促进剂为二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆中的一种或多种;
一种深冷橡塑保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取上述质量份数的物料,将上述称量好的物料放入密炼室进行密炼,密炼至110℃出料,低温出胶,得一号胶;
S2、将上述一号胶倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度7mm,胶片宽度900mm,胶片长度4000mm,冷却待用,得一号胶片;
S3、将上述一号胶片投入开炼机,压热包辊后依次加入按重量份数称取促进剂,搅拌均匀后投胶料到自动翻料擘、开计时器、自动翻料300秒开始下料、胶条厚度7mm,胶条宽度1500mm,胶条长度不切段,得二号胶条;
S4、采用多螺杆挤出机,将二号胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段30℃、挤出段30℃、塑化段30℃、螺杆段25℃,启动挤出机,调置转速为25转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口,进过多层磨具挤出成型,得成型料;
S5、挤出胶料后在压延前端,增加了JRT自动撒粉机静电喷粉装置,在上述成型料的表面吹气凝胶,最后进过压延成型;

促进剂为二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆中的一种或多种;

促进剂为二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆中的一种或多种;

S4、采用多螺杆挤出机,将二号胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段35℃、挤出段35℃、塑化段35℃、螺杆段30℃,启动挤出机,调置转速为35转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口,进过多层磨具挤出成型,得成型料;
S5、挤出胶料后在压延前端,增加了JRT自动撒粉机静电喷粉装置,在上述成型料的表面吹气凝胶,最后进过压延成型;
S6、将上述成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道的烘箱发泡出橡胶管(板);多节烘道为七节,各节烘道温度为:一节125℃,二节135℃,三节145℃,四节155℃,五节165℃,六节165℃,七节175℃,得橡塑管;

S2、将上述一号胶倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度7-8mm,胶片宽度900-1000mm,胶片长度4000-5000mm,冷却待用,得一号胶片;
S3、将上述一号胶片投入开炼机,压热包辊后依次加入按重量份数称取促进剂,搅拌均匀后投胶料到自动翻料擘、开计时器、自动翻料300秒开始下料、胶条厚度7-8mm,胶条宽度150-200mm,胶条长度不切段,得二号胶条;
S4、采用多螺杆挤出机,将二号胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段30-35℃、挤出段30-35℃、塑化段30-35℃、螺杆段25-30℃,启动挤出机,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口,进过多层磨具挤出成型,得成型料;
S5、挤出胶料后在压延前端,增加了JRT自动撒粉机静电喷粉装置,在上述成型料的表面吹气凝胶,最后进过压延成型;
S6、将上述成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道的烘箱发泡出橡胶管(板);多节烘道为七节,各节烘道温度为:一节120-125℃,二节125-135℃,三节135-145℃,四节145-155℃,五节155-165℃,六节165℃,七节175℃,得橡塑管;
S7、将上述橡塑管用引料棒将其引入水槽冷却5-10分钟后经传递带送至切台;
S8、调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切,包装,放至存放区。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种深冷橡塑保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中物料在密炼时内,密炼至110-125℃出料。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种深冷橡塑保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中的挤出机的转速为25-35转/分。
