The intelligent dust removal device for the building equipment is characterized by comprising a longitudinal fixing frame (1), a front side protection plate (2), a bottom storage frame structure (3), a fixing frame (4), a controller (5), an operating button (6), a dust removal protection frame structure (7), an L-shaped plate (8), a through hole (9), a fan frame (10), a longitudinal installation rod (11), an exhaust fan (12), a net bucket (13), a storage bucket (14), an adjustable sliding frame structure (15) and an adjustable cleaning frame structure (16), wherein the front side protection plate (2) is mounted on the lower portion of the front side of the longitudinal fixing frame (1) through bolts; the bottom storage rack structure (3) is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the longitudinal fixing rack (1); the fixing frame (4) is mounted at the middle upper part of the front side guard plate (2) through bolts; the controller (5) is embedded in the upper part of the inner side of the fixed frame (4); the control button (6) is embedded in the front part of the front side of the fixed frame (4); the dust removal protection frame structure (7) is arranged on the upper part of the left side of the longitudinal fixing frame (1); the L-shaped plate (8) is arranged in the middle of the left side of the longitudinal fixing frame (1) through a bolt; the fan frame (10) is embedded in the middle of the longitudinal fixing frame (1); the longitudinal mounting rods (11) are mounted on the left side and the right side of the interior of the fan frame (10) through bolts; the storage hopper (14) is arranged at the lower part of the net hopper (13); the adjustable sliding frame structure (15) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the longitudinal fixed frame (1); the adjustable cleaning frame structure (16) is arranged on the left side of the lower part of the adjustable sliding frame structure (15); the bottom storage rack structure (3) comprises a transverse bottom plate (31), a bottom U-shaped sliding rail (32), a bottom sliding block (33), a bottom base plate (34), a side fixing plate (35), a fixing inserted bar (36) and a fixing insertion hole (37), wherein the transverse bottom plate (31) is welded at the lower part of the right side of the longitudinal fixing rack (1); the bottom U-shaped sliding rails (32) are embedded in the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the transverse bottom plate (31); the bottom cushion plate (34) is mounted on the upper side of the bottom sliding block (33) through bolts; the fixed inserted bar (36) is welded at the middle upper part of the front side of the non-side fixed plate (35).

The intelligent dust removing device for the construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable cleaning frame structure (16) comprises a telescopic cylinder (161), a rotating motor (162), a mounting seat (163), a cleaning roller (164), a driven wheel (165), a driving wheel (166) and a transmission belt (167), wherein the rotating motor (162) is mounted at the lower part of the telescopic cylinder (161) through bolts; the mounting seat (163) is mounted at the lower part of the rotating motor (162) through bolts; the cleaning roller (164) is axially connected to the lower part of the inner side of the mounting seat (163); the driven wheel (165) is arranged on the front side of the mounting seat (163) and is connected with the middle position of the front end of the cleaning roller (164) through a bolt; the driving wheel (166) is connected to the front output shaft of the rotating motor (162) in a key mode; the driving belt (167) is sleeved on the outer sides of the driving wheel (166) and the driven wheel (165).

The intelligent dust removing device for the construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dust removing protective frame structure (7) comprises a water storage tank (71), a water injection pipe (72), a water suction pump (73), a delivery pipe (74), a transverse pipe (75), an electromagnetic valve (76) and an atomizing spray head (77), wherein the water storage tank (71) is mounted on the upper left side of the longitudinal fixing frame (1) through bolts; the water injection pipe (72) is inserted at the upper part of the left side of the water storage tank (71); the water suction pump (73) is hidden at the middle lower part of the front side of the water storage tank (71) through bolts and is communicated with the water storage tank (71) at a water inlet; the delivery pipe (74) is in threaded connection with a water outlet at the lower part of the water suction pump (73); the transverse pipe (75) is glued on the top of the L-shaped plate (8) and is communicated with the delivery pipe (74) when in use; the thread of the solenoid valve (76) is arranged in the middle of the delivery pipe (74).

The intelligent dust removal device for construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable sliding frame structure (15) comprises a top fixing frame (151), a top U-shaped sliding rail (152), a top sliding block (153), a driving motor (154), a connecting frame (155), an internal threaded pipe (156), a ball bearing (157) and a threaded rod (158), the top fixing frame (151) is welded on the upper part of the longitudinal fixing frame (1); the top U-shaped sliding rail (152) is arranged at the middle lower part of the top fixing frame (151) through bolts; the top sliding block (153) is clamped on the inner side of the top U-shaped sliding rail (152) in a sliding manner; the driving motor (154) is arranged on the upper part of the longitudinal fixing frame (1) through a bolt; the connecting frame (155) is arranged at the lower part of the top sliding block (153) through bolts; the left end of the threaded rod (158) is connected with an output shaft coupling of the driving motor (154).
5. The intelligent dusting device for construction equipment according to claim 1, whereby the suction fan (12) is arranged inside the fan frame (10) and bolted to the longitudinal mounting bar (11).
6. The intelligent dust removing device for construction equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein the internally threaded tube (156) is embedded in the lower part of the inner side of the connection frame (155) and is threaded on the outer side of the threaded rod (158).
7. The intelligent dust removing device for construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the net bucket (13) is arranged at the lower part of the L-shaped plate (8) and is installed at the left side of the longitudinal fixing frame (1) by bolts.
8. The intelligent dust removing device for the construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of the fixed insertion holes (37) are provided, and the fixed insertion holes (37) are sequentially formed in the front side of the transverse bottom plate (31) from left to right.
9. The intelligent dust removing device for the construction equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein the ball bearing (157) is welded at the lower right side of the top fixing frame (151) and the inner ring is sleeved outside the threaded rod (158).
10. The intelligent dust removing device for the construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left and right sides of the fan frame (10) are further provided with stainless steel nets by screws.
