An included angle between the central axis G74 of the second plug end and the central axis G73 of the second plug end is 45 degrees, the central axis G74 of the second plug end overlaps the central axis G72 of the first plug end, and the second rotary tube 74 rotates around the central axis G73 of the second plug end.

The third interface end 79 is an internal union fitting, although the type of fitting may be a quick-connect fitting, an external screw-threaded end fitting, an internal screw-threaded end fitting, a ferrule-type fitting, a snap-fit type fitting, or a self-fastening type fitting, etc., it being understood that the third connecting tube member 77 includes at least one third interface end 79 for connecting to at least one infusion line.
It should be noted that other embodiments of the second plug end and the third mating end may be components and connection relationships as those of the first plug end and the second mating end in fig. 1 to 6, and please refer to fig. 1 to 6 for a detailed description, for example, the third mating end further includes a third inner tube core, and the second plug end includes a second raised ring, wherein the third inner tube core is inserted into the tube of the second plug end, so as to better increase the tightness of the contact between the second raised ring and the inner wall surface of the third mating end, and simultaneously increase the rotational friction force and the stability of the second plug end and the third mating end.
As shown in fig. 8, the third connecting pipe member 87 further includes a third clamping portion 881, an external screw thread portion 891, and a third movable clamping portion 892, wherein the third movable clamping portion 892 is screwed from the third connecting pipe end 89, the third movable clamping portion 892 is screwed with the external screw thread portion 891 to adjust a distance between the third movable clamping portion 892 and the third clamping portion 881 to fit fixing holes of the fixing mount 800 having different thicknesses to fixedly mount the universal head assembly, and the third clamping portion 881 is located at a pipe opening of the third connecting pipe end 88 to minimize a portion of the universal head assembly exposed from an outer surface 811 of the fixing mount, thereby reducing an influence of the universal head assembly on an appearance of a product.
As shown in fig. 9, when the outer shape of the third spigot 99 is larger than the diameter of the fixing hole of the fixed mounting portion 900, for example, when there are two or more third spigot 99, the third movable clamping portion 992 is screwed in from the third spigot 98, the third connecting pipe member 97 further includes at least one washer member 993, the washer member 993 is used to indirectly increase the thickness of the fixed mounting portion 900, in order to make the external thread portion 991 of the third connecting pipe member 97 expose the outer surface 911 of the fixed mounting portion as little as possible, the at least one washer member 993 is used to make up for the deficiency of the thickness of the fixed mounting portion 900, so that the effective clamping distance between the third clamping portion 981 and the third movable clamping portion 992 is maximized, thereby minimizing the portion 911 of the universal head assembly exposing the outer surface of the fixed mounting portion, and reducing the influence of the universal head assembly on the appearance of the product.
Further, since the first plug end and the second plug end are mutually connected in a matching manner, the first plug end and the second plug end can be replaced with each other, that is, the first plug end can be replaced with the second plug end and disposed on the second rotating pipe, and the second plug end can be replaced with the first plug end and disposed on the first rotating pipe, as shown in fig. 10, the first rotating pipe 1001 includes a second plug end 1005 and a nozzle mounting end 1003, and the second rotating pipe 1004 includes a first plug end 1002 and a second plug end 1006;
the first plug end 1002 comprises a first clamping portion 1023 and a first sealing portion 1026, the second plug end 1005 comprises a second clamping matching portion 1053, and the second clamping matching portion 1053 and the first clamping portion 1023 are mutually matched and abutted to prevent the first rotating pipe member 1001 and the second rotating pipe member 1004 from being loosened under the action of liquid pressure; the first sealing portion 1026 includes a first sealing ring receiving groove 1024 and a first sealing ring 1025, and the first sealing ring 1025 is received in the first sealing ring receiving groove 1024 and is in close contact with an inner wall surface of the second plug end 1005, so that the first plug end 1002 is hermetically connected to the second plug end 1005; it should be noted that, because the first plug end and the second plug end of the universal nozzle assembly of the embodiment of the present invention can be replaced with each other, and the elements and the connection relationships of the first plug end and the second plug end in the embodiment in which some first plug end and some second plug end are replaced with each other and the detailed description refer to fig. 1 to 6, which are not repeated herein.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the invention also provides a universal spray head, which comprises a nozzle assembly and the universal spray head assembly in any embodiment, so as to realize universal spraying.
As shown in the perspective view of fig. 11, a universal nozzle assembly provided in an embodiment of the invention includes a nozzle assembly 1110, a first rotating pipe 1101 and a second rotating pipe 1104, and for details of the structure and the connection relationship, reference is made to the detailed description of the above embodiment.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a spraying device, where the spraying device includes the universal nozzle assembly described in any of the above embodiments, so as to implement universal spraying.

Claims (17)

1. A universal showerhead assembly, comprising: a first rotating tube member and a second rotating tube member,
the first rotating tube, comprising: the first plug end comprises a first clamping portion and a first sealing portion, an included angle between the central axis of the first plug end and the central axis of the nozzle mounting end is 20-45 degrees, and the first rotating pipe fitting rotates by taking the central axis of the first plug end as an axis;
the second rotating tube, comprising: the second plug end comprises a second plug end body, the second plug end body comprises a second clamping matching portion, the second clamping matching portion is matched with the first clamping portion in an abutting mode to prevent the first rotating pipe fitting and the second rotating pipe fitting from loosening under the action of pressure, the second plug end body comprises a second clamping portion, the included angle between the central axis of the second plug end body and the central axis of the second plug end body is 20-45 degrees, and the second rotating pipe fitting rotates by taking the central axis of the second plug end body as an axis.
2. The universal nozzle assembly of claim 1, wherein the first snap fit portion comprises a first boss and a first snap fit groove, and the second snap fit portion comprises a second protrusion and a second recess, wherein the first snap fit groove is in mating connection with the second protrusion, and the first boss is received in the second recess, thereby preventing the first and second rotating pipes from being loosened under pressure.
3. The universal nozzle tip assembly of claim 2, wherein: the first boss comprises at least one first opening groove, wherein the first opening groove is used for shrinking the diameter of the first boss under the action of the extrusion force.
4. The universal nozzle assembly of claim 1, wherein the first sealing portion comprises at least a first sealing ring and a first sealing ring receiving groove, the first sealing ring is disposed in the first sealing ring receiving groove, and the first sealing ring is in close contact with an inner wall surface of the second mating end, such that the first plug end is sealingly connected to the second mating end;
or the first sealing part at least comprises a first bulge ring, wherein the first bulge ring and the first plug end are integrated, and the first bulge ring is tightly contacted with the inner wall surface of the second plug end, so that the first plug end is hermetically connected with the second plug end.

The universal nozzle assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first plug end and said second plug end are replaceable by each other, namely said first plug end can be replaced by said second plug end and disposed on said second rotating pipe member and said second plug end can be replaced by said first plug end disposed on said first rotating pipe member.
6. The universal nozzle tip assembly of claim 1 wherein said second plug end is elongated cylindrical and said second snap-in portion is an annular groove.
7. The universal nozzle assembly of claim 1, wherein said second snap-in portion comprises a second boss and a second snap-in groove.
8. The universal nozzle tip assembly of claim 7, wherein: the second boss comprises at least one second opening groove, wherein the second opening groove is used for shrinking the diameter of the second boss under the action of the extrusion force.
9. The universal nozzle assembly of claim 1, further comprising a third connecting tube, the third connecting tube comprising a third insertion end and a third connector end, wherein the third insertion end comprises a third snap-fit portion, the third snap-fit portion is in abutting engagement with the second snap-fit portion to prevent the second rotating tube and the third connecting tube from being released under pressure, and the third connecting tube comprises at least one third connector end for connecting to at least one infusion line.
10. The universal nozzle assembly according to claim 6 or 9, wherein the third plugging end is a quick-plugging connector for quickly plugging and unplugging the second plug end, wherein the third snap-fit portion is a snap spring or a snap strip, the snap spring or the snap strip is snapped into the annular groove of the second snap portion, and the snap spring or the snap strip and the annular groove abut against each other.
11. The universal nozzle assembly according to claim 1 or 9, wherein the second plug end further comprises a second sealing portion, wherein the second sealing portion comprises at least one second sealing ring and a second sealing ring receiving groove, the second sealing ring is disposed in the second sealing ring receiving groove, and the second sealing ring is in close contact with an inner wall surface of the third mating end, so that the second plug end is sealingly connected to the third mating end;
or the second sealing part at least comprises a second bulge ring, wherein the second bulge ring and the second plug end are integrated, and the second bulge ring is tightly contacted with the inner wall surface of the third plug end, so that the second plug end is hermetically connected with the third plug end.
12. The universal nozzle assembly according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the third connecting pipe further comprises a third clamping portion, an external threaded portion and a third movable clamping portion, wherein the third movable clamping portion is screwed with the external threaded portion to adjust a distance between the third movable clamping portion and the third clamping portion to accommodate installation of fixing holes of different thicknesses.
13. The universal nozzle tip assembly of claim 12 wherein said third connecting tube member further comprises at least one washer member for indirectly increasing the thickness of the securing hole.
14. The universal spray head assembly of claim 1, wherein said first plug end central axis is preferably angled at 45 ° to said nozzle mounting end central axis, and said second plug end central axis is preferably angled at 45 ° to said second plug end central axis.
15. The universal nozzle assembly of any of claims 1 to 14, wherein said second mating end further comprises a second inner tubular core, and/or said third mating end further comprises a third inner tubular core, wherein said second inner tubular core is inserted into said first male end conduit, and said third inner tubular core is inserted into said second male end conduit, to better increase the tightness of contact between said first and/or second raised ring and said second and/or third mating end inner wall surface, and to increase the rotational friction and stability of the male and mating ends.
16. A universal spray head comprising a nozzle assembly, wherein the universal spray head further comprises a universal spray head assembly according to any of claims 1 to 15.
17. A spray assembly comprising the universal nozzle assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 15.
