本发明涉及一种卷姿外观良好的光学级聚酯薄膜,包括芯层、第一皮层、第二皮层、第一涂层、第二涂层、小粒径粒子和中等粒径粒子,第一皮层设置在芯层的上端,第二皮层设置在芯层的下端,第一涂层设置在第一皮层的上端,第二涂层设置在第二皮层的下端,小粒径粒子设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部,中等粒径粒子同样设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部。本发明结构简单,相较现有技术,其结构更能经受经时变化以及外力影响可减少因质量需要而对设备维护的频次,以及因不符合产品要求而产生的不良降等,以此提高产能及质量,在制作效率上也有了相应的提高,同时也可缓解因涂层原因产生的物理性质的粘黏情况,有效的提高了光学级聚酯薄膜的经济价值,提升了企业的生产降级效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于聚酯薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种卷姿外观良好的光学级聚酯薄膜。
背景技术
目前市场上光学级聚脂薄膜在制造时通常分为两种:第一种因受到雾度要求的限制,通常为保证低雾度高透光的性能,只依靠涂层结构以保证其下游端使用时的附着性,以及维持自身卷收姿态,此类光学级薄膜多用于硬化保护、增光等高端用途。此类工艺制造的薄膜存在卷姿外观极易出现因表面粗糙低下带来的紧卷现象,从而产生皱褶影响膜面平整性。同时,该类工艺制作的光学级薄膜表面极易出现难以遮盖并影响正常使用的划伤,从而降低生产良率;另一种制造方式的光学级聚脂薄膜,依靠向其内部添加的开口剂(母粒)来增大整体膜面的粗糙度,以构建膜层间的空间,从而在制作时规避划伤以及紧卷的情况。但此类光学级聚脂薄膜因开口剂的添加,雾度上升较高,很难满足高端用途,只可用于低端光学应用(如高雾度扩散板),其经济价值相对较低,降低了企业的生产经济效益,不利于企业长久的发展。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种卷姿外观良好的光学级聚酯薄膜。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种卷姿外观良好的光学级聚酯薄膜,包括芯层、第一皮层、第二皮层、第一涂层、第二涂层、小粒径粒子和中等粒径粒子,所述第一皮层设置在芯层的上端,所述第二皮层设置在芯层的下端,所述第一涂层设置在第一皮层的上端,所述第二涂层设置在第二皮层的下端,所述小粒径粒子设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部,所述中等粒径粒子同样设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,相较现有技术,其结构更能经受经时变化以及外力影响可减少因质量需要而对设备维护的频次,以及因不符合产品要求而产生的不良降等,以此提高产能及质量,在制作效率上也有了相应的提高,同时也可缓解因涂层原因产生的物理性质的粘黏情况,有效的提高了光学级聚酯薄膜的经济价值,提升了企业的生产降级效益。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,一种卷姿外观良好的光学级聚酯薄膜,包括芯层、第一皮层、第二皮层、第一涂层、第二涂层、小粒径粒子和中等粒径粒子,所述第一皮层设置在芯层的上端,所述第二皮层设置在芯层的下端,所述第一涂层设置在第一皮层的上端,所述第二涂层设置在第二皮层的下端,所述小粒径粒子设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部,所述中等粒径粒子同样设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部。
具体生产操作步骤:
1.使用复合化三层模头进行铸片工艺;
2.向皮层辅挤出机添加3%中等粒径母粒切片、30%小粒径母粒切片、67%超有光切片;
3.向芯层主挤出机添加100%超有光切片;
4.铸片纵向拉伸3倍;
5.预涂涂层;
6.过烘箱横向拉伸3倍;
7.收卷。

1.一种卷姿外观良好的光学级聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:包括芯层、第一皮层、第二皮层、第一涂层、第二涂层、小粒径粒子和中等粒径粒子,所述第一皮层设置在芯层的上端,所述第二皮层设置在芯层的下端,所述第一涂层设置在第一皮层的上端,所述第二涂层设置在第二皮层的下端,所述小粒径粒子设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部,所述中等粒径粒子同样设置在第一皮层和第二皮层内部。
