The flowability of the samples in the groups 2-4 is obviously superior to that of the samples in the groups 1-3 in the comparative examples, which shows that the anti-caking agent prepared by the invention can obviously improve the flowability of the seaweed powder solid beverage; however, the flowability of the samples in the groups 2 to 4 is not as good as that of the sample in the comparative example 4, which shows that the flow aiding effect of the anti-caking agent prepared by the invention is not as good as that of silicon dioxide, however, in the preparation process of the solid beverage, the flowability of the powder is too large, which is not beneficial to the flow rate control of the production package of the product, and the anti-caking agent prepared by the invention just meets the requirements of the production package conditions of the solid beverage.

Claims (7)

1. The seaweed powder solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 18-30 parts of seaweed powder, 30-40 parts of polydextrose, 30-40 parts of xylitol, 8-12 parts of orange powder and microencapsulated vitamin D30.0002 to 0.0007 part by weight.
2. The seaweed meal solid beverage according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 21 parts of seaweed powder, 34 parts of polydextrose, 35 parts of xylitol, 10 parts of orange powder and microencapsulated vitamin D30.0006 part.
3. The seaweed meal solid beverage according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 5-12 parts of an anti-caking agent.
4. The seaweed meal solid beverage as claimed in claim 3, wherein the anticaking agent is composed of bamboo shoot powder having a particle size of 10 to 30 μm and bamboo shoot powder having a particle size of 160 to 200 μm.
5. The seaweed meal solid beverage according to claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of the bamboo shoot powder with the particle size of 10-30 μm to the bamboo shoot powder with the particle size of 160-200 μm is 1: 1-1.5.
6. The seaweed powder solid beverage according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the preparation method of the bamboo shoot powder comprises the following steps:
drying and crushing bamboo shoots, adding deionized water according to the mass ratio of feed liquid of 1: 30-50, adding 0.8-1.2 mol/L sodium citrate solution to adjust the pH value to 4-5, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 15-25 min at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ and the power of 300-500W, centrifuging, and taking supernatant; adjusting the pH value of the supernatant to 8-9 by using 0.05-0.15 mol/L NaOH solution, centrifuging, and taking a precipitate; washing the precipitate with deionized water to neutrality, oven drying, and pulverizing.
7. A method for preparing seaweed meal solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1 microencapsulating vitamin D3Mixing with polydextrose to obtain premix;
s2, adding the premix, seaweed meal, xylitol, orange meal and anticaking agent into a mixer, mixing uniformly, sieving and packaging.
