Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to printing ink, in particular to PETG fluff ink suitable for a gravure printing machine and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, fluff ink exists, but basically is water-based ink of a modified acrylic resin system, and the adhesion and the machining performance of the ink used on PETG are poor due to poor matching of acrylic resin and a polyester system film.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a solvent-based fluff ink which has strong adhesive force, is suitable for being used for the gravure printing with PETG and can ensure the fluff touch and the durability, and also provides a preparation method and a use method of the ink.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention designs PETG fluff ink suitable for a gravure printing machine, which is prepared by mixing the following components: fluff powder, a binder, a solvent and an auxiliary agent; the weight ratio of the components in the mixing process is as follows: 10-15% of fluff powder, 2.5-5% of auxiliary agent, 30-35% of solvent and 45-50% of bonding material.
The further proposal is that the binder is a plurality of combinations of polyurethane resin and nitrocotton resin. The solvent is an ester solvent and an alcohol solvent, and the mass ratio is 7: 1-9: 1, the ester solvent is ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate and butyl acetate, and the alcohol solvent is isopropanol.
The preparation method of the fluff ink comprises the following steps:
(a) adding the fluff powder and the solvent into stirring equipment according to the proportion, mixing, and stirring for at least 20-30 minutes;
(b) after the substances are fully mixed, adding the bonding material into stirring equipment according to the proportion, and stirring for 50-60 minutes;
(c) and finally, adding the auxiliary agent into stirring equipment according to the proportion, and stirring for 5-10 minutes.
Wherein the stirring equipment is sealed equipment, and the stirring speed is 1000-2500 rpm.
The application method of the fluff ink needs to ensure that the running speed of the gravure printing machine during printing is as follows: 200-270 m/min. The transverse shrinkage rate of the PETG heat shrinkable film is as follows: 55 to 75 percent.
Compared with the prior art, the PETG fluff ink suitable for the gravure printing machine is a benzene-free ketone-free environment-friendly solvent-based ink with the resin type of polyurethane, the finished product printed by using the fluff ink has a fluff-like touch feeling, the wear resistance and scraping resistance of the ink are improved by adding the polyethylene wax into the auxiliary agent, and the ink still has a soft fluff touch feeling after scraping, which is not possessed by the existing fluff ink. In addition, the nitrocotton resin can provide the required hardness of the ink layer, if the content of the polyurethane resin is too high and the content of the nitrocotton resin is too low, the hardness of the ink layer is not enough, the scratch resistance is reduced, and if the content of the nitrocotton resin is high and the content of the polyurethane resin is too low, the adhesion of the ink layer is insufficient, ink is easy to drop, so the compounding ratio is carefully selected. The two resins are compounded in the solvent, the compounding ratio of the two resins is 7: 1-9: 1, and different solvent ratios can influence the drying speed of the printing ink during printing, so that the aim of influencing the final printing effect is fulfilled. The PETG material can obtain excellent printing performance and good adhesion performance through compounding of various raw materials.
