1. the gloves on the conveying net belt can be cleaned through the multiple groups of cleaning bristles, meanwhile, the guide rods can be used for flanging the gloves, so that both sides of the gloves can be cleaned, and the gloves are cleaned through cleaning of the cleaning bristles and flanging treatment of the guide rods for multiple times in the process of being conveyed from one side to the other side of the glove cleaning mechanism, so that the cleaning effect is guaranteed;
2. the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the conveying mesh belt can be cleaned simultaneously through the mesh belt cleaning mechanism, so that the surface of the conveying mesh belt is prevented from being polluted by dirt on subsequently conveyed gloves, the dirt can be prevented from being stuck on the inner side surface of the conveying mesh belt, the phenomena of slipping and blocking caused when the conveying mesh belt is contacted with a roller are prevented, and the normal operation of equipment is ensured;
3. the turbidity value of water in the clean box body can be detected in real time through the arranged water quality sensor, after the turbidity value is higher than a set threshold value, the processor sends a water change signal to the PLC, the PLC controls the first pressure pump, the second pressure pump and other components to automatically change water, and the cleaning effect of the conveying mesh belt is ensured;
4. the dirt containing box body can be used for containing the dirt falling from the upper conveying mesh belt, and the dirt is prevented from falling on the inner side surface of the lower conveying mesh belt to pollute the conveying mesh belt.

the fourth step: the water quality sensor detects the turbidity value of water in the cleaning box body (501) in real time, the processor sends a water change signal to the PLC after the turbidity value of the water is higher than a set threshold value, the PLC receives the water change signal and then opens the electromagnetic valve of the water outlet pipe (504), and simultaneously starts the second pressure pump (505) to discharge sewage in the cleaning box body (501) to the sewage tank (3), after the sewage is discharged, the electromagnetic valve of the water outlet pipe (504) and the second pressure pump (505) are closed, and simultaneously the electromagnetic valve of the water inlet pipe (502) and the second pressure pump (505) are started to pump the water in the water storage tank (2) into the cleaning box body (501), so that the water change process in the cleaning box body (501) is completed;
the fifth step: when the gloves are conveyed below the glove cleaning mechanism (8), the gloves are cleaned by the cleaning bristles (805) for multiple times and turned over by the guide rods (808), and when the gloves are conveyed from one side of the glove cleaning mechanism (8) to the other side, the gloves are taken down from the conveying net belt (406), so that the cleaning process of the gloves is completed.
