Detailed Description
In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the attached drawings, the described embodiments should not be considered as limiting the present application, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the following description, reference is made to "some embodiments" which describe a subset of all possible embodiments, but it is understood that "some embodiments" may be the same subset or different subsets of all possible embodiments, and may be combined with each other without conflict.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
In the related art, the live broadcast rooms in the live broadcast platform are generally sorted in a descending order based on popularity values of the live broadcast rooms. For example, a live broadcast room with a high popularity value is ranked at the top page of a live broadcast page for preferential recommendation; and for the live broadcast room with low popularity value, the live broadcast room is arranged at the bottom of a live broadcast page, and a user usually needs to turn pages or pull down to find the corresponding live broadcast room.
That is to say, the recommendation method of the live broadcast room provided by the related art is single, and cannot meet the personalized requirements of different users. For example, for a certain user, when the live broadcast room that the user actually wants to enter is not a hot live broadcast room, frequent pull-down or page-turning operations are usually required to find the corresponding live broadcast room, which may cause the user to spend a lot of time and traffic when looking for live broadcast content, and the user experience is poor.
In view of the foregoing technical problems, embodiments of the present application provide a live broadcast interaction method, apparatus, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium, which can improve efficiency of a user in searching for live broadcast content. An exemplary application of the live broadcast interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below, and the live broadcast interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by various electronic devices, for example, may be implemented by a terminal alone, or may be implemented by a server and a terminal in a cooperation manner.
Next, a live broadcast interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application is cooperatively implemented by a server and a terminal as an example. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a live interactive system 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve efficiency of a viewer in searching for live content. Wherein, the live interactive system 100 includes: the server 200, the network 300, the terminal 400-1, the terminal 400-2 to the terminal 400-M, M being an integer greater than 2, will be described separately.
The server 200 may be a background server of the live platform, and is configured to respond to the matching request sent by the client 410-1 to send at least one anchor account in the live platform that matches the account of the viewer to the client 410-1.
The network 300, which is used as a medium for communication between the server 200 and the terminal 400-1, the terminal 400-2 to the terminal 400-M, may be a wide area network or a local area network, or a combination of both.
The terminal 400-1 is a terminal associated with a viewer (i.e., a user watching a live broadcast) and is used to operate the client 410-1, and the client 410-1 is a client with a live broadcast function. The client 410-1 is configured to send, in response to a matching request of a viewer, a matching request carrying a viewer account (for example, the viewer account may carry personal information of the viewer, such as viewer preferences, historical viewing records, and the like) to the server 200 through the network 300, so that the server 200 queries, from among a plurality of anchor accounts of the live platform, at least one anchor account matched with the viewer account sent by the client 410-1, and returns the queried at least one anchor account to the client 410-1. After receiving at least one anchor account returned by the server 200, the client 410-1 invokes a human-computer interaction interface to present, for example, presents the received at least one anchor account and an interaction entry corresponding to each anchor account in the human-computer interaction interface. Then, the client 410-1 responds to the triggering operation of the interaction entry of the audience for any anchor account, and presents an interaction page comprising the audience account and a target anchor account (i.e. an anchor account selected by the audience from at least one anchor account) in a human-computer interaction interface, so that the audience can further interact with the target anchor in the interaction page to deepen the understanding of the target anchor.
The terminals 400-2 to 400-M are terminals associated with the anchor broadcasts 1 to M, respectively, taking the terminal 400-2 as an example, the terminal 400-2 is operated with a client 410-2, the client 410-2 is a client with a live broadcast function, and is used for sending live broadcast data corresponding to the anchor broadcast 1 to the server 200 through the network 300, so that the server 200 performs a series of processing on the received live broadcast data, for example, the server 200 performs video coding on the live broadcast data sent by the client 410-2 to compress the live broadcast data into a viewable and transmittable video stream, and sends the viewable and transmittable video stream to the client 410-1, so that the client 410-1 performs decoding and playing, and viewers can view live broadcast content of the anchor broadcast 1. The client 410-2 is further configured to send the account of anchor 1 (for example, the account of anchor 1 may carry personal details of anchor 1, such as a tag of anchor 1, or information of live content, etc.) to the server 200, so as to perform the matching process described above.
It should be noted that the function of the client 410-M running on the terminal 400-M is similar to the function of the client 410-2 running on the terminal 400-2, and the description of the embodiments of the present application is omitted here.
Next, a live broadcast interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application is separately implemented by the terminal 400-1 in fig. 1 as an example.

For example, referring to fig. 4A, taking a target account as an account of a viewer a, when the viewer a watches live content of a anchor a in a live broadcast room a, and wants to watch live content of other anchor, a "chance" button 401 in the live broadcast room a may be clicked, at this time, after receiving a click operation of the viewer a on the "chance" button 401, the terminal responds by invoking a corresponding interface to query at least one anchor account matched with the account of the viewer a, and recommends the queried at least one anchor account to the viewer a in a popup window manner. Therefore, at least one anchor account inquired by the terminal is matched with the account of the audience A, so that the reliability of the recommendation result of the live broadcast room is improved.
In other embodiments, step S301 shown in fig. 3A may be implemented by steps S3011 to S3012 shown in fig. 3B, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 3B.
In step S3011, sending a matching request carrying a target account to a server, so that the server queries at least one anchor account matched with the target account from a plurality of anchor accounts of a live platform; wherein, the query mode comprises at least one of the following modes: random query; according to the similarity degree of the personal data of the plurality of anchor account numbers and the target account numbers, performing descending query; and inquiring in a descending order according to the similarity degree of the live content of the plurality of anchor accounts and the watching history of the target account.
In some embodiments, taking a random query as an example, the server may query for at least one anchor account matching the target account by: the server firstly determines the number of points corresponding to any anchor account number according to historical interaction data between a target account number and any anchor account number in a live broadcast platform; then, the server acquires a list and divides the list into N intervals corresponding to the N anchor accounts; n is the total number of anchor accounts in the live broadcast platform, and the length of each interval is in positive correlation with the number of points of the corresponding anchor account; and finally, the server acquires a plurality of random numbers from the total list number, and determines the anchor account numbers respectively corresponding to the intervals where the random numbers are located as at least one anchor account number matched with the target account number.
For example, still taking the target account as the account of the viewer a as an example, assuming that there are always 100 anchor accounts in the current live platform, the server first sets the base point of each anchor account in the 100 anchor accounts to 1 point. Next, the server obtains historical interaction data between the account of the viewer a and the 100 anchor account numbers to determine the final points of each anchor account number. For example, if in the last day, the audience member sends a barrage in the live broadcast room 1, adding 1 to the point number corresponding to the account number of the anchor 1; if the audience A presents virtual goods in the live broadcast room 2, adding 2 to the points corresponding to the anchor broadcast 2; if viewer a has not interacted with the anchor within the last day, the points corresponding to the account of the anchor remain unchanged, e.g., assuming viewer a has not interacted with anchor 3 within the last day, the points corresponding to the account of anchor 3 remain at 1 point. Finally, the server determines that the 100 anchor account numbers respectively correspond to the final points of [2,3,1,1, …,1,1 ]. Then, the server acquires a list and divides the list into 100 intervals; the interval 1 corresponds to the account number of the anchor 1, the interval 2 corresponds to the account number of the anchor 2, and so on. Meanwhile, the length of each interval is in positive correlation with the number of points of the corresponding anchor account, for example, if the number of points corresponding to the account of the anchor 1 is 2, the length of the interval 1 is also 2. After determining the length of each interval, the server determines the sum of the lengths of the intervals corresponding to the 100 anchor account numbers as the total number of the list (assuming that the total number of the list is 103, that is, the length of the interval 1 is 2, the length of the interval 2 is 3, and the lengths of the other intervals are all 1). Finally, the server randomly obtains at least one numerical value from the total list number 103, and determines the anchor account corresponding to the interval where the obtained at least one numerical value is located as at least one anchor account matched with the audience A. For example, when the server randomly acquires a value of 2, the account of anchor 1 is determined as the anchor account matching audience a. Therefore, on one hand, the more frequent interaction with the audience A, the higher the matching probability of the anchor is, so that the reliability of the matching result is ensured; on the other hand, the matched anchor has randomness, so that the interest of the live broadcast playing method is increased.
In step S3012, at least one anchor account queried by the server is received.
In some embodiments, after querying at least one anchor account matched with the target account, the server returns the queried at least one anchor account to the terminal of the target account, so that a client in the terminal is presented on a human-computer interaction interface.
In other embodiments, the entry for the matching operation may also be a home page embedded in the live platform. For example, referring to fig. 4B, when a new viewer enters the main page of the live platform but does not enter any live room, the "accidental" button 402 on the main page of the live platform may be clicked, and at this time, the terminal queries at least one matching anchor account for the new viewer according to the account of the new viewer, and recommends the queried at least one anchor account to the new viewer.
It should be noted that, the plurality of anchor accounts in the live broadcast platform all refer to anchor accounts for which the matching function is started, that is, only anchor accounts for which the matching function is started can participate in the matching process. For example, for anchor a, when the anchor a does not turn on the matching function, the server ignores the account of the anchor a in the process of querying the anchor account matching the target account in the live platform.
In an example, still taking the target account as the account of the viewer a, in the process that the terminal queries at least one anchor account matched with the account of the viewer a, when the anchor account with the matching function is not started in the live platform, a prompt message indicating that the matching is failed is presented to remind the viewer a of performing matching later.
In step S302, at least one anchor account and interaction entries respectively corresponding to the at least one anchor account are presented in the virtual scene.
In some embodiments, the virtual scene may be preset by a server of the live broadcast platform, for example, the server of the live broadcast platform may send a picture with a specific scene (e.g., starry sky, ocean, etc.) to the terminal, so that a client in the terminal presents the picture in the human-computer interaction interface, that is, the terminal takes the picture sent by the server of the live broadcast platform as a background layer to serve as the corresponding virtual scene, and presents at least one anchor account and an interaction entry corresponding to each of the at least one anchor account in the background layer. Of course, the user or the anchor can customize the personalized virtual scene by itself. For example, the user may select a photo taken by the user in the album as a background layer, so as to present at least one anchor account and an interaction entry corresponding to each of the at least one anchor account in the background layer.
In other embodiments, the terminal may present the at least one anchor account and the interaction entries corresponding to the at least one anchor account respectively by: in the process of querying the matched at least one anchor account, presenting a plurality of anchor accounts in a live platform in a virtual scene (such as an adventure square) (for example, head portraits associated with the anchor accounts, account names or the like can be presented); when at least one anchor account is inquired, special effects (such as incoming calls, flowers and the like) with matching relations between the inquired at least one anchor account and the target account are presented in the virtual scene, and a corresponding interaction entrance is presented for each matched anchor account.
For example, referring to fig. 4C, in the process of querying at least one anchor account matched with the target account, the terminal presents avatars 403 respectively associated with multiple anchor accounts in the live broadcast platform in an adversary square; and when the terminal queries at least one anchor account matched with the target account, it presents the incoming call special effect 406 between the avatar 404 associated with the target account and the avatar 405 respectively associated with each matched anchor account as shown in fig. 4D, and presents a corresponding interaction entry 407 behind the avatar 405 associated with each matched anchor account.
In some embodiments, the avatar associated with the anchor account may be used as an interactive entry corresponding to the anchor account. For example, the viewer may perform subsequent selection operations directly by clicking on the avatar of the anchor account presented in the interface.
In other embodiments, the terminal may also present the currently remaining number of matches for the target account in a virtual scenario, for example, the terminal may present a prompt such as "there are 10 chance opportunities today" in a chance square.
In step S303, in response to a trigger operation for an interaction entry of any anchor account, presenting an interaction page including a target account and a target anchor account; and the target anchor account is the anchor account corresponding to the interaction entry selected by the triggering operation.
In some embodiments, after the terminal presents at least one anchor account matched with the target account and the interaction entries corresponding to the at least one anchor account, the terminal may further present an interaction page including the target account and the target anchor account in response to a trigger operation for an interaction entry of any one of the presented at least one anchor account; and the target anchor account is the anchor account corresponding to the interaction entry selected by the triggering operation.
It should be noted that, when only one anchor account matched with a target account is queried by the terminal, the anchor account is directly used as the target anchor account, and an interaction page including the target account and the anchor account is presented.
In some embodiments, the interactive page may include interactive entries corresponding to a plurality of different types of interactive manners (e.g., chatting with the anchor, entering a live room of the anchor, etc.).
For example, when an interaction entry included in the interaction page points to the chat page and a trigger operation for the interaction entry is received, the terminal may further invoke a corresponding interface to query an originating chat condition of the target anchor account in response to the trigger operation for the interaction entry; and when the target account number meets the chat initiating condition of the target anchor account number, presenting a chat page comprising the target account number and the target anchor account number. The terminal can determine whether the target account number meets the chat initiating condition of the target anchor account number in the following ways: responding to a trigger operation aiming at an interactive entry, and presenting a resource transfer page between a target account and a target anchor account; transferring a set amount of virtual resources from the target account to the target anchor account in response to a resource transfer operation received in the resource transfer page; when the transfer is successful, it is determined that the originating chat condition is satisfied.
The virtual resources may include various resources such as electronic money, virtual articles, points of a live broadcast platform, and the like.
For example, taking the target account as the account of the first audience, assume that the terminal queries the anchor account matching the account of the first audience, including the account of the anchor 1 and the account of the anchor 2. When the audience A clicks the interactive entry corresponding to the account number of the anchor 1, the terminal presents an interactive page comprising an avatar associated with the account number of the audience A and an avatar associated with the account number of the anchor 1. Wherein, the interactive page can also be presented with a function item such as 'choose private chat'. And when the viewer A clicks the function item of 'selecting private chat', the terminal responds and jumps to a resource transfer page between the account of the viewer A and the account of the anchor 1. Assuming that the chat initiating condition set by the anchor 1 is 10 virtual diamonds, the terminal responds to the resource transfer operation triggered by the audience A in the resource transfer page, and transfers more than or equal to 10 virtual diamonds from the account of the audience A to the account of the anchor 1; when the transfer is successful, the terminal determines that the account number of the audience A meets the chat initiating condition set by the account number of the anchor 1, and presents a chat page comprising the account number of the audience A and the account number of the anchor 1.
In some embodiments, the terminal may also determine whether the target account satisfies the originating chat condition of the target anchor account by: when the attention degree of the target account to the target anchor account exceeds a level threshold, the terminal determines that the target account meets the chat initiating condition of the target anchor account, and presents a chat page comprising the target account and the target anchor account.
For example, still taking the target account as the account of the audience a as an example, assuming that the account of the anchor 1 selected by the audience a is the anchor account which has been paid attention to before, that is, the audience a is an old audience of the anchor 1, when the attention degree of the account of the audience a to the account of the anchor 1 exceeds the level threshold (for example, the level of the fan plate of the audience a in the live room of the anchor 1 exceeds the level threshold), the terminal determines that the account of the audience a meets the chat initiating condition of the anchor 1, and presents a chat page including the account of the audience a and the account of the anchor 1.
In other embodiments, the terminal may also determine whether the target account satisfies the originating chat condition of the target anchor account by: the terminal firstly responds to a triggering operation aiming at an interactive entry and presents a resource transfer page between a target account and a target anchor account; then, in response to the resource transfer operation received in the resource transfer page, transferring the set amount of virtual resources from the target account to the target anchor account; when the transfer is successful, whether the attention degree of the target account to the target anchor account reaches a level threshold value is further judged, and when the attention degree reaches the level threshold value, the terminal determines that the target account meets the chat initiating condition of the target anchor account and presents a chat page comprising the target account and the target anchor account.
In some embodiments, in support of the above embodiments, the terminal may further control the number of interactions between the target account and the target anchor account in the chat page. For example, the terminal sets the maximum number of interactions between the target account and the target anchor account to 10, and when the number of interactions between the target account and the target anchor account in the chat page exceeds 10, the terminal may present prompt information to guide the target account to enter a live broadcast room of the target anchor account for watching; or, the terminal may also control the target account to exit the chat page.
It should be noted that the target account can quit the chat page at any time before reaching the maximum number of interactions. For example, when the audience associated with the target account finds no interest in the target anchor after two rounds of interaction with the target anchor, the audience can directly exit the chat page.
In other embodiments, the terminal may further present, in the interaction page, interaction feature information between the target account and the target anchor account, for example, information such as the number of historical matches between the target account and the target anchor account, or the degree of similarity (i.e., the margin index) may be presented in the interaction page.
In some embodiments, when the interactive page includes an interactive entry pointing to the live broadcast room of the target anchor account, the terminal may further perform the following processing: responding to the trigger operation aiming at the interactive entrance, and presenting a live broadcast room of the target anchor account and a special effect of the target account when the target account is added into the live broadcast room; calling a corresponding interface to inquire the privilege condition of the target anchor account; and when the target account number meets the privilege condition of the target anchor account number and the confirmation of the target anchor account number is received, presenting the privilege identity of the target account number. The privilege identity of the terminal for presenting the target account can be realized in the following ways: presenting the head portrait of the target account at a specific position of a live broadcast room; or, the administrator title is presented in a bullet screen sent by the target account to identify that the target account has administrator authority.
In other embodiments, the terminal may further determine whether the target account satisfies the privilege condition of the target anchor account by: responding to the resource transfer operation received in the live broadcast room, and transferring the set amount of virtual resources from the target account to the target anchor account; and when the target anchor account confirms that the virtual resources transferred by the target account are accepted, determining that the target account meets the privilege condition of the target anchor account.
In an example, still taking the target account as the account of the audience a as an example, after the audience a clicks the avatar associated with the account of the anchor 1, the terminal presents an interactive page including the account of the audience a and the account of the anchor 1. Wherein, the interactive page is also presented with a function item such as 'enter live room'. When the audience A clicks the function item of 'entering the live broadcast room', the terminal presents the live broadcast room 1 corresponding to the account number of the anchor 1 and presents an accidental message in the live broadcast room 1 to inform other audiences in the live broadcast room 1 that the audience A enters the live broadcast room 1 in an accidental mode. Subsequently, when the audience nail wishes to become the audience with privileged identity in the live broadcast room 1, the terminal firstly queries the privilege condition set by the account of the anchor 1, for example, if the anchor 1 sets that 50 virtual diamonds need to be presented to become the audience with privileged identity in the live broadcast room 1, the terminal responds to the resource transfer operation triggered by the audience nail in the live broadcast room 1 to transfer 50 virtual diamonds from the account of the audience nail to the account of the anchor 1; when the account of the anchor 1 confirms that 50 virtual diamonds for accepting account transfer of the audience nail are received, the terminal determines that the audience nail meets the privilege condition set by the account of the anchor 1 and presents the privilege identity of the audience nail in the live broadcast room 1. At this time, the avatar associated with the account of the viewer a will be presented in a specific position of the live broadcast room 1, for example, the avatar associated with the account of the viewer a is fixedly presented in the upper right corner of the live broadcast room 1. In addition, when the audience A sends the barrage in the live broadcast room 1, an administrator title is presented in front of the content of the barrage to identify that the account of the audience A has administrator authority, for example, other audiences who do not have the administrator authority may be prohibited from sending the barrage.
In other embodiments, in addition to presenting the privilege identity of the target account in the live room of the target anchor account, the privilege level of the target account may be further presented. The privilege level may be related to an amount of virtual resources transferred by the target account to the target anchor account, and the larger the amount is, the higher the privilege level corresponding to the target account is. That is, the privilege level of the target account is not fixed, but is updated according to the interaction between the target account and the target anchor account.
For example, the terminal may update the privilege level of the target account by: the following processing is performed periodically or aperiodically: updating the interaction strength between the target account and the target anchor account according to the interaction record between the target account and the target anchor account; correspondingly attenuating or promoting the privilege level of the target account according to the updated interaction intensity; wherein the updated privilege level is in positive correlation with the interaction strength.
For example, assuming that the initial privilege level of the account of the audience nail in the live broadcast room of the anchor 1 is level 1, when the number of virtual diamonds given to the anchor 1 by the audience nail in the last week reaches a first number threshold, the terminal updates the privilege level corresponding to the account of the audience nail to level 2; and when the number of the virtual diamonds given to the anchor 1 by the audience A in the last week reaches a second number threshold, updating the privilege level corresponding to the account of the audience A to be 3, and so on, wherein the greater the number of the virtual diamonds given by the audience A, the higher the privilege level corresponding to the account of the audience A. In contrast, when the audience a does not give a virtual diamond to the anchor 1 for a while, the privileged identity of the audience a's account in the live broadcast room 1 is cancelled. Therefore, the punishment mechanism of privilege level attenuation stimulates the audience to enjoy appreciation and activity, helps the anchor to increase income, simultaneously improves the interaction efficiency between the anchor and the audience, and increases the loyalty and viscosity of the audience to the anchor.
In some embodiments, when the target anchor account refuses to accept the virtual resource transferred by the target account, or the target anchor account does not respond when time out, the terminal withdraws the resource transfer operation of transferring the virtual resource from the target account to the target anchor account.
For example, taking the target anchor account as the account of anchor 1 as an example, the account of anchor 1 has the authority to accept whether the target account (e.g., the account of viewer a) becomes an account with a privileged identity in live broadcast room 1. For example, after the terminal performs the transfer of the set amount of virtual diamonds from the account of audience member to the account of anchor 1, a request message is sent to the background server of the live broadcast platform, so that the background server of the live broadcast platform sends a confirmation message of whether to accept to the terminal associated with anchor 1, and the confirmation message of whether to accept is presented on the terminal associated with anchor 1 in the form of a card. For example, as shown in FIG. 4E, the card is presented with the "accept" 408 and "reject" 409 options. When anchor 1 clicks the "reject" 409 option, or there is no response beyond a preset duration, the terminal withdraws the resource transfer operation of transferring the set amount of virtual diamonds from audience a's account to anchor 1's account.
In other embodiments, the number of accounts with privileged identities in the live room of the target anchor account is limited, i.e., when the number of accounts with privileged identities in the live room of the target anchor account is greater than a number threshold, the terminal determines that the target anchor account does not have access to the virtual resources transferred by the target account.
According to the method and the device for searching the live broadcast content, the target account and the plurality of anchor accounts in the live broadcast platform are matched, so that a user corresponding to the target account can be helped to find out at least one matched anchor account, and therefore the at least one found anchor account is matched with the target account associated with the user, the reliability of the recommendation result of the live broadcast room is improved, meanwhile, the time and flow consumption caused when the user actually wants to enter the live broadcast room through manual search is avoided, and the efficiency of the user when the user searches the live broadcast content is greatly improved.
It should be noted that, the above embodiment describes a live broadcast interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application from the perspective of a viewer client. Next, a live broadcast interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application is described from the perspective of a anchor client.
In some embodiments, a button for turning on the matching function may be presented in the man-machine interaction interface of the anchor client, and when the anchor clicks the button for turning on the matching function, a function item such as "contingency" is presented in the live room of the anchor for the viewer in the live room to click on. When the anchor does not click the button for opening the matching function, the "accidental" function item cannot be presented in the live broadcast room of the anchor, and the background server of the live broadcast platform ignores the anchor account which does not open the matching function when inquiring the matched anchor account for the target account.
In other embodiments, an initiating chat condition setting page may also be presented in the human-computer interaction interface of the anchor client, so that the anchor can set the initiating chat condition. For example, the anchor may set the conditions for initiating the chat in the chat initiation condition setting page, for example, the anchor sets that 10 virtual diamonds need to be paid for chatting with the anchor, and when a subsequent target account wants to chat with the anchor, 10 virtual diamonds need to be given to the anchor first.
In some embodiments, a privilege condition setting page may also be presented in the human-computer interaction interface of the anchor client, so that the anchor can set a condition of becoming an account with a privileged identity in the live broadcast room. For example, if the anchor sets, in the privilege condition setting page, an account that needs to present 50 virtual diamonds to the anchor to become a privileged identity in the live broadcast room, then subsequently when the target account wishes to become an account that has a privileged identity in the live broadcast room, 50 virtual diamonds need to be presented to the anchor first, and when the anchor account confirms that 50 virtual diamonds that accept transfer of the target account are accepted, the privileged identity of the target account is presented in the live broadcast room of the anchor.

It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, technical details that are not described in the above-mentioned apparatuses may be understood according to the description of any one of fig. 3A, fig. 3B, and fig. 5 to 7.
Next, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described.
The embodiment of the application provides a live broadcast interaction method, which combines live broadcast and accidental play (corresponding to the matching operation), and achieves the purposes that a live broadcast main and a live broadcast watching user (namely audience) freely participate in accidental play, and finally friends with the same interests are found. For example, after the anchor starts the encounter function during live broadcasting, the user can encounter the anchor on the encounter plaza by clicking an "encounter" button presented in the live broadcasting room of the anchor. And the server of the live broadcast platform processes and helps the user to match with a main broadcast, and after the matching is successful, the user can select to chat with the main broadcast or enter a live broadcast room. When the user selects to chat, a certain amount of virtual resources (such as a certain amount of virtual diamonds) need to be paid first to open the chat with the anchor, and information such as the history matching times of the user and the anchor, the margin index (namely the similarity degree) and the like can be presented in the chat panel. When a user selects to enter a live broadcast room, the user can directly enter the live broadcast room of the main broadcast, a piece of chance information is presented in the live broadcast room to inform other users in the live broadcast room, the user enters the live broadcast room through the chance function, the user entering the live broadcast room through the chance function can give a designated virtual gift to call a mutual awareness function (used for giving a privileged identity to the user in the live broadcast room of the main broadcast), and the main broadcast can receive a chance card after receiving the chance customization gift of the user. After the anchor clicks an 'accept' button in the card, the awareness function is started, and at the moment, the head portrait associated with the user account is displayed at the top of the live broadcast room. At the same time, the known users (i.e. the users with the known function and the privileged identity) will automatically become the administrator of the live broadcast room, and can forbid to speak other users in each live broadcast room except the known users. In addition, after the awareness function is turned on, the informed user can give a virtual gift to the anchor or interact with the anchor to raise the awareness level (i.e., the privilege level above). The user's awareness rating may continuously decay when the user has not interacted with the anchor for a period of time or presented a virtual gift to the anchor. When the user's awareness level decays to a negative number, the awareness with the anchor will be automatically released. The embodiment of the application combines live broadcast and accidental play, so that the efficiency of a user when searching for live broadcast content is improved, the anchor is helped to find the most core and loyal user, interactive behaviors such as awareness are triggered by accidental, compared with a live broadcast room entrance of the anchor which is simply deployed on a homepage of a live broadcast platform and may be interested in the related technology, the efficiency and the interestingness of finding the interested anchor by the user are improved, and meanwhile, resources of the live broadcast platform are fully and effectively utilized.
The live broadcast interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present application is specifically described below from a host client (hereinafter, simply referred to as a host) and a user client (hereinafter, simply referred to as a user).
The anchor end: and the anchor colludes the chance play method when the live broadcast is started at the live broadcast assistant end, and the head portrait of the anchor automatically appears in the chance square. When the user clicks the 'chance' button, the server of the live broadcast platform can match a main broadcast for the user randomly. Meanwhile, the anchor can set the amount of initiating a private chat condition and triggering a known virtual gift after the matching is successful.
For example, after the chance succeeds, when the user selects chat, the anchor can interact with the user through a private chat mode, and the chat mode can mainly be mainly based on asking me. For example, the user may select a question to send in the panel option, and after the anchor answers, the anchor may ask a question back, and the user answers. Each person can only send 10 questions at most, and after the link of asking me is finished, a server of the live broadcast platform pops up a prompt message to guide the user to enter a live broadcast room of the anchor, and certainly, the user can also select to directly quit.
For example, after the chance is successful, when the user selects to enter the live broadcast room, the main broadcast can guide the user to start the acquaintance function by giving the customized virtual gift, and the acquaintance is ranked, and the user needs to continuously raise the acquaintance ranking by giving the virtual gift to the main broadcast. If the user does not give a gift to the anchor for a period of time, the awareness level decays accordingly. When the awareness level decays to zero, the awareness between the user and the anchor will be automatically removed.
A user side: for example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a live broadcast interaction method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 5. When a user enters an adventure square and clicks an 'adventure' button, a server of the live broadcast platform can automatically help the user to match with a live broadcast in the live broadcast. If there is no anchor on the current live platform, a prompt message such as "contingency fails and tries later" is displayed. The server of the live platform helps the user to match a live anchor through information such as resource filled by the user, viewing history and anchor type concerned, and each user has only 10 chance to participate in an adventure every day. After a successful match, the user has two choices. First, clicking to initiate a private chat, a user needs to complete a task set by an anchor first before initiating the private chat. After private chat is started, a user can interact with a main broadcast to ask and answer, each party can select 10 questions preset by a server of a live broadcast platform to ask questions, and after the questions are asked, the user can select to enter a live broadcast room or quit. Through the private chat mode, the user can be better helped to know about the anchor and to filter whether the anchor is interested in the user. Secondly, clicking to enter a live broadcast room, and when a user enters the live broadcast room of the main broadcast, the live broadcast room has a special welcome effect. Meanwhile, the user can unlock the awareness function with the anchor by giving the anchor a contingent customized gift. For example, after a user presents an accidental customized gift to a main broadcast, the main broadcast receives a card on which a request for mutual knowledge of the user is written, after the main broadcast agrees, the mutual knowledge function is started between the user and the main broadcast, the mutual knowledge is ranked, and the user needs to frequently interact with the main broadcast or promote the mutual knowledge rank in a manner of presenting a virtual gift. Furthermore, the number of users known to the anchor is limited, e.g. the anchor can only agree that at most 10 users become known. Users known to the anchor have the following core privileges, first: the head portrait of the user can be displayed above the live broadcast room and used as the privilege identity display of the user; secondly, the method comprises the following steps: when a user sends a barrage in a live broadcast room, an administrator title is displayed in front of the content of the barrage, and the user can help the anchor to forbid other users. According to the embodiment of the application, the distance between the anchor and the user is shortened by combining live broadcast and accidental play, and the anchor is helped to find a core user group.
The live broadcast interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to an application scenario.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 4A, an "chance" button 401 is presented at a particular location in the live broadcast room, and when the user clicks on the "chance" button 401, the client responds and will jump to the chance match page shown in FIG. 4C. In the matching page shown in fig. 4C, the head portraits 403 respectively associated with the plurality of anchor accounts in the live platform are presented. After the chance is successful, the client will jump to the chance success page shown in fig. 4F. As shown in fig. 4F, the matching success page displays information such as the user's avatar 410, the matched anchor avatar 411, the "chat private" selection button 412, the "live room entry" button 413, the incoming call special effect 414 with the matching relationship between the user and the anchor, and the number of remaining matching times 415 of the user today. When the user clicks the "select private chat" button 412, the client will jump to the chat page shown in FIG. 4G. As shown in fig. 4G, the chat page is presented with a user-selected question 416, and an anchor answer 417. At the same time, a margin index 418 between the user and the anchor may also be presented in the chat page. When the user clicks the "enter live room" button 413, the client will jump to the anchor live room page shown in FIG. 4H. As shown in fig. 4H, the user may apply for the courtesy function by gifting an episodic customized gift 419 to the anchor. When the anchor agrees to the user's informed application, an agreement message 420, as shown in fig. 4I, will be presented in the live room, along with the current level of awareness 421.
The live broadcast interaction method provided by the embodiment of the application is mainly divided into two parts, namely a front end side and a back end side; the front side is mainly responsible for drawing a User Interface (UI) and providing a User operation page, and the back side is mainly responsible for providing operations such as calling service and accounting of playing progress.
Illustratively, the front end side includes: the system comprises a main broadcasting end module and a user end module; the back desk side includes: the system comprises a live broadcast and chance combined service module, a message pushing service module, a database reading and writing module and a acquaintance grade calculation and monitoring service module. The following description will be made separately.
In some embodiments, the anchor module comprises: the system comprises four parts, namely a chance play switch, a chance play setting page, a chance card receiving page and a chance private chat room. This will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, after the anchor turns on the contingency play switch at the anchor end, the anchor contingency play is turned on through a play switch interface provided at the background, at this time, the anchor account number is added into the contingency square candidate list, and the anchor end jumps to a contingency play setting page for the anchor to set the contingency play conditions. For example, the anchor may set a condition for initiating private chat in the contingency play setting page, which may be checking in a gate gift or a user's guarding level; or setting the fortuitous acquaintance customized gifts in the fortuitous play setting page.
For example, the anchor terminal pulls a private chat condition list configured by a server of the live platform, including an entrance gift list, through the background list in response to a setting operation of the anchor in the contingency play setting page. If the anchor selects the gift condition, selecting a gift in the entrance gift list as the gift which must be given when the user opens the private chat; if the anchor checks the protection level, the lowest protection level for opening the private chat needs to be checked.
For example, a user may invoke the acquaintance function by presenting a contingent customized gift to the anchor after entering the anchor's live room through contingent play. Meanwhile, the anchor will receive the encounter card, for example, the anchor end presents the encounter card in the anchor end in a popup mode after receiving the encounter card issued by the background. When the user clicks the 'accept' button in the card, the server of the live platform will open the awareness function between the anchor and the user. Each anchor can only become aware of a certain number of users, e.g. when more than 10 users with awareness function in the anchor's live room, the "accept" button presented on the contingent card will automatically be grayed out and the anchor cannot click.
For example, when the user successfully encounters the anchor and completes the private chat condition set by the anchor, an accidental private chat room is automatically created (i.e., the anchor automatically jumps to the chat page), both the anchor account and the user account are automatically pulled into the private chat room, and the room is destroyed once closed.
In other embodiments, the user terminal may include: the system comprises five parts, namely an adventure play entry, an adventure matching page, an adventure private chat room, a acquaintance level popup window and a main broadcast acquaintance list. This will be explained in detail with reference to fig. 7.
For example, after the anchor starts the live broadcast and starts the contingency play, the user side receives the contingency play start notification message pushed by the background. At the moment, an accidental play entry is presented at the upper right side of a chat area of a live broadcast room of a main broadcast, and after a user clicks the accidental play entry, the user side jumps to an accidental matching page to be matched with a main broadcast account number for starting accidental play in the current live broadcast.
For example, after the user side jumps to the matching contingency page, the server of the live broadcast platform matches the information of the anchor list to be matched according to the personal data of the user, and returns a matching result. If no anchor is currently in the process of accidental play, the accidental is failed, and a prompt popup window for accidental failure is presented at the user side; if the matching succeeds, the matching result is displayed, and the displayed information comprises: user avatar and anchor avatar, "choose private chat" button, and "enter live room" button.
For example, when the user clicks the "select private chat" button, the private chat condition set by the host must be first completed to open the private chat. If the chat initiating condition set by the anchor is that the guard level reaches the lowest level, the private chat room can be opened only if the guard level of the user is more than or equal to the lowest level set by the anchor, otherwise, the guard level is increased by giving a guard gift, so that the condition of opening the private chat room is reached. If the chat initiating condition set by the anchor is that the appointed gift is given, the background creates a private chat room after the user gives the appointed gift to the anchor, and the user automatically joins in the room. After entering a private chat room, a user cannot click a closing button, and once the closing button is closed, the room is destroyed immediately. In a private chat room, a user can ask 10 questions to the anchor at most, the questions are in a question-answer mode, and the user can continue asking the questions after waiting for the anchor to answer the last questions. If 10 questions are full, both the user and the anchor will be told and the room will be destroyed within a certain time after the told is banned, for example, automatically after 10 minutes of the told. After the user asks questions, a button of 'entering a live broadcast room' can be presented in the private chat room, and after the user clicks the button of 'entering the live broadcast room', the room is automatically destroyed.
For example, when the user clicks the button "enter live broadcasting room", the chance matching page is directly closed, and at this time, the anchor broadcasting room of the anchor broadcasting room triggers the entrance special effect of the chance user. In addition, the contingent user's gift panel has a customized gift presented therein with the anchor settings, which can be seen and gifted only by the contingent user and the acquainted users. After the user presents the customized gift, the background automatically issues an accidental card to the anchor terminal, and if the anchor receives the accidental card of the user, a bullet window with a known grade is popped up in a live broadcast room where the user is located; if the anchor refuses to accept the 'accidental card' of the user, the customized gift given by the user is automatically returned to the user account.
For example, when the user is a previously unknown user and the promotion is an informed user, the popup may display the content of "anchor approval application" and the level of awareness of the current user. If the user is already a known user and this time a known promotion is triggered, a prompt message such as "you are known in the xx level" may be displayed in the popup while the known level of the current user is displayed. The user can continue to give a customized gift to raise the acquaintance level by clicking the "present raise level" button displayed on the pop-up window.
For example, after the anchor turns on the contingency play, all acquaintance users of the anchor may also be displayed above the live broadcast room, each anchor having at most 10 acquaintance users, and sorted from high to low by acquaintance ratings.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the server 200 in fig. 1 may include: the system comprises a live broadcast and encounter combined service module, a message push service module, a database (such as a redis database) reading and writing module, a acquaintance level calculation and monitoring service module and a database (such as MySQL). The following description will be made separately.
As an example, the database mainly includes the following 4 tables: a customized gift information table for storing customized gift information, comprising: a gift number (ID), a gift name, a gift storage address (e.g., URL of the gift, Uniform Resource Locator), a gift value, etc.; a anchor information table for storing individual information of an anchor, comprising: the ID of the anchor, the list of acquaintance users of the anchor, the chatting conditions of the private encounter of the anchor and the acquaintance gifts of the adventure encounter of the anchor, etc.; a user information table for storing personal information of a user, comprising: user ID, user acquaintance anchor ID, acquaintance rating of the user, and the like; the play information table is used for storing play information combining live broadcast and casual play, and comprises the following steps: a play ID, an anchor ID, a user ID, a private chat condition status, a private chat room status, an adventure card status, and the like.
For example, the live broadcast and encounter combined service module is used for providing services for front-end invocation and background internal invocation, and mainly provides the following services:
(1) providing a switch interface of the contingency play, turning on or turning off the contingency play, and automatically entering a contingency matching list by a main player account once the preschool turns on the contingency play;
(2) providing a play information reading interface called by a front end, and returning real-time information of the accidental play, including a play ID, a host ID, a user ID, a private chat condition state, a private chat room state, an accidental card state and the like;
(3) providing a private chat condition list interface for front-end calling, calling and acquiring a condition list preset by a server of a live broadcast platform when a host sets a private chat condition;
(4) providing an accidental custom gift list interface for front-end calling, and calling and acquiring a custom gift list configured by an operator when the anchor sets accidental gifts;
(5) providing an interface for setting the contingency playing condition for front-end calling, and calling by a anchor when setting a page of the contingency playing;
(6) providing an accidental card reading interface for front page calling, calling when the anchor receives the accidental card, returning accidental card information and whether the anchor can continuously accept the acquainted user state at present;
(7) providing an adventure card receiving interface for front-end page calling, and calling when the anchor clicks an 'receiving' button of the adventure card;
(8) providing a matching interface for front-end page calling, calling when a user enters an occasional square from an occasional play entry, returning a matching result of the user, and returning a 1001 error code if matching fails;
for example, a user may be matched to a anchor by: firstly, setting a base point of each anchor in a live broadcast platform as 1 point, and if a user pays attention to the anchor A, adding 1 to the point corresponding to the anchor A; if the user guards the anchor B, adding 2 to the point number corresponding to the anchor B; if the user sends the barrage in the live broadcast room of the anchor C in the last day, adding 1 to the point number corresponding to the anchor C; if the user presents the gift in the live broadcast room of the anchor D in the last day, the corresponding point of the anchor D is added with 2, and the higher the point is, the higher the probability in matching is. After the number of points corresponding to each anchor is determined, a server of the live broadcast platform acquires a list, the acquired list is divided into K intervals, K is a positive integer greater than 1, each interval represents one anchor, the anchor with the larger number of points has the longer corresponding interval length, and the probability in matching is higher. Then, the server of the live broadcast platform determines the sum of the section lengths respectively corresponding to all the anchor broadcasters as the total number of the list, and then randomly takes out a number from the total number of the list to see which section the anchor broadcasters in the section fall in, so that the anchor broadcasters in the section hit the matching, and in addition, the hit anchor broadcasters are removed from the list.
(9) Providing a 'selective private chat' interface for front-end page calling, calling when a user clicks a 'selective private chat' button, automatically generating a private chat room after calling, and issuing the private chat room to a host and a user side;
(10) providing an interface for a front-end page to call, wherein the interface is called when a user clicks a button for entering a live broadcast room, and automatically issuing an entrance special effect to an anchor terminal after calling so as to display when the user enters the live broadcast room;
(11) providing a question interface of a private chat room, and calling when a user asks a question;
(12) providing a private chat room answer interface, and calling when the anchor answers;
(13) and providing a reading interface of the main broadcast acquaintance user list and returning acquaintance user list information of the main broadcast.
Illustratively, the message push service module provides the following functions:
(1) pushing an occasional and play combined opening notice, and sending the notice to clients respectively associated with all users in a live broadcast room;
(2) pushing the chance card, and when the user presents the chance customized gift, pushing the chance card to the anchor terminal, and displaying a chance card receiving page in the anchor terminal;
(3) pushing an acquaintance notice by the anchor, and when the anchor receives the adventure card, pushing the acquaintance notice to a client associated with a user giving a customized gift, and displaying an acquaintance grade popup in the client;
(4) and pushing an accidental customization gift return notice, wherein the anchor automatically returns a known gift to the user account when not accepting the user accidental card within a specified time or refusing, and sends a notice prompt to a client associated with the user when the return is successful.
For example, the database read/write module is mainly used to provide data caching service, and the cached data includes:
(1) custom gift list data maintained by an operator from which each requested custom gift is read, comprising: gift ID, gift name, gift URL, gift value, etc.;
(2) private chat condition list data maintained by an operator;
(3) the method comprises the steps that known user list data are called when a front end reads a main broadcasting known user list, read from a redis and do not actively read a library, if the redis has no data, the data are read from the database and written into the redis, and then list data in the redis are returned;
(4) the playing information data is read from the information reading interface each time the front end calls the information reading interface.
For example, the awareness class calculation and monitoring service module is mainly used for providing the following services:
(1) calculating the acquaintance level, wherein the acquaintance level of the user can be increased or attenuated, the active condition of the user is calculated at a fixed time of each day, for example, at 00:00, and if the user does not send a barrage or give a customized gift in a live broadcast room of an acquaintance anchor within a preset time length, the acquaintance level of the user can be attenuated; otherwise, the number is increased;
(2) private chat monitoring, namely automatically monitoring the private chat room after the private chat room is opened, for example, monitoring chat contents and forbidding illegal words; monitoring the chat progress, starting a timer for destroying the room after 10 minutes if the number of questions and answers reaches 10 times, and automatically destroying the private chat room after 10 minutes;
(3) and monitoring the contingency card, and after the user gives the customized gift to trigger the contingency card, the anchor must respond within a specified time, for example, the anchor must respond within 12 hours, and if the anchor does not respond after time out, the anchor considers that the notification fails and automatically returns the gift given by the user.
The live broadcast interaction method provided by the embodiment of the application combines the chance play method and the live broadcast, not only improves the efficiency of a user when searching for live broadcast content, but also helps the anchor to find the most core user, triggers a mutual known interaction mode through chance, enables the live broadcast and friend-making to be more interesting, and enables the anchor and the user to improve the intimacy and the mutual good feeling in the interaction process, thereby improving the retention and the commercial transformation of the user.
