The full shading fabric refers to full shading or nearly full shading with the shading rate of 95-100%. After the fabric is subjected to calendaring treatment, the flatness, the stiffness and the brightness are increased, so that the shading effect of the fabric is further improved.
Preferably, in order to obtain a fabric having openness and light-transmitting properties: for the fabrics with small openness and light transmission, if the shading rate is 90-95%, the degree of the reduction of the warp and weft density is small during weaving, and slippage can not be generated by the self stability of the fibers.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric, which is prepared by the preparation method, wherein the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric is made of 100% of colored polyester fibers containing flame-retardant functional and functional materials, or is formed by interweaving 100% of colored polyester fibers containing flame-retardant functional and functional materials and 100% of colored polyester fibers containing non-flame-retardant functional and functional materials, the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric is uncoated and does not contain stiffening agents and similar substances, and the gram weight of the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric is 175-550 g/m 2 The oxygen index is 26.3-36.0%.
The combustion performance grade of the GB8624-2012 standard in China is graded as follows:
class a, non-combustible materials (and articles);
b1 grade, flame retardant material (and product), LOI is more than or equal to 32.0%;
b2 level, combustible material (and product), LOI more than or equal to 26.0%;
class B3, combustible materials (and articles); no performance requirements.
The oxygen index (LOI) of the flame-retardant roller shutter fabric provided by the invention is 26.3-36.0%, so that the flame-retardant roller shutter fabric meets the GB 8624B 1 level (flame-retardant material) and also meets the standard requirement of B2 level, and the flame-retardant effect is obvious.
Further, in the present invention,
manufacturing colored functional flame-retardant polyester fibers or colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester fibers:
1) Mixing a copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chip with the viscosity of 0.75-0.98 dL/g and the phosphorus content of 5500-7200 ppm and a non-flame-retardant polyester chip with the viscosity of 0.75-0.98 dL/g according to a certain proportion,
2) Using copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chip whose viscosity is 0.75-0.98 dL/g and phosphorus content is 5500-7200 ppm,
3) Using non-flame-retardant polyester chips with the viscosity of 0.75-0.98 dL/g,
4) Mixing non-flame-retardant polyester chips with the viscosity of 0.75-0.98 dL/g and a certain proportion of phosphorus flame retardant master batches,
respectively in 1) -4), adding a certain amount of color master batch according to the required color, adding 0-4.8 wt% of one or more functional materials of antibacterial master batch, anti-ultraviolet master batch and anion master batch according to the functional requirement, mixing uniformly, drying in a drying tower until the moisture content is reduced to 35ppm or below, carrying out dope colored spinning by using melt spinning equipment, and spinning into colored functional flame-retardant polyester POY or colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester POY under the conditions of the spinning temperature of 265-285 ℃ and the melt pressure of 15.5-19.5 MPa. The colored functional flame-retardant polyester POY or the colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester POY is further processed on a draw texturing machine to obtain colored functional flame-retardant polyester DTY network yarns or colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester DTY network yarns; the colored functional flame-retardant polyester POY or the colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester POY is further processed on an air textured yarn machine to obtain a colored functional flame-retardant polyester ATY or a colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester ATY.
According to the technical scheme, the obtained fibers are complex if multiple functions are connected together in respective embodiment of one or more functional materials of the antibacterial master batch, the ultraviolet-resistant master batch and the negative ion master batch, and are uniformly called as 'functionality' for short for simplification, wherein the 'functionality' is formed by or is embodied by one or more functional materials of the added antibacterial master batch, the ultraviolet-resistant master batch and the negative ion master batch.
The colored functional flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarn or the colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarn obtained by the technical scheme is 108 to 512dtex (or 97 to 461D), and the breaking strength is 3.6 to 6.1cN/dtex. The color functional flame-retardant polyester ATY or the color functional non-flame-retardant polyester ATY obtained by the technical scheme is 220-722 dtex (or 198-650D), and the breaking strength is 3.6-6.1 cN/dtex.
The phosphorus flame retardant is selected, because the dope dyed spinning fabric does not need to be dyed at 130 ℃ for more than 30 minutes, the flame retardant with small fiber molecular chain expansion is separated from the fiber only by dyeing the yarn-dyed grey cloth at 100-105 ℃ for 20 minutes, and impurities such as oil stains on the surface of the fiber can be removed to lose or reduce the loss of the phosphorus flame retardant. Therefore, the flame retardant suitable for the technical scheme simultaneously meets the following three conditions:
1) The flame retardant is required to be solid but not liquid, and the solid powder material is not suitable for being directly added and needs to be prepared into flame retardant master batches for addition: 2) The melting point of the flame retardant is higher than the drying temperature of the mixture and lower than or equal to the melting point temperature of the polyester chip, and the decomposition temperature is higher than the melt spinning temperature: 3) The phosphorus content of the flame retardant is more than 8.5 percent, and the higher the phosphorus content, the smaller the addition amount of the flame retardant, namely, the smaller the influence on the spinnability of the fiber.
Preferably, the flame retardant suitable for the blended spinning of the scheme is organic phosphorus flame retardant solid master batch, the melting point is more than or equal to 180 ℃ and less than or equal to 255 ℃, the decomposition temperature is more than or equal to 295 ℃, the phosphorus content is more than or equal to 8.5wt%, and the addition amount in the stock solution coloring spinning mixture is 2.0-7.5 wt%.
Weaving colored functional flame-retardant polyester gray fabric:
the weaving method 1: according to the grammage and the requirement of style tissue of the fabric, selecting proper specification in the colored functional flame-retardant polyester DTY network yarn, weaving the colored flame-retardant polyester grey fabric by plain weave, twill weave, variable plain weave and variable twill weave on a water jet loom or a rapier loom under the condition that the warp and weft directions of the colored flame-retardant polyester DTY network yarn are both of the same specification or the weft direction of the colored flame-retardant polyester DTY network yarn is greater than the warp linear density, or weaving the colored flame-retardant polyester grey fabric by jacquard weave on an electronic dobby loom under the condition that the warp and weft linear density are proper.
The weaving method 2: according to the square meter grammage and the requirement of style tissue of the fabric, selecting a proper specification in the colored functional flame-retardant polyester DTY network yarn and a proper specification in the colored functional flame-retardant polyester ATY, and weaving by plain weave, twill weave, variable plain weave and variable twill weave on a water jet loom or a rapier loom under the condition of proper warp and weft density to obtain colored functional flame-retardant polyester gray fabric, or weaving by jacquard weave on an electronic dobby loom to obtain the colored functional flame-retardant polyester gray fabric.
The weaving method 3: according to the square meter grammage and the requirement of style tissue of the fabric, selecting a proper specification in the colored functional flame-retardant polyester ATY, weaving the warp direction and the weft direction of the colored functional flame-retardant polyester ATY with the same specification or with the weft direction being larger than the linear density of the warp direction under the condition of proper warp and weft density by using plain weave, twill weave, variable plain weave and variable twill weave on a water jet loom or a rapier loom, or weaving the colored functional flame-retardant polyester grey cloth by using jacquard weave on an electronic dobby loom.
The weaving method 4: according to the square meter grammage and the requirement of style tissue of the fabric, 35-65 wt% of the colored functional flame-retardant polyester DTY and/or ATY and 65-35 wt% of the colored functional non-flame-retardant polyester DTY and/or ATY are selected to be interwoven, the flame-retardant fiber for warp direction and the non-flame-retardant fiber for weft direction or the non-flame-retardant fiber for warp direction and the flame-retardant fiber for weft direction are used, the warp direction and the weft direction are both in the same specification or the weft direction is larger than the linear density of the warp direction, plain weave, twill weave and twill weave are used for weaving on a water jet loom or a rapier loom to obtain colored functional flame-retardant polyester grey cloth, or the colored functional flame-retardant polyester grey cloth is woven by jacquard weave on a multi-arm loom.
The weaving method 5: selecting a proper specification in the colored functional flame-retardant polyester DTY and/or ATY according to the square meter gram weight and the style tissue requirement of the fabric, wherein the warp direction and the weft direction of the fabric are both in the same specification or the weft direction is greater than the linear density of the warp direction, and the fabric with smaller aperture ratio and light transmission can be obtained by reducing the warp and weft density to a smaller extent according to the size requirements of the aperture ratio and the light transmission of the fabric, such as the fabric with the shading ratio of 90-95%; the fabric with larger aperture ratio and light transmittance can be obtained by reducing the warp and weft density to a greater extent, such as the fabric with 80-90% of shading rate.
When weaving, when the breaking strength of the spun fiber with lower slice viscosity is below 5.0cN/dtex and the heavy network degree is better, the warp can be directly woven without sizing; if the spun fiber with higher slice viscosity has breaking strength of more than 5.0cN/dtex and the heavy network degree is worse, the warp yarn needs to be woven after sizing.
When weaving, the warp and weft density is large, so that the requirement of the full shading or nearly full shading roller shutter fabric (sun-shading fabric) can be met, and the warp and weft density is small, so that the requirement of the aperture ratio or semi-shading roller shutter fabric (sun-shading fabric) can be met.
Post-processing the colored functional flame-retardant polyester fabric:
the colored functional flame-retardant polyester grey fabric can be used as a roller shutter fabric only by post-processing, and the method comprises the following steps:
the colored functional flame-retardant polyester gray fabric is treated by adding a proper amount of alkalescent cleaning agent into the unbleached gray fabric in a dye factory and a jig dyeing machine cylinder and then is cleaned by tap water; adding a proper amount of desizing agent into the sized grey cloth for desizing treatment, then cleaning with a small amount of neutral cleaning agent, carrying out alkalescent cleaning treatment or desizing treatment at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 10-20 minutes, controlling the alkalescent treatment or the desizing treatment of the yarn-dyed grey cloth obtained by blending the added phosphorus flame retardant master batches at the temperature of 100-105 ℃, then discharging the treatment solution, cleaning again at the temperature of 85-95 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, taking the grey cloth out of a cylinder, drying the grey cloth on a multi-roller steam drying machine, setting the grey cloth by a tentering setting machine at the temperature of 165-210 ℃ at the speed of 10-30 m/min, inspecting, rolling and packaging the fabric to obtain the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric.
For the full-shading roller shutter fabric, the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric which is subjected to weaving by increasing the warp and weft density, high-temperature treatment in a dye factory and high-temperature setting can reach a shading rate of 95-98%, but in order to obtain a better shading effect and smoothness and brightness of the fabric, when the shading rate reaches 99-100%, the fabric which is set on the setting machine is calendered on a calender for 1-4 times under the conditions of the temperature of 110-160 ℃, the pressure of 5.5-11 MPa and the speed of 10-25 m/min, and the fabric is inspected, rolled and packaged to obtain the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric.
The flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric is excellent in flame retardance after detection, the oxygen index of the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric reaches 26.3-36.0%, the light fastness reaches more than 5 levels, and the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric has the functions of antibacterial performance, ultraviolet resistance, negative ions and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. spinning at a proper proportion by mixing non-flame-retardant polyester chips with copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chips to control the phosphorus content; controlling the appropriate proportion of warp and weft interweaving of fibers obtained by spinning the non-flame-retardant chips and fibers obtained by spinning the copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chips; the non-flame-retardant polyester chips and the phosphorus flame retardant master batches are mixed to control the spinning with the proper proportion of the phosphorus content, the mixture is woven into grey cloth, the flame retardant polyester roller shutter fabric obtained by the fabric after post-processing does not need a coating, does not add stiffening agents and other similar substances has the combustion performance reaching the requirements of GB 8624B 1 and B2 standards, and meanwhile, the production cost can be reduced by more than 15%.
2. The color master batch is added to carry out a stock solution coloring spinning (namely color spinning) method, so that the production is simple, the flame-retardant effect is easy to control, the high light fastness which is higher than that of the dyed fabric is obtained, and the contribution to environmental friendliness is increased without dyeing the fabric.
3. One or more of antibacterial, uvioresistant and negative ion master batches are added to carry out dope dyeing spinning simultaneously, so that the roller shutter fabric has the value-added function or additional function effects of antibacterial effect, uvioresistant effect and negative ion effect simultaneously, and the multipurpose use function of the flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric is met.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the structures or terms used herein. The description is given for the sake of example only, to illustrate how the invention may be implemented, and does not constitute any limitation on the invention.
Example 1
The purpose of this embodiment is to make the fibrous raw materials of fire-retardant dacron multi-functional roll up curtain surface fabric, promptly grey multi-functional fire-retardant dacron DTY interlaced yarn, grey multi-functional fire-retardant dacron ATY.
Firstly, blending high-viscosity copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chips and non-flame-retardant polyester chips to prepare a colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester fiber raw material:
1) 450kg of copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chips with the phosphorus content of 5500ppm and the viscosity of 0.74dL/g, which are produced by science and technology of east Sichuan province, is mixed with 88kg of non-flame-retardant polyester chips with the viscosity of 0.75dL/g purchased from the market, 18kg of gray master batches and 20kg of antibacterial master batches required by Suzhou Baoli company for color matching are added, the mixture is uniformly mixed and stirred, the mixture is dried in a drying tower until the water content is reduced to 30ppm, a 36-hole spinneret plate is used on a melt spinning machine, the spinning temperature is gradually adjusted to 278-281 ℃ in the material releasing process at the beginning of spinning, the melt pressure is controlled to be about 15.5MPa, the spinning speed is 2800 m/min, and the mixture is wound and molded to obtain the 188dtex/36f gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY with the weight of 422kg.
2) After the gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY is stored for 8 hours:
(11) Taking 122kg of gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY, and adjusting proper temperature, speed, nozzle pressure and other drafting processes on a single POY on a texturing machine to perform drafting deformation and networking to obtain 112kg of 111dtex/36f (100D/36 f) gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY (textured yarn) network yarn;
(12) And taking 155kg of gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY, and performing drafting deformation and networking on double doubled yarns on an elasticizer by adjusting appropriate drafting processes such as temperature, speed, nozzle pressure and the like to obtain 143kg of 222dtex/72f (200D/72 f) gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY networking yarns.
(13) The gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY with the weight of 145kg is taken, 4 yarns are combined on an air texturing yarn machine, heated and drafted, and the gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester ATY with the slight terry of 464dtex/144f (418D/144 f) and the weight of 131kg is obtained through air texturing processing.
The colored multifunctional flame-retardant fiber comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 78.13 percent of flame-retardant polyester, 15.28 percent of non-flame-retardant polyester, 6.60 percent of color master batch and functional master batch, and the phosphorus content in the fiber is 4297ppm.
The obtained gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarn and ATY are detected to have the following breaking strength: (11) is 3.7cN/dtex; (12) is 3.7cN/dtex; and (13) is 3.6cN/dtex.
Secondly, manufacturing colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester gray fabric:
taking 60kg of 111dtex gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarn of (11) as a reverse bobbin for warp yarn, drawing warp, arranging 80 warp threads/cm on a machine, and arranging 180cm in width of the machine; and (3) taking the 222dtex gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarn of (12) as a weft yarn, using a heavy water jet loom to increase the weft density as much as possible for weaving on a loom by using a double-warp single-weft plain weave, stopping the loom when the number of meters of the grey fabric reaches 60 meters, replacing the weft yarn with the 464dtex gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester ATY of (13), and similarly using the double-warp single-weft plain weave to increase the weft density as much as possible for weaving continuously to obtain the colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester grey fabric with the total number of 123 meters (wherein the 222dtex weft yarn is 60 meters, and the 336dtex weft yarn is 63 meters).
Thirdly, manufacturing the multifunctional flame-retardant polyester rolling curtain fabric:
the colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester fabric is post-processed, the colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester blank cloth is sent to a dye factory and wound on a transverse roller in a high-temperature coil dyeing machine, about 400kg of tap water is added into a machine groove, a proper amount of alkalescent cleaning agent is added and stirred uniformly, the temperature is raised to 120 ℃, the cleaning time is 20 minutes, then the temperature is reduced to below 70 ℃, then the water is drained, about 350kg of tap water is injected for cleaning for 12 minutes at 90 ℃, the water is drained and taken out of a cylinder, the fabric is dried by a multi-roller steam drying machine, the fabric is tentered and stretched on a setting machine, the temperature is 175 ℃, proper overfeeding is controlled, the setting is carried out at the speed of 20 m/min, then the fabric is checked and rolled to obtain a finished product (14) with the width of 150cm and the gram weight of 178g/m 2 54 m of the flame-retardant polyester multifunctional roller shutter fabric; obtaining a finished product (15) with the width of 150cm and the gram weight of 203g/m 2 The flame-retardant polyester multifunctional roller shutter fabric is 50 meters.

Example 2

2) After the gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY is stored for 8 hours:

(23) The gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY with the weight of 150kg is taken, 6 yarns are combined on an air texturing yarn machine, heated and drawn, and air texturing processing is carried out to obtain 698dtex/216f (6280D/216 f) gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester ATY with a slight terry with the weight of 136kg.
The colored multifunctional flame-retardant fiber comprises the following components in percentage by weight: flame-retardant polyester 36.46%, non-flame-retardant polyester 53.82%, color master batch and functional master batch 9.72%, and the phosphorus content in the fiber is 2370ppm.
The obtained gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarn and ATY are detected to have the following breaking strength: (21) is 3.8cN/dtex; (22) is 3.9cN/dtex; and (23) is 3.7cN/dtex.
Secondly, manufacturing colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester gray fabric:
taking 60kg of a rewinding of the 112dtex gray multifunctional flame-retardant terylene DTY interlaced yarn in the step (21) as warp yarns, drawing warp, arranging the warp on a loom at the density of 80 pieces/cm, and arranging the loom at the width of 180cm; and (3) taking 333dtex gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester DTY interlaced yarns of (22) as weft yarns, using a heavy water jet loom to increase the weft density as much as possible for weaving on a loom by using a double-warp single-weft plain weave, stopping the loom when the number of meters of the grey fabric reaches 60 meters, replacing the weft yarns with 698dtex gray multifunctional flame-retardant polyester ATY of (23), and similarly using the double-warp single-weft plain weave to increase the weft density as much as possible for weaving on the loom continuously to obtain the colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester grey fabric with 125 meters in total (wherein 333dtex weft yarns are 61 meters and 698dtex weft yarns are 64 meters).
Thirdly, manufacturing a colored multifunctional flame-retardant polyester roller shutter fabric:
delivering the colored multifunctional flame-retardant terylene blank cloth to a dye factory, winding the colored multifunctional flame-retardant terylene blank cloth on a transverse roller in a high-temperature jig dyeing machine, adding about 400kg of tap water into a machine groove, adding a proper amount of alkalescent cleaning agent, stirring uniformly, heating to 120 ℃, cleaning for 20 minutes, then cooling to below 70 ℃, draining, injecting about 350kg of tap water, cleaning for 12 minutes at 90 ℃, draining, discharging from a cylinder, drying the fabric by a multi-roller steam dryer, controlling proper overfeeding at the temperature of 175 ℃ on a setting machine, setting at the speed of 20 meters/minute, then inspecting and rolling to obtain a finished product (24) with the width of 150cm and the gram weight of 198g/m 2 54 m of the flame-retardant polyester multifunctional roller shutter fabric; obtaining a finished product (25) with the width of 150cm and the gram weight of 246g/m 2 The flame-retardant polyester multifunctional roller shutter fabric is 50 meters.

Example 3

1) Taking 325kg of copolymerized flame-retardant polyester chips which are produced by Sichuan east material science and technology and have the phosphorus content of 7100ppm and the viscosity of 0.86dL/g, adding 10kg of blue master batch, 10kg of antibacterial master batch, 8kg of ultraviolet-resistant master batch and 8kg of negative ion master batch which are produced by Suzhou Baoli company and required according to color matching, blending and uniformly stirring, drying in a drying tower until the water content is reduced to 25ppm, using a 48-hole spinneret plate on a melt spinning machine, gradually adjusting the spinning temperature to 283-285 ℃ in the material releasing process at the beginning of spinning, controlling the melt pressure to be about 19.5MPa, spinning the spinning speed to 2700 m/min, and winding and forming to obtain the 281dtex/48f blue multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY with the weight of 465kg.
2) After the blue multifunctional flame-retardant polyester POY is stored for 8 hours:
