In this embodiment, the assembly members 10 are formed by processing plastic material through a plastic molding process, and the plurality of assembly members 10 can be assembled into a plastic molded component through fitting. Among them, plastic molding is a process of making plastic in various forms (powder, pellet, solution and dispersion) into a product or blank in a desired shape by extrusion, injection molding, calendering, blow molding, thermoforming, and the like.
Because the shrinkage rate of the plastic product is generally larger, the plastic product is easy to have design errors, and a larger assembly gap is easy to cause in the assembly process. For example, two assemblies made with the same mold do not have uniform dimensions upon cooling, resulting in assembly gaps. For another example, although the two assemblies have the same size, the two assemblies are misaligned during the assembly process, which may also result in assembly gaps.
In this embodiment, the first clamping member 201 is provided with a through hole, and the diameter of the through hole is smaller than the diameter of the head of the stretching member 203 but larger than the diameter of the screw of the stretching member 203, so that the screw can freely rotate in the through hole when the stretching member 203 is screwed; the screw of the stretching member 203 is threaded into the second clamping member 202 after passing through the through hole.
The axial direction of the stretching member 203 is kept in line with the stretching direction of the assembly 10. For example, if the lengths of two assemblies 10 manufactured by the same mold after cooling are not the same and an assembly having a shorter length needs to be stretched, the longitudinal direction of the assembly is the stretching direction. In the process of screwing the stretching piece 203, the distance between the first clamping piece 201 and the second clamping piece 202 can be gradually reduced, so that shorter assembly pieces in the assembly piece 10 can be stretched to reduce the size error between the assembly pieces or correct the dislocation between the adjacent assembly pieces, the assembly gap of the plastic molding part is reduced, and the attractiveness is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first clamping member 201 has a hollow column structure, the outer diameter of the second clamping member 202 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first clamping member 201, the second clamping member 202 is sleeved in the first clamping member 201, and the stretching member 203 penetrates through the first clamping member and is in threaded connection with the connection hole 204 disposed on the second clamping member 202.
In this embodiment, since the outer diameter of the second clamping member 202 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first clamping member 201, the second clamping member 202 can move in the first clamping member 201 during screwing of the drawing member 203; furthermore, the first clamping member 201 can limit the movement of the second clamping member 202 within the hollow column structure, acting as an orientation to the stretching direction of the stretching member 203.
In some embodiments, the top and/or bottom of adjacent assemblies 10 are each matably provided with a stretch assembly 20. For example, due to the design requirement of the plastic molding part, the top portions of the adjacent assembly members 10 are clamped together, and the bottom stretching members 20 correspondingly disposed on the adjacent assembly members 10 can stretch. For another example, if the top and bottom of adjacent assemblies 10 are each provided with a matching stretching assembly 20, the adjacent assemblies 10 can be pulled by the stretching assemblies 20 together to reduce the dimensional error between the assemblies 10 or correct the misalignment between the adjacent assemblies 10.
In some embodiments, a stretching plate is disposed on the top and/or bottom of one of the adjacent assemblies, the first clamping member 201 is disposed on the stretching plate, and the second clamping member 202 is correspondingly disposed on the other of the adjacent assemblies.
