Abstract
The invention relates to an embedded C-shaped groove embedded part installation device and a C-shaped groove embedded part installation method, wherein the installation device comprises: the operation wrench comprises an operation handle and a fixing nut, and the fixing nut is rotationally connected to the operation handle through a pin shaft; one end of the fixing sleeve can penetrate through the template and is spirally connected to a connecting head on the fixing nut; one end of the connecting screw rod is spirally connected to the other end of the fixing sleeve, the other end of the connecting screw rod is connected to one end of the long-head bolt, and the other end of the long-head bolt penetrates through the C-shaped groove embedded part and is spirally connected to the connecting nut; one end of the threading rope is connected to the anchoring block positioned in the long-head bolt; and two elastic gaskets. Background
In industrial, civil and municipal infrastructure, it is often necessary to install C-channel embedded parts in concrete structures, and the common practice is as follows: before concrete pouring construction of the concrete structure, the C-shaped groove embedded parts are installed in place in advance before a concrete template is sealed, then concrete is poured, so that the C-shaped groove embedded parts can be accurately positioned after the concrete structure is formed and removed from a mold, and the verticality, the levelness and the like of the C-shaped groove embedded parts meet the standard requirements.
In the conventional method for installing the C-shaped groove embedded part in the prior art, a positioning support rib is welded on a concrete structural steel bar to fix the C-shaped groove embedded part, or a corresponding template is embedded with the C-shaped groove embedded part to be punched when a wooden template or a composite template is used for construction, then an iron wire or other materials are used for tightly binding the C-shaped groove embedded part and the template, or the corresponding surface of the C-shaped groove embedded part and the template is punched and nailed on the template by using nails. When C-shaped groove embedded parts are fixed by using a supporting, binding and nailing method, the C-shaped groove embedded parts are easily influenced by external forces such as concrete flow impact, expansion extrusion on a template and the like in the concrete pouring process, so that the C-shaped groove embedded parts are easy to deform and shift or cannot be flush with the concrete surface after the template is removed. Meanwhile, the above fixing method has the following disadvantages:
(1) when the welding support bars are adopted for fixing, a large number of positioning support bars need to be welded, and materials and working hours are wasted;

the C-shaped groove embedded part is fixedly installed on the template by utilizing the fixing sleeve, the connecting screw rod and other parts in the installation device, so that the problems of deformation, displacement and the like of the embedded sleeve caused by fixing the C-shaped groove embedded part on the reinforcing steel bar in the conventional technology are solved.
