Description

一种适用于氢燃料电池的物流车底盘平台及物流车
技术领域
本发明涉及氢能汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于氢燃料电池的物流车底盘平台及物流车。
背景技术
目前物流车主要包括传统燃油物流车和纯电动物流车,随着中国能源战略的调整及环保政策的要求,传统燃油物流车将逐步退出市场,而纯电动物流车存在续航里程短、充电慢等问题,且这些问题暂时无法从根本上解决。
氢气燃烧的产物是水,氢能是世界上最干净的能源,但由于氢瓶组占用空间较大,在传统物流车平台上安装氢瓶受限于空间布置原因,物流车的长续航无法完全体现;另外由于空间布置的原因,在传统平台很难实现物流车开发燃料电池汽车,跟国家倡导的节能减排纲领相违背。
因此需要设计一个全新的物流车底盘架构,来实现氢燃料电池在物流车内的布置及安装。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种适用于氢燃料电池的物流车底盘平台及物流车。
本发明提供一种适用于氢燃料电池的物流车底盘平台,包括车架、电堆总成、氢瓶总成、电机总成、动力电池、超级电容、电机控制器、高压配电盒和DC/DC变换器,所述车架包括车身和底板,所述底板包括底板前部、底板中部和底板后部,所述电堆总成位于底板前部,所述氢瓶总成、电机总成、电机控制器和高压配电盒均位于底板中部,所述动力电池、超级电容和DC/DC变换器均位于底板后部,所述氢瓶总成用以存储氢气,并将氢气输送至电堆总成;所述电堆总成用以进行燃料电池化学反应,并将产生的电能传输至超级电容;所述超级电容存储电堆总成产生的电能,并给动力电池提供电能,所述电机控制器与电机总成电连接。
进一步地,所述车身包括车身横梁,所述底板前部设置有左悬置支架和右悬置支架,所述左悬置支架和右悬置支架分别固定连接在电堆总成的两端,通过左悬置支架和右悬置支架将电堆总成固定连接在车身横梁。
进一步地,所述左悬置支架的下方设置左悬置衬套,所述右悬置支架的下方设置右悬置衬套。
进一步地,所述氢瓶总成包括第一氢瓶、第二氢瓶和第三氢瓶,所述第二氢瓶位于第一氢瓶和第三氢瓶之间,所述第二氢瓶与第一氢瓶、第三氢瓶错开布置使第一氢瓶和第三氢瓶之间形成布置区域,所述电机总成、电机控制器和高压配电盒均设置在该布置区域。
进一步地,所述车身还包括车身下纵梁,所述第一氢瓶、第二氢瓶、第三氢瓶上均设置有紧箍带,在所述紧箍带内***紧固螺栓使其固定在车身下纵梁上。
进一步地,所述底板中部包括底板中部纵梁,所述底板中部设置有电机支架,所述电机总成设置在电机支架上,所述电机支架与底板中部纵梁之间设置电机悬置支架,所述电机悬置支架的一端与电机支架固定连接,所述电机悬置支架的另一端与底板中部纵梁固定连接。
进一步地,所述底板中部设置有控制器支架,所述电机控制器和高压配电盒均设置在控制器支架上,所述控制器支架通过螺栓与底板中部纵梁固定连接,且电机控制器和高压配电盒位于电机总成的上方。
进一步地,所述动力电池和超级电容分别通过螺栓固定连接在底板后部。
进一步地,所述底板后部包括底板后部纵梁,所述DC/DC变换器通过螺栓连接吊挂于底板后部纵梁上。

车架1包括车身11和底板12,车身11包括车身横梁111和车身下纵梁112,底板12包括底板前部121、底板中部122和底板后部123,底板中部122包括底板中部纵梁1221,底板后部123包括底板后部纵梁,电堆总成2位于底板前部121,电堆总成2用以进行燃料电池化学反应,参考图2,底板前部121设置有左悬置支架124和右悬置支架125,左悬置支架124和右悬置支架125分别固定连接在电堆总成2的两端,通过左悬置支架124和右悬置支架125将电堆总成2固定连接在车身横梁111,左悬置支架124的下方设置左悬置衬套1241,右悬置支架125的下方设置右悬置衬套1251,底板前部121连接有前桥总成126,底板后部123连接有后桥总成127。
氢瓶总成3、电机总成4、电机控制器7和高压配电盒8均位于底板中部122,氢瓶总成3用以存储氢气,并将氢气输送至电堆总成2,本实施例中,氢瓶总成3包括第一氢瓶31、第二氢瓶32和第三氢瓶33,第二氢瓶32位于第一氢瓶31和第三氢瓶33之间,第二氢瓶32与第一氢瓶31、第三氢瓶33错开布置使第一氢瓶31和第三氢瓶33之间形成布置区域34,电机总成4、电机控制器7和高压配电盒8均设置在该布置区域34,参考图3,每一个氢瓶上均设置有紧箍带35,在紧箍带35内***紧固螺栓351使氢瓶固定在车身下纵梁112上,通过错开的形式布置氢瓶,有效提升了氢瓶的空间利用率。
参考图4,底板中部122设置有电机支架1222和控制器支架,电机总成4设置在电机支架1222上,电机支架1222与底板中部纵梁1221之间设置电机悬置支架1223,电机悬置支架1223的一端与电机支架1222固定连接,电机悬置支架1223的另一端与底板中部纵梁1221固定连接,通过电机悬置支架1223将电机总成4固定在底板中部纵梁1221上,电机控制器7和高压配电盒8设置在控制器支架上,控制器支架通过螺栓与底板中部纵梁1221固定连接,且电机控制器7和高压配电盒8位于电机总成4的上方。
动力电池5、超级电容6和DC/DC变换器9均位于底板后部123,超级电容6用于存储电能并进行瞬时的大能量的充放电,动力电池5和超级电容6分别通过螺栓固定连接在底板后部123,DC/DC变换器9通过螺栓连接吊挂于底板后部纵梁上,动力电池5布置在超级电容6和高压配电盒8之间,有效减少了高压线的走向长度,极大的降低了***的开发成本;将超级电容6布置在底板后部123,较好的解决了整车质量合理分配的问题,同时又加大了通风面积,对超级电容6散热的问题起到良好的作用。
