The mechanical structure mode is firm and reliable in occlusion and effectively strengthens the adhesive force, and the two act together, so that the problem that similar products are easy to fall off in the industry is solved thoroughly. Particularly, when the adhesive is used for bonding the external wall heat-insulating surface with soft foundation, the excellent quality is more obvious.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production of building flexible decorative materials, and particularly relates to a snap-in sandwich type flexible decorative sheet and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The existing flexible decorative sheet mainly comprises flexible decorative bricks, flexible stone-like decorative materials for buildings and modified non-polar powder composite building facing sheets. The sticking surface of these products is a plane or a slightly rough plane, and the products are stuck to the wall surface by the adhesive property of the adhesive during construction. Even if the initial bonding strength meets the requirement, the bonding surface and the adhesive are easy to separate along with the repeated action of temperature difference stress, dry and wet stress, self weight and wind load.
Compared with the embedded wall and floor tile, the manufacturing method and the equipment thereof, the embedded wall and floor tile has the advantages of light weight, exquisite decorative effect, good stain resistance and the like.

4. A bite-block sandwich flexible decorative sheet as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: 10-40 parts of one or more of polyacrylamide, calcium polyacrylate and magnesium polyacrylate; the polymer emulsion is thermoplastic polyacrylate emulsion or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion or polyvinyl acetate emulsion or polyvinyl propionate emulsion or vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride copolymer emulsion or styrene-acrylic emulsion, or is 10-40 parts of thermosetting epoxy resin emulsion; the resin is 10-40 parts of vinyl resin or methacrylate resin or epoxy resin; the fiber is 5-20 parts of glass fiber gridding cloth or glass fiber with the length of 2-16 mm, basalt fiber, vinylon fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber or fiber mat.
5. A method of making a bite-block sandwich flexible decorative sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
(1) uniformly mixing and stirring the materials used for the decorative surface (4), adding the materials into a mould (6), and uniformly distributing the materials on the bottom surface of the mould;
(2) uniformly mixing and stirring the materials used for the light layer (5), uniformly paving the materials on the surface of the material used for the decorative surface (4) in a mould, and paving the glass fiber mesh cloth (9) on the surface of the materials to form the light layer (5);
(3) uniformly mixing and stirring the materials used by the back surface (3) and the biting fastener (2), uniformly laying the materials on the surface of the glass fiber mesh cloth (9), fully connecting and fusing the materials used by the back surface (3) and the biting fastener (2) with the materials used by the light layer (5) into a whole, and fully bonding and wrapping the glass fiber mesh cloth (9);
(4) rolling and forming preformed snap-in ribs (7) on the back surface (3) and the surface of the material used by the snap-in elements (2) through a roller (10);
(5) through the snap-in molding piece (8), the preformed snap-in rib (7) is gradually squeezed and scraped towards the side and downwards, so that the upper part or the top to the bottom of the snap-in rib (7) expands or bends 1 mm-10 mm towards the two sides or one side, and a dovetail snap-in piece (2-1) is formed.
(6) And (3) demoulding the materials after the materials reach the demoulding strength through heating or irradiation or standing maintenance, thus finishing the manufacture of the snap-in sandwich type flexible decorative sheet.
