Abstract
The invention provides an electricity consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a dust collector, which comprises: the switch sub-circuit is provided with a switch component and a first diode, one end of the switch sub-circuit is grounded, the switch sub-circuit is connected with a power transmission sub-circuit, a first resistor and a first capacitor are arranged on the power transmission sub-circuit, one end of the power transmission sub-circuit is connected with the power transmission unit, and the other end of the power transmission sub-circuit is grounded; the capacitor sub-circuit is connected with the switch sub-circuit, and a second capacitor and a second resistor are arranged on the capacitor sub-circuit; and the MOS tube circuit is provided with an MOS tube, the MOS tube circuit is connected with the anode and the cathode of the battery pack, and the capacitor sub-circuit is connected with the MOS tube. The invention also provides a protection method. Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize the effect of zero power consumption of the circuit after the dust collector is shut down and powered off, and save the electric energy of the battery.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dust collectors, in particular to an electricity consumption zero-power-consumption protection circuit of a dust collector and a protection method thereof.
Background
The vacuum cleaner is a cleaning device widely used in advanced human lives and industrial production, and its birth has been developed for over one hundred years now. The working principle of the dust collector is that a motor is used for driving blades to rotate at a high speed, air negative pressure is generated in a sealed shell, and then dust is sucked through an external dust suction pipe.
In some current rechargeable dust collectors, after the power is off, the circuit can continue to consume the electric energy of the battery pack for a period of time, and zero power consumption of the circuit cannot be immediately realized, so that the electric energy of the battery is relatively wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a dust collector and a protection method thereof, which can realize the circuit zero power consumption effect after the dust collector is shut down and powered off and save the electric energy of a battery.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit for a vacuum cleaner, comprising:
the switch sub-circuit is provided with a switch component and a first diode, one end of the switch sub-circuit is grounded, the switch sub-circuit is connected with a power transmission sub-circuit, a first resistor and a first capacitor are arranged on the power transmission sub-circuit, one end of the power transmission sub-circuit is connected with the power transmission unit, and the other end of the power transmission sub-circuit is grounded;
the capacitor sub-circuit is connected with the switch sub-circuit, and a second capacitor and a second resistor are arranged on the capacitor sub-circuit;
and the MOS tube circuit is provided with an MOS tube, the MOS tube circuit is connected with the anode and the cathode of the battery pack, and the capacitor sub-circuit is connected with the MOS tube.
Furthermore, the switch sub-circuit is also connected with a grounding circuit, and a third capacitor is arranged on the grounding circuit.
Furthermore, the capacitor sub-circuit is also connected with an enable signal circuit, and the enable signal circuit is also connected with the singlechip.
Furthermore, the enable signal circuit is electrically connected with the MOS tube circuit through a first connecting circuit and a second connecting circuit which are connected in parallel, the first connecting circuit is provided with a third resistor, and the second connecting circuit is provided with a second diode.
Further, the second diode is a zener diode.
Further, the first diode is a rectifier diode.
Further, the power transmission unit is a battery pack that outputs a current of + 5V.
On the other hand, the invention provides a protection method of a power consumption zero-power-consumption protection circuit of a dust collector, which comprises the following steps:
1) the switch sub-circuit detects whether the dust collector is turned off, after the switch sub-circuit detects that the dust collector is turned off, a switch component of the switch sub-circuit is turned on, the power transmission sub-circuit is triggered, and the power transmission unit inputs +5V current to the capacitor sub-circuit for charging;
2) after the second capacitor is charged, the system automatically turns off the switch component, and the singlechip obtains instant electrification;
3) the single chip enables to open the MOS tube, the MOS tube sends MOS tube signals to the system, and the system controls the battery pack to be closed, so that zero power consumption of the circuit after shutdown and power failure is realized.
The invention provides an electricity consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a dust collector and a protection method thereof, which mainly comprise a switch sub-circuit, a capacitor sub-circuit and an MOS tube circuit; during work, after the power supply is shut down, a switch component of the switch sub-circuit is opened, and the power transmission unit inputs current to the capacitor sub-circuit for charging; after the second capacitor is charged, the single chip microcomputer is instantly electrified, then the single chip microcomputer enables the MOS tube to be opened, and then the battery pack is driven to be closed;
therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention can realize the complete closing of the battery pack after the dust collector is shut down and powered off, and achieves the effect of zero power consumption of the circuit, thereby saving the electric energy of the battery.

The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a zero power consumption protection circuit for a vacuum cleaner according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes: the switch sub-circuit 1 is provided with a switch component 11 and a first diode 12, the first diode 12 can be a rectifier diode, one end of the switch sub-circuit 1 is grounded, the switch sub-circuit 1 is connected with a power transmission sub-circuit 13, the power transmission sub-circuit 13 is provided with a first resistor 14 and a first capacitor 15, one end of the power transmission sub-circuit 13 is connected with a power transmission unit, the other end of the power transmission sub-circuit is grounded, and the power transmission unit can be a battery pack which outputs +5V current; the capacitor sub-circuit 2 is connected with the switch sub-circuit 1, and a second capacitor 21 and a second resistor 22 are arranged on the capacitor sub-circuit 2; and the MOS tube circuit 3 is provided with an MOS tube 31, the MOS tube circuit 3 is connected with the anode and the cathode of the battery pack, and the capacitor sub-circuit 2 is connected with the MOS tube 31.
The working process and principle of the circuit comprise the following steps:
s1: the switch sub-circuit 1 detects whether the dust collector is turned off, after the switch sub-circuit 1 detects that the dust collector is turned off, a switch component 11 of the switch sub-circuit 1 is turned on, a power transmission sub-circuit 13 is triggered, and a power transmission unit inputs +5V current to the capacitor sub-circuit 2 for charging;
s2: after the second capacitor 21 is charged, the system automatically turns off the switch part 11, and the singlechip is electrified instantly;
s3: the single chip microcomputer enables to open the MOS tube 31, the MOS tube 31 sends an MOS tube signal to the system, and the system controls the battery pack to be closed, so that zero power consumption of the circuit after shutdown and power failure is realized.
In the power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit and the protection method thereof for the dust collector provided by the embodiment, a switch sub-circuit, a capacitor sub-circuit and an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube circuit are mainly arranged; during work, after the power supply is shut down, a switch component of the switch sub-circuit is opened, and the power transmission unit inputs current to the capacitor sub-circuit for charging; after the second capacitor is charged, the single chip microcomputer is instantly electrified, then the single chip microcomputer enables the MOS tube to be opened, and then the battery pack is driven to be closed;
therefore, compared with the prior art, the battery pack can be completely closed after the dust collector is shut down and powered off, the zero-power-consumption effect of the circuit is achieved, and electric energy of the battery is saved.
Example two:
referring to fig. 1, a power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a vacuum cleaner according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown in the drawing, and on the basis of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further adopts the following technical solutions as improvements: the switch sub-circuit 1 is also connected to a ground circuit 4, on which a third capacitor 41 is arranged. Through the arrangement of the structure, the stable grounding effect of the switch sub-circuit can be realized.
Example three:
referring to fig. 1, a power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a vacuum cleaner according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown in the drawing, and on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment further adopts the following technical solutions as improvements: the capacitor sub-circuit 2 is further connected with an enable signal circuit 5, the enable signal circuit 5 is further connected with the single chip, the enable signal circuit 5 is further electrically connected with the MOS tube circuit 3 through a first connection circuit 51 and a second connection circuit 52 which are connected in parallel, the first connection circuit 51 is provided with a third resistor 53, the second connection circuit 52 is provided with a second diode 54, and the second diode 54 may be a voltage regulator diode. Through the arrangement of the structure, the voltage stabilization effect can be realized, and the smoothness of an enabling signal circuit is ensured.

Claims (8)
1. An electricity consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a dust collector is characterized by comprising:
the switch circuit (1) is provided with a switch component (11) and a first diode (12), one end of the switch circuit (1) is grounded, the switch circuit (1) is connected with an electronic transmission circuit (13), the electronic transmission circuit (13) is provided with a first resistor (14) and a first capacitor (15), one end of the electronic transmission circuit (13) is connected with a power transmission unit, and the other end of the electronic transmission circuit is grounded;
the capacitor sub-circuit (2) is connected with the switch sub-circuit (1), and a second capacitor (21) and a second resistor (22) are arranged on the capacitor sub-circuit (2);
MOS pipe circuit (3), be provided with MOS pipe (31) on it, MOS pipe circuit (3) are connected the positive negative pole of battery package, condenser sub-circuit (2) are connected MOS pipe (31).
2. The power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of the dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the switch sub-circuit (1) is further connected with a grounding circuit (4) on which a third capacitor (41) is arranged.
3. The power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of the dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the capacitor sub-circuit (2) is further connected with an enable signal circuit (5), and the enable signal circuit (5) is further connected with a single chip microcomputer.

The power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a dust collector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the enable signal circuit (5) is further electrically connected to the MOS tube circuit (3) through a first connection circuit (51) and a second connection circuit (52) which are connected in parallel, respectively, the first connection circuit (51) is provided with a third resistor (53), and the second connection circuit (52) is provided with a second diode (54).
5. The power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the second diode (54) is a zener diode.
6. The power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of a vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first diode (12) is a rectifier diode.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power transmission unit is a battery pack outputting +5V current.
8. The method for protecting the power consumption zero power consumption protection circuit of the dust collector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) the switch sub-circuit (1) detects whether the dust collector is shut down, after the switch sub-circuit (1) detects that the dust collector is shut down, the switch component (11) of the switch sub-circuit (1) is opened, the power transmission sub-circuit (13) is triggered, and the power transmission unit inputs +5V current to the capacitor sub-circuit (2) for charging;
2) after the second capacitor (21) is charged, the system automatically turns off the switch component (11), and the singlechip is electrified instantly;
3) the single chip microcomputer enables to open the MOS tube (31), the MOS tube (31) sends an MOS tube signal to a system, and the system controls the battery pack to be closed, so that zero power consumption of the circuit after shutdown and power failure is realized.
