The slag water circulation grading sedimentation treatment device of the household garbage incinerator is characterized by comprising a primary sedimentation tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a tertiary sedimentation tank and a clean water tank, wherein one side of the primary sedimentation tank is communicated with the secondary sedimentation tank, one side of the secondary sedimentation tank, which is far away from the primary sedimentation tank, is communicated with the tertiary sedimentation tank, one side of the tertiary sedimentation tank, which is far away from the secondary sedimentation tank, is communicated with the clean water tank, a water inlet pipe for penetrating the primary sedimentation tank is arranged at the top end of the primary sedimentation tank and one side of the secondary sedimentation tank, which is far away from the secondary sedimentation tank, a water outlet pipe for penetrating the clean water tank is arranged at the top end of the clean water tank, the bottom ends of the primary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank and the tertiary sedimentation tank are connected with slag boxes, the back bottom ends of the primary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank and the tertiary sedimentation tank are, one side of the top of the conveying box, which is far away from the first-level sedimentation tank, the second-level sedimentation tank and the third-level sedimentation tank, is provided with a slag outlet.

The apparatus for circulating, classifying, precipitating and treating the slag water of the household garbage incinerator according to claim 1, wherein the primary, secondary and tertiary precipitating tanks have the same structure, three precipitating tanks are all of right-angle trapezoidal structure with right-angle sides at the top and open bottom, and the primary, secondary and tertiary precipitating tanks are connected with each other and the installation height is decreased progressively.

The apparatus for circulating, classifying, and precipitating slag water of a garbage incinerator according to claim 2, wherein a first filter screen is provided between the first-stage sedimentation tank and the second-stage sedimentation tank, a second filter screen is provided between the second-stage sedimentation tank and the third-stage sedimentation tank, a third filter screen is provided between the third-stage sedimentation tank and the clean water tank, and the inner diameters of the filter holes of the first filter screen, the second filter screen, and the third filter screen are gradually reduced.

The apparatus for circulating, classifying and settling the slag water of a garbage incinerator as claimed in claim 3, wherein the slag box is an inverted triangle structure with an open top end, and the bottom end of the transfer box is connected to the top end of the slag box and keeps the inner space intercommunicated, and the bottom surface of the slag box is gradually inclined downward toward the bottom of the transfer box.

The apparatus for circulating, classifying, settling and treating slag and water of a garbage incinerator according to claim 4, wherein said conveying box is inclined, and the angles between said conveying box and said primary settling tank, said secondary settling tank and said tertiary settling tank are acute angles.

The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the screw conveyor comprises a shaft, the bottom end of the shaft is movably connected to the bottom end of the slag box, the top end of the shaft extends through the top of the conveying box and is connected to the motor box and the motor, the outer circumference of the shaft is surrounded by helical blades, and the inlet end of the slag outlet of each screw conveyor is higher than the inner liquid level of each settling tank.
7. The apparatus for treating refuse incinerator slag water circulation grading precipitation as claimed in claim 6, wherein said helical blades are provided on their surfaces with a plurality of water permeable holes uniformly arranged therethrough.

The apparatus for circulating, grading, precipitating and treating water of slag of a household garbage incinerator according to claim 7, wherein the side of the water inlet pipe is connected with a bypass pipe, the middle of the bypass pipe is connected with a flow sensor, the top of the tertiary sedimentation tank is provided with a precipitant feeding pipe, the top end of the precipitant feeding pipe is communicated with a reagent tank, the middle of the precipitant feeding pipe is connected with an electric valve which is electrically connected with the flow sensor, the internal circulation opening of the electric valve increases the water flow and the opening of the electric valve increases according to the value of the current converted from the water flow detected by the flow sensor; the top of the slag box at the bottom of the third-level sedimentation tank is provided with a filtering grid plate for filtering the slag flying ash and the precipitant combination, and the lower part of the third-level sedimentation tank is provided with a pumping pipeline structure for pumping the slag flying ash and the precipitant combination outwards.
9. The control method using the slag water circulation grading precipitation treatment device of the household garbage incinerator according to claim 8 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: sewage generated by cleaning incineration slag enters the primary sedimentation tank through the water inlet pipe, silt particles mixed in the sewage are subjected to primary gravity sedimentation in the primary sedimentation tank and fall into a slag box at the lower part of the primary sedimentation tank, and the sewage sequentially passes through the primary filter screen, the secondary filter screen and the tertiary filter screen, so that the silt or particles with different particle sizes are filtered by the filter screens and fall into the slag boxes in the corresponding sedimentation tanks;
step S2; filtered slag and silt fall into the slag box, filtered particles in the slag box are transferred to the bottom of the auger transmission mechanism through the inclined inner bottom surface of the slag box, the auger transmission mechanism is driven to work by opening the motor, and the spiral blade drives the slag to continuously move upwards and discharge outwards through the slag outlet;
step S3: after sewage passes through the water inlet pipe, part of water continues to flow downwards along the water inlet pipe, the other part of water flows into the primary sedimentation tank through a flow sensor inside the bypass pipe, the flow sensor detects different flow values of the water and provides different current values for the electric valve, the electric valve adaptively adjusts the opening of the electric valve according to different transmission current values, a medicament inside the medicament tank enters the tertiary sedimentation tank through a precipitator dosing pipe, the medicament is combined with slag fly ash dissolved in the water and precipitates, a slag fly ash and precipitator combination is precipitated on the top surface of the filter grid plate, and the slag fly ash and precipitator combination is pumped outwards through a pumping pipeline structure.
