Step seven, shaping and polishing: after the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 are fixed, the solidified composite resin 2 is shaped and polished, so that the side surface of the composite resin 2, which is far away from the periodontal fiber splint 1, is flush with the side surface of the artificial teeth 3, which is close to the tongue, and the prosthetic teeth after shaping and polishing are finished after the patient tries to finish the repair of the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 after the confirmation of no problem.
The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the first step is to screen out the compound resin 2 with the color closest to the color of the artificial tooth 3-1 with problems, so as to prevent the color difference from being too large and influence the beautiful appearance of the prosthetic tooth after the repair; the second step is to obtain the retention of the periodontal splint 1 and the composite resin 2, wherein the composite resin 2 does not protrude to the side surface close to the tongue, thereby preventing foreign body sensation and maintaining the aesthetic degree of the denture; the third step is to prevent the chips and the like of the artificial teeth 3 from affecting the solidification and molding of the composite resin 2; the fourth step is to further clean the retention type, and the periodontal fiber splint 1 is adhered to the artificial tooth 3 after the adhesive is smeared; the fifth step is to bond and fix the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 and the artificial teeth 3-2 without problems on both sides thereof with the retention type after connecting, so as to increase the connection strength, and the length of the periodontal fiber splint 1 is determined according to the total length of the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 and the artificial teeth 3-2 without problems on both sides thereof, thereby saving materials and reducing the hospitalizing cost of patients; the purpose of the step six is that the ultraviolet lamp irradiates the composite resin 2 to accelerate the solidification thereof, thereby leading the periodontal fiber splint 1 and the solidified composite resin 2 to firmly fix the artificial teeth 3-1 with problems and the artificial teeth 3-2 with no problems at both sides; the seventh step is to repair and polish the side surface of the composite resin 2, which is close to the lips or the side surface of the tongue, so as to prevent the composite resin 2 from rubbing the tongue and ensure the comfort and the aesthetic degree of the denture after the patient uses the denture;
in addition, another technical scheme in the denture repairing structure can be realized by using the denture repairing method.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are that: through the design of the structure, the periodontal fiber splint 1 and the composite resin 2 firmly fix the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 and the artificial teeth 3-2 without problems on the two sides of the periodontal fiber splint, quickly complete the repair of the false teeth, shorten the maintenance period and ensure the normal use of the false teeth of patients; the composite resin 2 can not scratch the lips or the tongue, so that the repaired denture is free of foreign body sensation, more comfortable and attractive in appearance, and the appearance is basically consistent with that of an unrepaired denture.
In one embodiment, the number of problematic artificial teeth 3-1 is not more than five, and the dropped artificial teeth 3 or damaged artificial teeth 3 cannot be continuously dropped or damaged, and the dropped artificial teeth 3 and the damaged artificial teeth 3 are not adjacent.
The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 include loose artificial teeth 3, dropped artificial teeth 3, damaged artificial teeth 3, and when the number of the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 exceeds five, the periodontal fiber splint 1 and the solidified composite resin 2 cannot effectively fix the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 with the non-problematic artificial teeth 3-2; when the number of the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 is not more than five, the dropped artificial teeth 3 are continuously dropped, or the damaged artificial teeth 3 are continuously damaged, or when the dropped artificial teeth 3 are adjacent to the damaged artificial teeth 3, the periodontal fiber splint 1 and the solidified composite resin 2 cannot effectively fix the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 with the non-problematic artificial teeth 3-2; the damaged artificial tooth 3 is required to be pulled out from the base, and a doctor finds the replaced artificial tooth 3 to be installed in the base 4, and performs reinforcement treatment according to a denture restoration method of the present invention.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are that: through the design of the structure, the artificial tooth 3-1 which is determined to be problematic in the step 1 is used as a judging standard for repairing by the false tooth repairing method, so that the situation that an ideal effect cannot be achieved after the false tooth is repaired is avoided, and the economic and time losses of a patient are reduced.
In one embodiment, the first step includes a calculating unit for screening out the composite resin 2 suitable for the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 from the plurality of resins to be selected, the calculating unit is disposed above the problematic artificial tooth 3-1, the calculating unit includes a photographing unit and a processing unit, the photographing unit is connected with the processing unit, the photographing unit is used for photographing the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 and transmitting an image to the processing unit to obtain the chromaticity parameters of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1, the processing unit performs automatic calculation of chromaticity difference values between the chromaticity parameters of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 and the chromaticity parameters of the resins to be selected stored therein and compares the chromaticity parameters with each other, and the step of screening out the composite resin 2 suitable for the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 from the plurality of resins to be selected includes the following steps of:
Step A1: calculate the first Mean value/>, of the expected hue angle of each of the candidate resins and the problematic artificial tooth 3-1
Wherein: for/> Hue angle of each of the candidate resins,/>For the hue angle of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1,Is constant;
Step A2: according to the first Mean value/>, of the expected hue angle of each of the candidate resins and the problematic artificial tooth 3-1Calculate rotation function/>First/>The difference in hue between the candidate resin and the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 and the/>Correlation coefficient/>, of each of the candidate resins and the difference in 3-1 chroma of the problematic artificial tooth
Wherein: sin is a sine function of a trigonometric function, exp is a natural constantAn exponential function of the base,/>For/>A cosine function of a cos trigonometric function for each chroma difference value between the resin to be selected and the artificial tooth 3-1 with the problem;
Step A3: according to the rotation function And the correlation coefficient/>Computing the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 and/>The difference value/>, of the chromaticity of the resin to be selected
Wherein: for/> The difference of the brightness between the resin to be selected and the artificial tooth 3-1 with problems,/>For/>A hue difference value between said candidate resin and said problematic artificial tooth 3-1;
step A4: the processing unit screens out the resin to be selected with the smallest chromaticity difference value with the problematic artificial tooth 3-1, namely the composite resin 2 suitable for the problematic artificial tooth 3-1.
The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the image pickup unit in the measuring and calculating unit firstly shoots a plurality of resins to be selected and transmits the images to the processing unit, and the processing unit processes the images to obtain speed parameters of the resins to be selected and numbers the speed parameters; the camera shooting unit shoots the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 and transmits the image to the processing unit, the processing unit processes the image of the problematic artificial tooth to obtain the chromaticity of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1, and the chromaticity of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 and the first color of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 are processed according to the steps A1, A2, A3 and A4The chromaticity of each resin to be selected is calculated to obtain the problematic artificial teeth 3-1 and/>Individual resin colorimetric differences/>The processing unit screens out the resin to be selected with the smallest chromaticity difference with the problematic artificial tooth 3-1, namely the composite resin 2 suitable for the problematic artificial tooth 3-1.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are that: through the design of the structure, the measuring and calculating unit automatically screens out the composite resin 2 suitable for the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 from a plurality of resin candidates, a doctor is not required to colorize the resin candidates and the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 through eyes, the working strength of the doctor is effectively reduced, especially under the condition of more patients, the reducing effect of the working strength of the doctor is more obvious, the phenomenon of inaccurate judgment caused by excessive eyes of the doctor is prevented, the measuring and calculating device can select the closest resin candidate from the plurality of resin candidates which are close to the chromaticity of the problematic artificial tooth 3-1, the measuring and calculating result is more accurate, the composite resin 2 suitable for the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 is screened out, the color of the repaired artificial tooth is more similar to that of the original artificial tooth, and the color difference value between the resin candidate and the problematic artificial tooth 3-1 is automatically calculated through the processing unitThe calculation is quicker, the manual colorimetric time of doctors is reduced, and the hospitalization time of patients is further reduced.
